This is a hard review for me to write, not because of their service, but because of the reason for their service. My beloved dog passed away, and East Ridge carried out her cremation. They were very gentle and understanding with me. It took just about 2 weeks for her ashes to come home. They sealed her in a beautiful, wooden box with carved flowers on the top. They also gave me a footprint, hand-painted. It is one of the most beautiful ones I have seen compared to many others I have seen from pictures posted by other bereaving pet owners. This is one of the hardest things we have to do as pet owners, but East Ridge made it a little easier, and for that I am grateful.

Diane & I are very pleased with finding a new Veterinary Clinic. We were both very happy and feel a confidence with the staff.

I have taken a couple birds to them and they have helped. Their prices seem reasonable. They have been pretty good about being timely.

They have such an awesome staff. I would recommend them for all your pets needs.

Always been so impressed with Dr. Marcie Keener and all the staff. Been going there for many years.

I pretty disappointed in this place. My dog is behind with her bordetella booster according to Pet Medical Center which was my dogs Veterinarian first upon moving here. According to Google Map they were open today until 1800. I ended up calling 5 til. Numerous rings. No answer, no VOICEMAIL. My dog is throwing up yellow bile which I researched on line . I miss her Veterinarian in Roseburg Oregon. Baileys was the best. I like Klamsth Falls but no luck with a good Veterinarian. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. If anyone reading this can recommend a good reliable Veterinarian here in Klamath Falls please feel free to respond to this response.

This Vet is the worst. My sister took her year old dane here to be neutered... and they overdosed him on anesthesia. He died in the middle of the night after they brought him home. I wished they would have sued. Do not ever take your animal here..

I have always had excellent service from the staff. They are very professional, friendly and usually able to squeeze you in if it is an emergency. They have become the family vet for all of my animals.

They took my little guy in and treated him when I thought he was really sick fortunately it was something that could be treated with anti-biotics they were very nice and professional

They got me right in & out... K wasn't quite, but fast enough.... Plus being the breed he is I usually get a room first.. Cuz 4 some reason other ppl & their pets r the ones causing the ruckus.. He loves the attention tho, especially from the Vet's & staff members So I thank you all sincerely he means the world to my daughter & I !!!!!!!!!!!

They collapsed my dogs trachea and just said it happens now my dog is on val trob for life and he has flare ups he woll suffocate one day i have spent so much money trying to fix this be aware

East Ridge Animal Hospital always do an excellent job of taking care of our exotic pets. They know how to treat our delicate pets with care and respect and we have a huge appreciation for them. Thank you East Ridge!

This is a great vet for exotic animals. (We haven't used them for other animals.) They are reasonably priced and friendly.

Great! I enjoy the the personal attention my dog gets for his meds every time we pick them up.

They took great care of my little Missy Mae. Removed a cyst from her back and cleaned her teeth. We picked her up and she was as good as new. And they were very affordable with no extra hidden fees or added procedures. I totally recommend Dr.Marcie and the staff.

Very happy we took our daughters bearded dragons there for a check up. Friendly and sweet people.

They took such good care of my little rat boy. I work an 8-5 and they were flexible about working with my schedule to get my little guy taken care of. A follow up call to check on Teddy was made the following day or day after. All the staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions I threw at them. I would definitely recommend them for anyone that has little "pocket pets" or exotics or any of your small furry family.
