I want everyone that uses this groomer to be aware that owner Donna could care less about the commits that her employees make towards customers. I have been using this groomer for the past year. Each time our dog has been in he has had a different groom. I have made it very clear each time what I wanted done. This last groom was the final time. One on Donna's grooers had the gull to actually tell us our dog was fat. That's the same as telling you you child is fat or dumb. You just don't do that. I hope this reaches many of you. This company should not continue. In addition the place is dirty, and the kennels are disgusting. Please do not use this groomer unless you want to throw away your money. In this day in age this shouldn't be happening. Thanks for reading this.

Great place to go to!! My puppies first time getting groomed, wasn’t the most fond of getting groomed but they did an excellent job of him, he’s a Pomeranian and even though you can’t tell much when they get trimmed I can tell but his hair quality and their grooming the small details were perfect! The lady’s their were very nice and easy to work with! Set me up on a monthly schedule because they recommended him getting use to grooming so it’s easier for him! Thank you guys

My dog who is a very hairy Corgy with a negative attitude toward water, vacuums and anything to do with her nails, is super clean and nails are good and hair lovely. Thank you Pampered Paws.

I wanted to like this place more. I brought in our rescue Chihuahua we only had a few months in for a nail trim. She NEVER barked, but would chirp in fear when getting her nails cut. Both trimmer and other employee seemed annoyed, and said to me with irritation in her voice, "reason #756 NOT to get a Chihuahua." I was taken aback. What pet friendly place shames a breed to the owner? I didn't return because I just felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Good prices though.

We loved the cut they gave our Newfiedoodle Dutch. He had some matts and is a huge dog and they took the time to get it right. Friendly and kind, we would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional dog groomer.

Donna did a great job on our golden retriever. So soft and smells great too. Shampoo scent is not overpowering like some places out there, it’s just enough to know she’s nice and clean. Thanks again.

I have taken my two havanese to Pampered Paws and they do a wonderful job. I like it when my dogs have a bit more hair, but shorter ear and tail hair (the more they can look like little stuffed animals or Ewoks the better ????)and they have been doing a great job on the groom and cut. They let me know when they are getting too long and running the risk of matts. We definitely try to avoid that. Highly recommend!

They are good with pet's

I am standing outside waiting for my bike from the cycle store next door and see thru the window a heavy set lady with long hair tied back, clearly losing it with a tiny Yorky because it wouldn'tstay still. My heart sank and I approached the door to stare harder. When she noticed I was staring, immediately she stopped and pretended to caress the poor little cutie. The 2 other ladies behind the front desk did not notice this beasts behavior because their back was too her. I waited outside in hopes of coming across the owner to let them know of the mistreatof this tiny dog. Watch out where u leave your beloved 4 legged friend people. I am surprised if she didn't break a bone on this little creature because it was moving all around. I post this in hopes that the owner reading this never returns and that noone else takes their pet here!

I gave him a second chance with a different groomer and it turned out to be wonderful I guess it all depends on the groomer that you pick and how compatible they are with the dog

Great service and knowledgeable groomers!

I have taken my dogs here 3-4 times over the past year and a half and they do sub par work to say the least. They never do what I ask. It’s as though they didn’t do anything a couple of the times I brought them. Last straw was this last trip, I got home and not even an hour later my dogs eye was swollen shut. I called and ask and they didn’t have anything to say. I had to bring my dog to the vet and there was a scratch so bad she had to be on antibiotics for the next 5 days, drops every morning and night. Do yourself a favor and find another groomer.

I can't think of a better place on this Earth to have your best friend groomed. Donna is the very best.

Excellent job. Great service

First time experience with this shop and I am very impressed. I have a 60lb doodle dog who needed a cut and a bath. I showed the groomer a picture of what I wanted and they did a phenomenal job. We got a better result at a better price than other dog groomers. We will absolutely go back for future grooming.
