Dr. Zoe Xava is an angel. She not only helped my mom with the passing of her dog, Mackey, she also helped me with my dog, Cocoa Jojo. She is so kind, delicate and thoughtful. She ensures your pet and you are comfortable and she quickly becomes one of your family. She has wonderful timing and nothing but kind words. The most difficult decision of my life, was graciously ushered by her assistance. I couldn't be more grateful and confident in the way I let my girl go. Thank you Dr. Zoe and thank your Peaceful paws. You made Cocoa Jojo's transition peaceful and calm. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mackey & Cocoa Jojo thank you too <3

Dr. Leigh-Anne seriously made this such a great experience. Our kitty was a big part of our lives for almost 16 years. We've been putting off having to put her down for the last 6 months, because we've been waiting to know for sure that she was ready and didn't have as much fight in her anymore. We were all so incredibly nervous and sad to have to do this, but we all left the situation feeling content in our own ways. Dr. Leigh-Anne was kind, compassionate, caring, and didn't make us feel rushed in any way throughout the process. The only appointment available for the day was 6:30 PM on a Friday, so I do think it was her last appointment of the day, yet she treated us like we were her first. She was in absolutely no rush and explained every single detail before and did an incredible job of setting expectations so there were no surprises. I am so thankful to her, because I was so worried to have to go through this and say goodbye to my childhood pet after all this time, but it really did feel like my kitty was just falling asleep while I pet her, something we've done thousands of times throughout our lives together. Highly recommend Dr. Leigh-Anne, and I definitely think it's worth the extra price to have someone come to your home, your animal's safe place, to help them move on in the calmest way possible. This woman deserves a million raises for the work she does and the comfort she provides.

They were kind, compassionate & so helpful. Though necessary, it was heartbreaking to put our cat to sleep and I’m very glad we used BluePearl/Loving Hands. Having our cat pass peacefully in our home was the final gift we could give him. The vet was so nice and patient. They sent me a grief counseling book for free afterwards & a hand written condolences card. I felt genuinely cared for during this tough time. If you’re facing this difficult situation, I highly recommend using them.

Sadly last week i had to put my Baby Girl Foxy down. She was 18 and lived a very long happy life but I wanted to keep on having her around by my side. Dr, Seana Wheatley was so kind to foxy and me and made this process so much more comforting. Dr. Seana thank you for helping my baby go so peacefully. If you are reading this, you likely require these services and you have my deepest condolences. For 15 1/2 years, I have had the distinct privilege of being mom to the best girl in the whole world. Friday, my husband and I said our hardest goodbye. Dr. Leigh-Anne was punctual, explained the process in detail, and gave us time as we needed it. She was so kind and I did not feel that our grief was a burden to her in any way. She was in no hurry to let us say goodbye on our terms. Piper left this world in the loving arms of her parents, calmly, peacefully, and as beautifully as these things could be done, thanks to Dr. Leigh-Anne. I thank Dr. Leigh-Anne and team for providing a caring and dignified end to our beautiful love story. The work they do is so difficult, and they do so with true compassion and empathy.

Excellent option for one of the hardest decisions you will ever have to make as a pet owner. Dr. Zoe called ahead to let us know when she would arrive (I was dreading that call...) and she arrived right on time. She was highly respectful and professional. Dr. Zoe showed the utmost compassion and care for our situation. Highly recommend Loving Hands. ❤️

They were really nice and understanding of the situation when I asked them to come earlier than my appointment. Dr Leigh Ann was very efficient, very compassionate and walked us through the all process. She was present to answer questions but discret and in the background when we said our goodbyes. The person from the memorial was also really nice and efficient. Great time. We are very happy we used them to said goodbye to our dog.

Our 15 year old dog had been suffering from dimensia for almost a year, and we had to make the decision to have him out to sleep. We originally scheduled back in November, but couldn’t bring ourselves to do it so we postponed. Life finally became more sad and scared, than good, for our boy and April 2nd Dr. Seana came to the house and helped us and him through the process. She listened while we told stories of how he used to be, and also of how he had deteriorated. She explained everything very well. She gave us the time we needed at each step, and then when he was gone she carefully wrapped him in a nice blanket and took him away. This was truly one of the hardest things we have had to do, but Dr. Seana made a difficult thing as easy as we could have hoped for. If you are in the position where your pet is suffering and it’s time to say good bye, you can trust Loving Hands to handle everything with love, compassion, and dignity.

Dr. Seana was so kind and respectful. She gave us all the information we needed to feel prepared, and waited patiently for us while we said goodbye. I know her job is difficult, but she does it with great compassion and we are grateful to her.

It took me a long time to write this because of how painful it was to lose my first pet. The service they provide is priceless. The staff and doctor was so compassionate tender and caring. I thank her from the bottom of my heart. She is a very special person and this is a very special company. I will be forever grateful my pet was able to drift away peacefully in his home surrounded by his humans who loved him so very much. You will never be able to fully prepare yourself to make a decision like this but you will not be sorry you went with Loving Hands to help and be there for you.

The worst thing I have ever had to do was made just a little easier knowing it would be in our house with her family and a very kind vet.

Our dog Pup was diagnosed with cancer on February 9, 2021. By the evening of the 18th we knew things were coming to an end. On the 19th, Dr Leah came and calmly described the process and let my son call the shots with the timing as Pup Pup (Savage) was his dog. Us as the family and Pup as the patient were all treated with respect. Their gentle handling of Pup as they carried him away for cremation and of our feelings / emotions was great

I just wanted to share that I incredibly appreciated this business. At a difficult time, they offer such a compassionate service. Recently I had to make the decision to have my 13 yr old pup put down, and was dreading taking her to the normal vet office for many reasons. She was always terrified and stressed at the vet, at 70+lbs and her lack of mobility loading and unloading would add to her discomfort. Our vet recommended Loving Hands and I’m so thankful. From the helpful understanding woman who answered the phone and made arrangements to the vet that came out, they were very understanding and compassionate. It went as smoothly as could be expected and my pup wasn’t anxious or in pain anymore. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone having to take this next step.

Loving Hands provides such an important service to the pet community. We were able to say goodbye to our beloved dog in our home. His passing was peaceful and comfortable and he was with the people he loved. I can't thank you enough for that!

These ladies were amazing! They were so compassionate and it seemed like our beloved dog passed so easily. This is never an easy thing but they made it much more bearable. I highly recommend if you unfortunately need this service.

It’s taken me a while to feel ready to write this review, but I feel that it’s necessary so that other people going through the experience of losing a pet can know where to turn. Our 15 year old dog (basically our baby) was very sick for long time and one day he let us know that he didn’t want to be in this world anymore. It was a Sunday, and though we had had no previous contact with Loving Hands, we called them and they were able to offer us an appointment later that day with Dr. Zoe Xava. She came out that evening and walked us through the hardest thing we have ever had to do. She was just the right balance of compassionate and professional. I know how hard it must be to go into peoples’ homes when they are saying goodbye to their best friend, and perform this service. You can tell it’s a labor of love for her and that she truly cares about the animals. She explained everything that she was going to do in detail and gave us plenty of time to adjust every step of the way. She answered all of our questions with patience and understanding, and she made sure that we were prepared for each step of the process. Our boy was able to die peacefully at home in the arms of his parents who loved him. He wasn’t scared (like he was of most strangers and all vets), he just quietly slipped away. We will be forever grateful to Dr. Zoe Xava and Loving Hands, for helping us to give our boy the last gift we could give him, a quiet peaceful death surrounded by love. I hope that if you are reading this review you aren’t dealing with the potential loss of a pet, but if you are, know that you can call these people and it will make the hardest day of your life just a tiny bit less hard.❤️????

They are big supporters of rescue programs. This is actually rare. They truly love animals. They helped this little rescue girl.

Thank you so much for coming to us during a pandemic and letting us stay with our boy while he passed. Truly above and beyond in a crazy time. Dr. Wheatley was so professional and kind. It sucks when you have to say good bye to your best friend but I would recommend this service and the amazing staff here to anyone in that unfortunate position.

Dr. Laura made an awful, terribly sad experience much easier. Being able to say goodbye in our home was so much nicer than taking our cat Natasha to the vet's office. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I've been meaning to write this review since May of 2019, when I had to let go of my 11 year old cat, Wilson. Things deteriorated fast and after setting up an appointment time, when I contacted them again to request a sooner time, they accommodated our needs and showed up quickly. I'm sure anyone reading these reviews knows this is the hardest day of any pet owner's life, but Dr. Xava made it a little less terrible by allowing us the privilege of sending Wilson on his way in the grass of our backyard. The price was well worth the peace of avoiding a distressing vet visit and I admire Dr. Xava for her unwavering commitment to standing with pets and humans during their time of need. Death care is not an easy business but it is a fact of life and I am so, so, so thankful for Loving Hands and the compassion they show to all.

Loving Hands is exceptionally sensitive, patient, thoughtful and considerate. I hope you never need them, but if you do they are exactly the gentle hearted professionals you and your animal deserve to have assist you through the worst of days.
