Very friendly staff and caring to the animals. They manage to handle the phone and patient's coming in and out fairly quickly and with professionalism.

I've been going to Lincoln Road Veterinary Clinic for close to 11 years. Dr. Codd whom I call Dr. Russ is awesome four years or so I lost my amstaff Dr. Russ showed empathy and compassion. Because of the professional history I have with Lincoln Road Veterinary Clinic I will continue to stay with what's tried and true that works for me. I'm partial to Dr. Code again he has been my veterinarian for years. I would trust any of my pets with any of the veternarians that work at the clinic. I had a American Bully I had to bring her in on a emergency Dr. Caroline cleared up the mastitis infection and was wonderful. Dr. Brett also saw the same dog he was very good with the dog very professional and knowledgeable. The office staff are great and understanding.

We moved to Grants Pass 2 & 1/2 years ago and began taking our senior silky terrier to Lincoln Road Vet. They were very kind and compassionate at the end of her life. In 2020 we got a German Shepherd/Corgi puppy and she has received all of her veterinary care at Lincoln! She loves going to the vet to see her friends! Thank you!!!

The staff is always so caring and interested in our dog. Our dog really likes his vet and is very comfortable around him. We like him because he is understanding about treatments for our aging dog, he is friendly and communicates well.

I love all the staff. Very friendly and interact with everyone who walks through the door. Genuinely love animals and they show it.

We had a scary situation with Frankie not feeling well. They were able to schedule her and got her feeling normal again. The staff keeped us informed with her treatment and progress throughout the day. I am so grateful and have a huge respect for the entire team . I can tell Frankie got excellent care and perhaps a little extra TLC. She is home happy eating and drinking again.

Dr. Codd is the best veterinarian we have ever had. He is extremely kind and knowledgeable. He always takes time to explain his thoughts about my concerns about our German Shepard and has always left me feeling very confident that Ruby (our German Shepard) is in the best hands. Ruby is calm in his care also!

After a harrowing experience at another Veterinary Clinic, I brought both of my toy fox terriers to The Lincoln Road Veterinary Clinic in 2013, put them into the care of Dr. Russell Codd, and have remained a client ever since. The gentle, loving, and professional care my dogs have received has greatly improved their well being and my concern for their safety and good health. I couldn’t ask for a better veterinarian than Dr. Codd, who goes to great lengths to ensure all is right with my two treasures. Dr. Codd’s staff is of the highest competence in keeping all records up-to date, prescriptions in order, shot records, and any vaccines needed. They ensure the owner receive a written notice in the mail and database is always updated in order for an email to be generated automatically to reminder clients of upcoming appointed and needed vaccines! Regarding expenses, I am always informed beforehand, of all procedures and individual item costs, which allows me time to manage how I want to time the events, if I’m short on funds. Teeth cleaning, for example for my female had to be delayed a couple of weeks, but no great harm. Over the span of my life, I have had many animals and seen many vets. Dr. Codd and the staff at the The Lincoln Road Veterinary Clinic is by far the one and only place I would now truly trust with the care and well being of my pet.

We always have a great experience and great service there. Very professional and friendly workers. My kid and dogs even enjoy it!

I love Lincoln Rd Vets! I’ve been taking my pets there since 2013. They always manage to fit an emergency in too! Great staff and very attentive to your pets and their needs. The BEST!

I have 5 small animals. I have been with Dr. Russell Codd for 10 years. He is an excellent vet and also a person of high integrity. He truly cares about the animals, very much and will do what is best for the animal. He has been a vet for many years, which I consider important. I like him also because he is " up front". He will " tell it like it is ". I really like that. thank you for caring for all my dogs and cats over the years.

Dr Cod brought my Yorkshire back from death. She probably ate a poisoned rat.

These people are always very nice and helpful. They are so good with my dog and calming him down when he got his shots. Great place to go to ❤️

The waiting room is clean and pleasant; never crowded. The reception staff is helpful, polite and friendly. I find the veterinarians compassionate, friendly and thorough. They take the time to explain diagnoses and to answer questions. I highly recommend Lincoln Rd. Vet.

I love everything about this office! Dr. Cobb and Dr. Caroline are the best I’ve ever worked with. I take my two dogs here and Dr. Caroline is so thorough and truly cares. The staff is friendly and welcoming and no question is ever too small. My only complaint is one of the receptionists always has a horrible attitude and is very rude. I try to avoid her. Most of my friends who go here knew who I was talking about without even knowing her name. I wish she wasn’t putting such a damper on the atmosphere because everyone else is so wonderful. Thank you for all you do everyday to keep us dog moms at peace!

Contacted several vets in Grants Pass and all said the Vets are not accepting new clients. How can they write on their website how much they care about pets. Some offices refer treatment to vet hospital in Central Point. That would be a long and expensive trip just to get shot updates and nails trimmed. So disappointing.

We highly recommend Lincoln Road Veterinary! Staff are extremely responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. The facility is very pleasant and clean. Our dog loves the little "park" on the grounds before and after his visits. Really appreciate their timely reminders well in advance of when we need to be seen again. Have never had trouble obtaining an appointment, or any issues with making extra purchases, treatments, or anything like I read about some vet offices. It's a very stress free atmosphere. Very glad we have them in our area!

Lily had her first cleaning with Lincoln Road..it's a nerve racking procedure for the "parents",least it was for us...will everything go okay? will she be okay after? It did and she is..a little sore but getting better..Dr. Caroline called, filled us in and they called the next morning to follow up. We had some questions and they checked with the doctor and got back to us quickly...Thanks for a good experience!

We can not express in words how we feel about the staff and over all care Lincoln Road Veterinary Clinic serve’s. We feel like family and are treated as such. The doctors and staff are helpful, knowledgeable and most importantly compassionate. Our animals are so loved by them all and we wouldn’t want to take them anywhere else.

The crew at lincoln road vet clinic go up and beyond the needs of the pet and their humans. They are awesome.

I have two dogs my other dog was sick and I called and found out we haven't been in there for a while so now they're not a patient they wouldn't see my sick dog they said maybe I should think about surrendering my dog maybe they should think about caring about dogs a little more
