I live nearby and so I’ve tried to frequent this Nature’s Pet when I can instead of the larger chains or shopping online. They have a lot of very high end products natural products for dogs and cats amazing toys and treats and gear there’s a dearth of some things that my cat will only eat unfortunately but they do have her favorite treats so that’s a bonus. The only thing that brings it down from five stars to three for me though is kind of an uncanny glitch that I’ve noticed every single time I’ve been in the store the sales person has been very rude to me, looking me up and down and watching my every move throughout the store like I am a criminal. It’s weird because it’s different people. But shout out to the one time which was my mist recent visit and the guy was the exact opposite all the ladies I had dealt with. He went out of his way to take me through the store was in no hurry to get rid of me didn’t try to upsell me and I even told him I have to tell you no offense to the store but you are the only person I’ve ever met every time I come here that’s been nice and helpful and I just wanted to let you know that. . So I know it’s kind of a wishy-washy review so it sounded like it’s hitter mess it’s unfortunate that the customer service there is so snippy except for that guy but I just wanted to definitely comment I would go there a lot more frequently if it wasn’t such a barrier . I think, “oh God I have to deal with attitude , but my cat really needs her treats.”

Never been to this store before, totally loved it. Friendly, helpful staff, and they carry all my favorite brands!!

First time coming into the store and we loved it! We had a couple questions about dog brushes and we were helped right away! I didn’t catch the gals name but she was awesome! She gave us some free treats for our dogs and cat, 10/10 would recommend.

My grandson was looking at a stuffy for his dog. He lifted one off the rack and it fell on floor. Lady at front desk very rude comes over and said if you quit throwing things around that wouldn't of happened. Grandson said it just fell off. She grabs it and JUST WALKED AWAY. I had some bones in my hand to buy but after she talked that way and was rude. I walked out without NOTHING. No one was in there. YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE RUDE!!!!!

I was looking for a tape type dog walking leash. Very nice and helpful young man assisted me, I got a nice one.

I have two dogs that have extreme food allergies. They carry Kangaroo, and that is the only thing my dogs can eat.

Great spot. I pass by 2 of the bigger box/chain stores and a couple grocery stores to get here. My exclusive spot for food for our cats. Good selection, friendly staff and a fairly robust loyalty/rewards program. Prefer the higher quality food for the pets health. That quality selection comes with a higher price slightly but that is my choice, not the store. Also enjoy opportunities to support smaller local stores.

Love this place! Has everything I need for my pup and the people there are always friendly and helpful.

I seem to always have loads of questions when we visit this store and all of the employees take their time answering them and making sure I know what all of my options are. Everyone is super helpful, friendly and loving to our pup. We always find what we need and more. Our pup, Cannoli, loves leaving with a cannoli treat too.
