Now that Christa is back in grooming all is good ????

Dont get your dog groomed there. Worst cut our little guy got. Told her how I wanted him cut she didn't like it so did her own thing.

Over priced heat heat lamp ($40) for 100 watt bulb. Had to wait while the cashier (some teen ager with bright red colored hair) finished texting on her phone. What should have been a 10 minute visit lasted over 1/2 hour.

Hannah and her team are amazing! The world we are living in now is crazy but they still go above and beyond and still have a friendly attitude and a smile on their face. Great store and a great crew!

Everything I wanted in stock. Very nice checker, young man that has a sense of humor. Face masks required.

The first young lady who helped me was not sure what I needed and got her manager. She listened to me and explained what she thought would be best for my Betsy and her tummy problems. Betsy is feeling much better. Thank you so much.

Petco in general is fine but we have lost all the good groomers and the self wash station. I've moved on with a new groomer sad to say, but it would be nice to see the self wash station open again !!! By the way the old groomers were great. I'm am sorry to see they are gone ????

Been taking my dog to petco for training and supplies. Everyone knows my dog. So I thought I'd get her nails done there today. Worst service and groomer attitude ever.i explained shes never gotten her nails done there before and she is a little nervous. Couple dogs barking and howling. They asked me to step out as it may help my dog stay calm.wrong. I saw my dog hang by her leash at least twice and be handled unceasingly. The groomer couldn't handle my pup so she handed her off and didnt finish the job. She has no kindness nor calm in her what so ever. Those 10 minutes caused my dog to lose her voice and her eyes are still blood shot and red. The same girl was shirt and rude to an elderly man about being booked up and he needed to go else where. I'll go back to petco, but everytime I see that groomer working a dog..I'll make sure she sees me and hopefully others will speak up and no more dogs get the uncaring groomer some are forced to go. She told me at pick up that if I couldn't control my dog, a 5 month old pup who went thru the obedience classes and works daily with the elderly, that my puppy couldn't go back to that store. I want to never walk into petco and see that same girl working there. Moyra... you need a new profession.

Groomers are awesome. They really love dogs and go the extra mile.

dead fish …. always saying to take care of your pets when they can’t even take care of what they sell us ????

Staff is very friendly, Prices of there reptiles are fare and we have purchased several from them. They are alway out of the live feed for the reptiles, and many times we have got home to find the cups of wax worms are half dead when they do have some, it makes it very hard to get the food needed for our lizard and packman frog.

Not able to use pet rewards. Because I didn't have the app. Person checking me out wanted my phone to download the app. Everyone had on masks due to covid-19.

Today I went in and it was obvious they were understaffed, but even still, had a wonderful experience with their team. It looked like everyone was doing their best with the situation and to help meet all their customers needs! Bravo!

Fast and friendly curbside pickup and good price on 33lb bag of birdseed. I'm a fan of this place for sure. Stay awesome!!!
