The place looks great when you walk in . I was super excited to check out a new plant store ., as I am always on the hunt for new plants . Today I was out looking for some adivice /tips on a rooting medium. I was told the Henry would have a better idea on what I was looking for . The lady was super nice . I told her I would look around mean while I waited .,since I had never been in. Then I was approached by an older gentleman., after being looked up and down he asked how he can help . I’m looking for rooting medium or ideas ., he asked for what ., Marijuana.? I was shocked ., I asked why .? do I smell or look like I use marijuana? I asked if he did ., I told him actually for , monsteras, alocasias, etc. I asked why would you start off with that assumption.? I felt totally judged and stereotyped . I asked again and he had no answer. I won’t describe myself because it shouldn’t matter what I look like . I will never come back here again . Sorry ., Amigo ????

The employees are friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. All of that equals a 5☆+.

Had what I needed friendly people

This is my favorite store in town! The prices are great on pet supplies, and it is so fun looking at the unique gifts they have as well. The man and woman (not sure if they’re the owners) that work there are always so great to the customers and are very patient when you’re not sure what you’re looking for. I always make sure to shop here when I can. Love to support shops like these.

I have gone to CCM for years now because they all seem so knowledgeable. My veterinarian’s office stopped their VIP program and due to them not open on the weekends and having a difficult time getting appointments but yet I would need to take my dog in in order for me to continue buying his flea treatment and medication, I said forget it. Salem and Keizer seem to have a shortage of vets that are accepting new clients. If an emergency comes up with one of my animals in the mean time I will take them to the ER vets office. My German Shepherd is over 12 years old and has been having hip issues as I guess is somewhat normal for the breed. The vet that I had been seeing had him on medication but it became so expensive with needed testing every so often along the cost of the medication. I went with my mom that is a frequent shopper to talk to Steve at Cooper Creek Mercantile about my German Shepherd and his hip and joints. Steve was so helpful! I am so Thankful for his expertise in the dog foods and what other items I can give him because my baby has improved so much. In fact so much that when I am in the yard with my dog, my protector, he has a little jump in his steps when we go back in the house. I would rather pay a little more by shopping at Cooper Creek Mercantile with all their very knowledgeable staff that greet you with a smile and even by your name when you become a regular there, than a box store that may have 1 or 2 staff members that know what ingredients are in the product only because they are reading it off the bag. Thank You Steve and thank you to everyone there for making it so my dog is able to still live a happy life

Love all the fun yard stuff, bbq spices and rubs, great selection of plants. Oh, and they have a huge selection of pet foods. Their new addition of food trucks outside is a wonderful surprise. The staff is really friendly and will carry your stuff out to your car.

Great staff. Great place. Locally owned. Great prices. They even carry your food to your car. If you buy dog food or cat food from them after you buy 12 bags you get the 13th bag for free!

Absolutely love this place, they have everything i need for my cat, dog and bunny ???? they are always so welcoming and helpful with my animal needs. They go above and beyond for there costumer needs.

My neighbor asked me to take her to the store to get some things for her critters and so we went to Copper Creek in Keizer. They had an amazing selection of great stuff for most any pets and small farm animals. The outstanding thing I want to tell you about is the kind and gentle service given to my neighbor and myself. Love these guy's. Always full of fun info about the options we have to feed our four legged family members. Was able to find an affordable food that is still top shelf. And a few new toys to make our new addition feel at home. Great place to stop in and view for fun if nothing else.

This is where I go to get all my pet supplies. They know me, ask about my kids and my mom...it feels like visiting with family. They have a great selection of products and are very knowledgeable about animals. They will load what you buy into your car. Great customer service. I'd highly recommend.

They have cat food and kitty litter. They always ring me up, go get my heavy item(s) and bring them to the car for me. I’ve never had to put the heavy bags in the car myself. It’s super appreciated!

Love this place! Best customer service in the state. Well kept inside and well decorated. They have a large selection and the owners, that work there, are super nice with great service. They almost wont take no for an answer when they offer to take it out to the car for you

Always a great place to visit. Great pet supplies and garden things. The only place I can find dog food with 3 ingredients! Staff is always super friendly and helpful.
