I am beyond happy and thankful for this wonderful place. A feral Momma kitty found our barn and decided to raise her 5 kittens there. Once I discovered them I knew I had to get them fixed and Vaccinated. I heard about this awesome place from a friend and emailed them. I heard back from Sally and called her back. She was so helpful and patient with me as this was something I've never done before. Not only did she spend the time to explain everything very clear, I received an email with detailed instructions. I was able to borrow traps and made two appointments. I received reminders and a text that morning to see how many kitties I caught. The first event was yesterday and it was a success. I had three cats to bring in including Momma. I dropped them off in the morning and everyone was so helpful and I was never confused as to what to do. One of the kitties injured himself slightly in the trap and they called to ask if they could treat the injury all was handled perfectly and I picked them up that afternoon! I have three more to go and I feel so good about taking them there.

I've brought a cat here before and they did a really good job! I brought two more and I know the outcome will be good. Good surgeries at an amazing price!

I took my beautiful Yuki there to get fixed and she came back so healthy and happy and was not in any type of distress and I just appreciated all the love and care that they gave her. They also have great rates for spaying and neutering your animals ♥️

Took my kitty here. Affordable and kind. My girl was very well taken care of and staff seems to really care about the animals.

I drove my friend up and she brought three kitties scheduled for neutering. Staff had a roster of clients that had appts. Staff had each person's paperwork ready for them. Made the intake process simple with clear times for.same day pick up. With a follow up phone call after the surgeries too. Upon pick up staff explained the pain medicine protocol and each cat crate had meds and instructions as well. Efficient and courteous.

Very nice folks that run this program. Can schedule on line, affordable ( 1/2 of what our vet charges for spaying) and easy access and good parking lot. Our kitten had a strong and agitated reaction to the anesthesia. It was a little hard to get ahold of anyone. They do not automatically call to check on your cat. They did call back and we were able to adress her needs.

They did a great job with our kitty! And they weren't weird when I came late in my wet suit from a crazy day on the river!

Very compassionate and professional, I can't recommend them highly enough! The waitlist isn't too long and their prices are easily half what you will pay anywhere else. They were so good to my Kaos, I am incredibly grateful!

They did a great job with the procedure but the whole process seemed kind of impersonal. Of course it didn't help that I felt as if I were dropping off my child instead of a pet. ????

Dog got sick after being there thay were not very Sympathetic to the dogs needs or ours

Took my cat there to be spayed about a year ago several months after the procedure she gave birth to 3 still born babies(the birth was caught by ring camera)I called them immediately to voice my concerns (this was right before the COVID-19 pandemic) they basically told me I was crazy and that it was impossible for her to have babies after being spayed even refused to let me bring her in for a 2nd spay.I was told it would be too dangerous.Well last week my “spayed” cat once again gave birth to 7 still born babies (again the birth was caught on camera)So now I will have to take her elsewhere because they did not do the job right the first time.

Gave them my cat who I thought was male to get fixed turns out she was female and they didn’t bother to call me to let me know before doing the procedure. I’m really upset this is super unprofessional.

I had an appointment but snyp backed out and they have not made any effort to respond and reschedule and it has been 4 months now

Cheap prices. Discounts for food stamps or ohp. Friendly staff. They made it easy to drop off and pick up my pets even during the pandemic. The location is hard to find tho.

The people here were so incredibly kind, and they were really inexpensive compared to other places (seriously super inexpensive). Everyone told us exactly what to do to help our babies feel the least amount of pain as possible, which was a worry for us (on top of that, the gave us pain medicine for serious pain :) ). It felt like a safe and secure place to keep your pet for however long you need. I would recommend this place for fur babies to get there needs taken care of, and for the parents to not worry about there little angel, because there little angel is in good hands. ☺️
