A very friendly place that is flexible. My dog goes nuts when we arrive there. She can't wait to get in and start playing.

It used to be a great place but under new ownership and our dog that has been going there for a long time has been attacked the last two weeks when it never happened before. Just like the last review, a little coincidental. The pieces fall together. Don’t go there!

The people who watch over the dogs at Fetch are friendly and caring. They happily give me a recap on how the day went and they carefully monitor the way the dogs play with each other. I am grateful that they don't allow aggressive dogs at Fetch — they want our pups to enjoy their time there!

Undertrained and unprofessional staff. Very poor communication. I did not feel that my dog was safe.

Don't go here - the dogs are left unattended, our dog was attacked here and nobody even noticed. He had to get stitches after leaving Fetch. This place is not safe for animals, and the owner does not respond to e-mails. Also, there's a constantly revolving door of under trained employees. Save yourself time, energy, and money and go to a daycare that is staffed with dog trainers. Also - the dogs are constantly scaling the chain link fence and when I mentioned this to the staff they acknowledged it with a "they do it all the time", instead of being concerned about the dog being injured. I've also seen dogs eat poop here, consistently. They are unattended frequently - this place is frankly dangerous for your pets.

Very good people they are all dog lovers indoor open play area I have small dogs I have no words leaving them there my dog did get sniped at by a large dog they handled it very professionally and right away so I feel better leaving them there after there response they do say care boarding and grooming

We've been bringing our dogs here for a few months for daycare once a week, hopefully to build them up to overnight stays when we go out of town. They were trepidatious at first, but after a few weeks, they look forward to going and playing with their new friends. And their first 2-night stay went off without a hitch. Great folks here, they really care about all the dogs in their care. Can't recommend enough!!!

My only comment is I wish their AC worked but great staff.

I have used both the daycare and boarding services at Fetch. I personally think the space is crowded and a little too small for all the dogs they sit, but my dog always has a great time and comes home exhausted. He was very happy and upbeat when we got him back after boarding, whereas in the past he has acted depressed and anxious after boarding elsewhere. The boarding fee is very reasonable and your dog gets to attend daycare while boarded if you wish. This is great for my dog as he has a touch of separation anxiety and needs rigorous exercise to be happy. The staff are very friendly and dog savvy. They give us updates on his behavior when we pick him up, which I really appreciate. We'll definitely board him here again.

My pup goes her 2 to 3 times a week. She always comes home tired. She always seems to come home happy. The reason for the docked star is that the facility is pretty dinky. Too small for a dog to really run around or reach top speed and entirely indoors. And it often smells unbearable when you first walk in... But all in all, I think worth it for the price

I couldn't be happier with how they have treated both me and my dog. After going through some truly horrible experiences, I'm glad I found this place during my time in Portland.

They don't watch the dogs

They know our dog so well and she's a shy pup. They are gentle and sweet to her and have really helped her come out of her shell.

These folks really care about your canine companion. They are always willing to talk about my dogs day and the new friends she has made.

They are very nice to the dogs. I never went here for daycare but they trimmed my dogs nails and did a very good job. They did forget to trim his duclaws though

I've been taking my dog here for a few months, she loves it here, I did as well, but I am never bringing her back after what I experienced tonight. She can be kind of demanding and dominate, which I understand, but I would never yell at a dog like I heard one of their employees yelling at my dog tonight. I work at another doggy daycare in town so I know how annoying it can be sometimes to be in a large group of dogs, but there are a thousand other ways to control a dog misbehaving than what I heard. I came in while they were shutting things down (you could hear a vacuum going), and I could hear my dog barking because she has a very distinctive bark, but this woman YELLING at my dog and telling her to shut up while you know there are people in the lobby waiting to pick up their dogs that they dropped off to have a fun time, is irresponsible and completely rude to do to your customers and the dogs who sometimes do not know any better. I know my dog can be kind of rough and annoying around the edges at times, but this place accepted her and I thought I would feel comfortable bringing her to daycare here, after hearing how they treat "annoying" dogs I do not feel comfortable leaving my dog with these people, and won't ever come back. It made me extremely uncomfortable to be there and I don't think anyone should correct a dogs behavior by yelling and screaming at them when they don't understand. There would have been better ways to handle this situation and better ways to treat PAYING customers animals than yelling your head off at them for barking when you know there are people around picking up their dogs. I'd advise people to consider the many other options in town that won't be completely rude to your pups when they misbehave, the customer service will be better at other places as well...

Jackson goes to Fetch almost daily and LOVES it. The Fetch Team is always so happy and welcoming when we arrive. I know he is in good hands and having fun while he is there.

LOVE Fetch! We've been going here for a couple years now and our dogs just love it here! I love that the dogs are indoors 100% of the time. I have heard horror stories of dogs getting out at other places and had so much anxiety before leaving mine for the first time. When I found Fetch and saw they were all indoors, I gave them a call. The owners were super friendly, really knowledgeable about dog breeds, and you know you can just tell a dog person when you meet them. Other facilities, it seems like they hire any teen off the street and they don't REALLY care about your animals the way you do. Fetch is the total opposite. So personal and you feel like they really, genuinely care about your dogs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I love Fetch! They're willing to work with me and my dog that has been rejected from other doggie daycares. They have an option for "boarding only" where my dog is still safely taken care of without interacting with the other dogs because he can be dog reactive and most places won't accept dogs that aren't completely socialized. Their flexibility and willingness to accommodate is much appreciated!
