Amazing caring vet. Unfortunately I recently had to put down my 16 year old furry best friend and they helped me and my wife through the process with compassion, grace, and class. When I picked up his ashes for the last truck ride home they had put him in a beautiful handcarved wooden box and had pressed his paw print into clay and wrapped it with his name on it. I truly appreciated that. Thank you.

So kind. Brought in a stray dog to check for a chip. No chip. They followed up with me because the dog looked like one that had been brought in for a new dog visit a month earlier. Turned out to be the same dog. Reunited because someone there played attention and cared enough to look through charts to help find this puppies person! ❤

These folks taking medical care of our fur babies, are a group of very aware, knowledgeable and kind people. They've felt what we go through, too.

They are always so nice and kind to my babies. Prices are about what you'd expect but not an over charge. The staff you can tell love animals its not just a job. The vets always have wonderful things to say. I've being going to them since i got my babies and will continue to do so. I always recommend West main for any pets needs.

They are simply the Best!

West Main took on my dogs and my mom's dog after our vet's office in Phoenix burned down in the Almeda fire of 2020. They have been nothing but kind and helpful. They immediately got the meds that we needed for our dogs, that were rapidly running out, without making it difficult. Thank you, West Main Animal Hospital!

Great vets but they are horrible about medication refills. They forgot to sign the prescription one time or they don’t send the fax to the pharmacy. Really sucks when your pet needs them and it takes 4 days just to get the right thing sent over.

I travel from Eagle Point to have this Veterinary Team provide care for my Italian Greyhound. They show my dog so much loving care she becomes less stressed when having to go to the Vet. They are absolutely wonderful.
