Excellent staff. They really go above and beyond to work with you and give you all of the options, never have I felt pressured.

We love that our doggies are treated like Family at Lake Shore Animal Hospital! The staff is kind and knowledgeable...and if they personally don't know they will go the extra mile and find out. It smells and looks clean inside and out. Would recommend!

I can’t say enough about how great Lakeshore is! All of the staff is so friendly and the doctors truly care. We don’t take our dog anywhere else. Our dog was sick recently and they got her in the same day we called. Dr. Widick is always very thorough and great about explaining, and she always leaves there happy. Thank you Lakeshore!

If you are going to use this facility, my suggestion is to use Dr. Zach, owner, and him only. The other Vets aren’t competent, in my opinion. They run tests without your permission and make no apologies for spending your money in doing so….and you walk away without a diagnosis. Thank goodness I sought a second opinion elsewhere and got answers. *After reading the response: I don’t have an “aggressive” 9 month old puppy. What I have is an unsocialized puppy due to the current pandemic and I’m not out in public much. As I had stated, communication is a beautiful thing and it would have been nice if I was asked if my dog was aggressive before muzzling him, and a physical exam could have been preformed in the exam room with me present. I’m keeping myself and my puppy safe. Also, I never once started how “wrong you/we were,” what I did say is I don’t agree with some of the choices made without my consult. I can handle my Vet bills, and you have been paid. What I don’t appreciate is low blows by an owner of a practice, due to being given an unfavorable, realistic review of your Vet staff. Hopefully people will do their due diligence and research.

Good place to go. I love the feel and atmosphere. My dog Cooper was no shedding his hair like he normally does at vet offices. I'm going here with all my Animals now.

Treated my pup as if he were their own!

I needed a veterinarian to check my puppy without delay. I called most other vet offices in Nampa and Caldwell and I was turned away. They wouldn't see my puppy for at least six weeks. When I called Lake Shore Animal Hospital and asked for help My puppy was quickly accommodated without delay. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. The veterinarian assistance were loving and caring. The veterinarian was friendly and took time to explain his diagnosis and recommendations. Staff at this animal hospital are great and I recommended them for your pet. *I also learned that a grain free diet is not healthy for your dog. Grain free diets are a marketing gimmick to entice you into buying more expensive brands which are not good for your pet.

I really appreciate the way Lake Shore has been going above and beyond for my cat. The front desk always assists us promptly, and Dr. Dan has been so helpful and patient with us and has worked her in for several emergency tests and treatments. He's even called us to check on her even when he didn't have an update for us. They're great about explaining possible steps, tests and costs so you know all your options on how to move forward as well. We're glad we found them!

We are extremely skeptical with vets because we’e had bad experiences in the past but Lake Shore has put our minds at ease with how great they handled our dog Chance! He came out of the visit in a happy mood & he’s very anxiety prone with his experiences but he is acting no different! Dr. Will gave us advice, suggestions & positive feedback that will make the 30 minute drive here very much worth it! Thanks for taking care of our fur baby!
