Reynolds Dog Resort McMinnville, Oregon

We've been to a lot of dog daycares and this has been one of the best experiences so far. Staff was super friendly and easy going, very communicative !

If I could, I would put a zero star for this place. It’s very unprofessional. They didn’t even know acknowledge the abuse. They don’t treat people with respect. It’s ridiculous

Any business who has the problem of ABUSE brought to their attention and ABSOLUTELY REFUSES to acknowledge or at least look into the problem, is not a business I would trust my animals with NOR recommend to others. Businesses like this should hire people who truly love animals, not fire them when they bring up real problems!! Hopefully no more animals suffer although you continue to employ abusers… really a shame.

Please research this place before bringing your dogs here. My boyfriend and I used to bring our two dogs here all the time until the team spiraled, making claims about the temperament of our dogs that weren’t true. Check out Yelp, check out the Facebook McMinnville groups, please!

great place. felt very comfortable leaving my 2 dogs with reynolds dog resort. i use the doggie daycare service. i would recommend to anyone looking for a safe place for their fur-babies

Horrible place. Emma abuses animals. Do not go here!! They fire people for calling the abusers out. Take your pet somewhere else

Our 8 month old pup came home after 17 days, she was a new dog. They did phenomenal work with her! Thank you and highly recommended!

Took my little nervous chi mix in to have her nails trimmed..great job by the technician. She had a very nice way about her and certainly going back to have her trimmed and bathed. I am new to this area and asked neighbor for recommendation .. thankful she sent me to Reynolds!

Staff called to alert me about a couple of I ssues they noticed with our first time boarding with them, German Shepherd. One was a chronic problem, another was a flare of colitis. They handled it smoothly and problem resolved.

We started going to Reynolds to socialize our puppy, Meadow. It’s been great to see him make friends there, and he loves everyone who takes care of him. The training camp was also really helpful.

Today was our first day of taking out 18 week old puppy for doggie daycare. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They answered all of our questions and were great with our puppy. They found just the right play group for him, and he was happy and tired at the end of the day. We will be bringing him back often.

Our 9 month old lab puppy absolutely loves when he gets to go to Reynolds for the day! He plays in all the pools and comes home nice and tired. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a doggy daycare or boarding. Wonderful group of people and pups!!

I couldn’t be more happy with Reynolds Dog Resort. They’ve taken in my pups with open arms despite one of them being anti-social with other dogs. They’ve helped him become a little more comfortable around other dogs and for that I’m grateful! The staff are wonderful, you can really tell they care about you and your dogs. Totally worth the 45 minute drive to McMinnville!

Great group of people work at the McMinville location where I take my very athletic 11 yr old female dog Bella. The hours are great for my work schedule, and I always have confidence my day will be taken care of.

My boy was super happy and they were so nice! The rates are a little high, but you get what you pay for! It’s a good place!

We have been taking our pup, Sebastian, to Reynolds for daycare for quite a while now. We love the flexibility and fair prices. This has given our large apartment dog lots of exercise and exposure to all kinds of other dogs. He always comes home worn out and happy! The staff there is always friendly and professional and Sebastian is always happy to see them. I recommend Reynolds to anyone with dogs!

Update: Our dog has gone here for 2 years and still gets excited! The staff had always been kind and they try to do events/parties once a month for the dogs which is awesome! 1st review 2019: Great first experience for my puppy! I'm glad this type of facility is in our commuity for our fur kids. The staff was welcoming. I was given a tour and the facility was clean and looked well organized . I'll update in a few weeks after a few visits. On top of daycare, they offer training, grooming, and boarding.

Nearly perfect. Taking my pup 2x week for solociazing. He likes it there and has been a positive attitude change. If anything, sometimes they are too efficient

If I could see the inside I would have given it 5 stars for the quality, but because of Covid no one is allowed in. Our 1st time, full day, but my GS is 11 yrs old and gets very anxious now. He whined all the way home. Not Reynolds fault; Max doesn't enjoy new experiences like he did when he was young. We will try half days instead to acclimate him, as our old dog trainer said to expose them to whatever it is they don't like or are afraid of. Definitely will be coming back.

My 3 yr loved it .My 8 Yr old definitely loved the pool they definitely rock !!!!!!

I have a senior pug who is kenneled here when we go on vacation. I get the senior package and he is very well taken care of. He acts nonchalant when I come to get him because he actually enjoys his visits at Reynolds. He has been kenneled other places and would run out the door to leave as soon as he saw me and would be frantic in the car for attention. For reference he has been coming here for about two years. We vacation often with his longest stay here being close to 2 weeks. After a stay at Reynolds he comes home clean, well fed, and very happy. I can’t ask for anymore than that. I would recommend Reynolds to everyone!
