I am new to the area and was looking for a friendly, loving environment to take our puppy too. I asked around and was recommended to Companion Pet Clinic. I absolutely loved the experience we had there! Everyone was friendly and very …

Hi! So we came together this morning each one with our dog for neuter and spaying and at the moment of doing paperwork the person gave me only one paper showing the price for my male dog. Perfect until then. So I asked how much would it be for the other dog (since I’m the person using the card for both) she said: “cheaper” So she said we were good to go!!while taking the smaller dog in….. but I was still kinda guessing in my head …. how much am I going to borrow the owner of the smaller dog so they pay me back, etc, etc!! Personal info that I don’t need to explain and it was getting busy aswell SO TO CLARIFY about prices I asked to please print me out the paper were the price shows for the small dog. Well, she gave me attitude just because of that. She came back and I asked the owner of dog, standing next to me, if it’s needed the paper because at least I was good to go! (anyways I’m paying when picking them up) and the “recepcionist” told me WITH A HUGE ATTITUDE: “YOU TOLD ME TO PRINT IT OUT, SO” type thing… I kinda felt I was making her work EXTRA ???? and I instantly recognize she NEEDS training and doesn’t know how to handle busy or stressful moments. She forgets about the QUALITY in customer service that help us to choose to buy in one company over the other. Customers deserve to be reminded how much are we going to be charged SPECIALLY when signing so we make sure everything is CORRECT and there are no surprises later. So simple and basic, nothing to overwork there. I’m going to pick up the dogs today at 4pm and I’ll let them know about this uncomfortable situation. PS: giving 3 stars JUST because the other people was very nice over the phone when making the appointment and 1 of them at the counter.

We had to put down our fur baby due to a large tumor that was causing pain and lose of mobility. Everyone involved was so amazing and kind. They put us in our own room during the process so we could comfort our little one in peace and even set us up to get her paw prints made soon after. The whole process was much easier to go through due to their help and was much cheaper than expected. We will definitely be bringing our other fur babies to them in the future.

The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. I have a dog who is sometimes aggressive with other dogs and the staff did everything to make sure my dog and I were comfortable. They made us a clear path to the exam room and took excellent care of us. They made me feel comfortable which I appreciated so much, and most importantly made sure my dog was okay. Excellent service!

Ok this is my first time going to this clinic. My review is going to be after they treat my 15 year cat, Heloise. My cat is very sick I do not know what exactly is wrong with her. I think she has been attacked by some feral cats where I live in Dorris, Ca. I did mention to the lady on the phone that I am on a limited budget and do not have a lot of funds to work with. I just lost my fiance to a stroke. After reading all the reviews I am very apprehensive about going g to this clinic now. I pray they will treat my Heloise with compassion and love besides respect. She is my best friend and deserves to be treated as such. After dropping Heloise off the the clinic. I received very prompt, courteous, and understanding personnel at this clinic. Heloise is doing very well. They also kept my finances in mind and I was charged just what I requested.

I took my cat in about 30 days ago and found out he has inflammatory bowel disease and could not keep any food in his stomach . They gave him 2 shots did some lab work and charged me 377.00. Things were good for about 3 weeks and now he is not eating. I called and ask to speak to the vet that worked on him and I was told "we are so busy the vets don't have time to call you" . BS , I just wanted to know what to do with my cat. You are not too busy to make a 5 minute phone call. You people are terrible !

I have been here before with my dogs wonderful service from all the ladies who I’ve interacted with. Today I took my 13 yr old cat in because he has a bad tooth Dr. Wilson wanted to pull all his teeth out despite his age, I spoke with my mom about that and she told me to ask about a treatment she had used when she worked in the field less then a decade ago. The man was livid that I didn’t want them pulling cats teeth out told me I was uneducated, that I was rude and disrespectful and I personally felt that I had been attacked by this man in broad daylight outside, he reduced me too tears I asked multiple time to have my cat returned to me and to pay for the exam. I’ve never before felt so humiliated . He demanded I come inside and be educated on the mater despite the fact I wanted to leave with my pet and be on my way. The vet tech was a saint very kind I apologized to her say if I was rude I did not mean it at all, she apologized to me for the treatment I received was not ok. I am seriously considering never going back which is sad be because prior to today I have had terrific experiences here with other doctors and staff

I have never written a review for a company before but my experience has been so horrible this place takes the cake. I adopted a stray cat so I called and set an appointment to get neutered and vaccinated. I told them specifically that the cat is a stray and I also asked for an estimate for the pricing. They told me they were unable to give me an estimated price and made the appointment. When we arrived for the second round of vaccines, I mentioned that I wanted to do blood work and test for feline leukemia since he was a stray and wanted to make sure the cat is all healthy. The person at the desk told me they cannot test for leukemia since he got the feline leukemia vaccine already. The person told me they normally recommend the feline leukemia test for stray cats during the neutering appointment. Even though I had said many times prior to the visits that this cat is a stray cat they never mentioned this and proceeded to do the feline leukemia vaccine without doing the feline leukemia test. Because of this, my cat now has antibodies and cannot be tested for feline leukemia… I also asked what was the estimated pricing for basic bloodwork to be done for wellness and they were still unable to provide pricing, not even a ballpark. It appears that this practice has extremely poor communication skills and the receptionists have no clue what they are doing. -20/10 would not recommend

Where do I start, i’ve had bad experiences with this place. Took my daughter here for her cat as the lady that helped us slapped my daughters cat right in the face rin front of my daughter mind you she was 11yrs old at the time, then shoved her cat in a pillow case then proceeds to take the cat to the back. God knows what she did to cat back there. They are way overly priced took my cat there walked out with a $200 doller bill. Time went by had to take my cat back to the vet for same thing, I decided to take her to a different vet. I walked out with a $80.00 dollar bill and this guy did a way better job. Companion pet after signing a contract they will scratch things and add things after you had signed it and tell you that you signed and agreed to even though there are no initials stating I agreed to changes. That’s breach of contract against the law. This is a money hungry establishment that don’t have the best interest in you or your animal just your wallet. The girls there have Snooty Attitudes. Not very welcoming that’s for sure.

Very poor customer service. They do as they please and use little old lady's pocket books as they see fit. Their main focus is their up sale. On signed estimate they add in additional things that were not agreed on. And tell you that you did. Would stay clear of this establishment.

They were able to see my cat at the time I called, even as a new patient. They managed to fit us in on what appeared to be a very busy day. The staff was very informative and called with updates everyday. The doctor explained everything in great detail and informed us of the prices prior to treatment. Dr. Jean-Paul Reboulets treatment of our pets was genuinely kind and sincere. I highley recommend them & was very pleased and grateful to have found there service.

Our dog Koko loves coming here! We have boarded her at other places in town and she seemed mad at us when we picked her up from the other places. But she gets very excited every time we pull up here. I think all of the workers and care takers take very good care of the animals here. She also recently had dental work done here and had a very quick recovery. Photo from right after her dental work ????poor baby

I had pet medication refilled a week ago. I come in to get them, and then was told one was out of stock. Was asked to pay, and was prepared to ask for a written copy to have other meds filled elsewhere, because I was leaving for a week long trip. They charged me for the medication I didn't get, and I could not have it transferred. Had to cancel my camping trip. After 6 days, still hadn't heard from them, though I was told I'd be notified when it was ready. Called, and surprise, it was already filled and ready. So I go in to pick it up, and it's not ready. I'm then forced to stay in the building (locked in) while I have to wait. They say masks are mandatory (and they will sell you one for fifty cents), but some guy with a puppy came in and out without one, led right by me both times. I am at such high risk of Covid, no one with my condition has survived it yet in the US. I count on places with mask mandates to enforce them (no mask, no entry), not force me into bad situations, and not lock me into building to get even more exposure, and have things ready when they say they're ready so I can come and go quickly. This clinic let me down terribly today, and I have to warn others, safety and efficiency means squat there. Certainly can't recommend having prescriptions filled there either, clearly, they cost more in price AND they charge you things they don't provide AND they can't get a damn thing to go smooth or keep their word to save their lives lately. Edit: Their vet science, 'fear free handling' skills are the best in the basin. Covid quality, and pharmacy organization, left a lot to be desired. Before Covid, 5 stars, during covid, 1 stars, ending up with 3 stars average. Once Covid is old news, and if they work on their pharmacy organizing, they really will be amazing again. Best placed for highly stressed pets in the basin still, I will swear by that, and always made it worth it.

The staff is nice but when I called to make an appointment for my dog I was told one thing and when I got to the office they told me he needed more than what they told me over the phone. They need to get more organized will not be going back.

Losing our Cody was devastating. Losing him this year during pandemic this vet could have stopped us at the parking lot to take our boy inside without us. But they cleared a spacious room for us to be there till the end. This wonderful team of compassionate souls saw how hard it was for us to let go and made the experience peaceful and beautiful. Thank you everyone for making this happen

Dr. Wilson and his staff have always been compassionate and professional. We have had our animals seen by this clinic for 10+ years. They have always welcomed us with a smile. They have a real heart for caring for the animals that walk through their doors. Even when they are backed up and busy, when it is our turn to be seen they take their time with us instead of rushing to get to the next patient. I never mind waiting to be seen knowing that when it is my turn I will get the same undivided attention and care. I highly recommend this vet office to treat and care for your four legged family members.

Though I lost my precious Pedra today, I know the doctors did everything they could to help her. I don't foresee ever taking my animals anywhere else. A special thanks to each of you!

Oh my gosh.. Dr. Dean Wilson did another amazing surgery.. this time on my 11 year old maltese... Her knee cap was dislocated basically a torn ACL.. .. and tooth extraction .. I can't begin to tell everyone that I have never been so impressed with the knowledged, care, compassion, of the staff there... Dr. Wilson is truly an angel here on earth... Thank you so much for taking care of my babies ????

Before Covid-19, I found this place to be the best service in Klamath Falls. There was still room for improvement with the customer service, but nothing to how it is now. My last couple of visits have been pretty upsetting. I understand that Covid-19 has required businesses to change the way they go about things, but it should never have reduced the quality of service provided. Now there's an extreme lack of communication between the technicians to other technicians, and the Techs to clients. When I called asking if my cat got a nail trim, the girl on the other line responded "I don't know." That's not the service I'm paying for. I count on them to have my pets interest in mind, I don't know is not an acceptable answer.

My cat had surgery on an abdominal hurnia there. The first thing I've noticed is there is a high lack of communication throughout the building. Each time contact was made there was confusion on their end. When it came time for payment my card was held on to for a very unnecessary amount of time. The day after surgery I had to call and bring my cat back in due to a medical wrap they put on her leg they did not remove after surgery. I was not sure weather they left it there on purpose to cover wounds from i.v fluids so I did not take it off after I picked her up from the vet. However it was wrapped so excruciatingly tight that it was stopping blood flow and caused her foot to swell three times the size over night. I called to let the know I was taking her back and again had to deal with them being lost on who my pet was and what she was in for after calling two times. They asked if it was a drop off to pick her up later and I responded questioning why when all they had to do is remove the wrap from her leg. The lady had no idea what I was in for and yet again they were confused ????. They said they would need a few hours for this procedure that they would need to test for infection. I left her there only to get a call back as soon as I got home to come get her cause all she needed was the wrap removed. When I arrived they told me they performed a procedure to help with reducing swelling and made it a point to let me know they did the procedure for free and printed out what it would have cost. This was something of their fault so no payment on my end would have been necessary anyway. In addition it had been less than two days since surgery and on their paper it said her visits post surgery that are in regards to the surgery are payed for for thirty days after . For them to be unapologetic and put in my face that they are doing it free of charge in wich they should have anywaydue to it being thier fault the first place shows me the lack of compassion for caring for pets. I truly believe their compassion is thier wallet and that's hard to say as this has always been the vet my family took our pets to a when I was growing up.

My animals have been given excellent care at this hospital. Their lives are better for the skills of the vets and the diagnostic tools available here. I really like the staff and the funny jokes they post on the wall near the office. I appreciate how thoroughly the vet techs and veterinarians evaluate my dogs during appointments and the clear explanations they give of what the diagnosis is and what treatments are available.
