The Vet was absolutely amazing! The kindness and love she shared during this hard time was truly a blessing.

Unfortunately, my mother's loving "Lady Libby" had taken a turn for the worst. She was at least 25 years old, no kidding! We had hoped she would have passed peacefully at home but on the third day Lady Libby was still with us and it was time to make a difficult but humane decision. Saturday morning we called Allen Creek Vet, and they were able to squeeze us in. Staff was very compassionate and allowed us to share Libby's story with them and just how much she will be missed! We had our last moments with her and then she just went to sleep! Very peaceful, humane and dignified. Thank you, Allen Creek Veterinary Clinic for helping our family at such a critical time!

Very careful about protecting staff from covid contact.

Dr. Heidi is the best: thorough, caring and available, as well as reasonably priced. I have had too many misdiagnosis from other vets in Grants Pass and Dr. Heidi is the only one I trust.

Can't ask 4 a better Dr, and staff is the best in the business.

They were amazing when we had to put our dog down. They explained everything and went above and beyond. They sent us a card and gave us a paw print as well. Highly recommend.

I have a yellow nape parrot. The vets, receptionists, have always been great! Several times, they have given care without charging me. Alder Creeks are the only vets in Medford to deal with parrots. I am sad to say, they are not accepting knew clients, with parrots. However they will continúe talking care of Rippley, and should I get another parrot, will also take care of him too!! If your parrot NEEDS help, call them, they can tell you of a vet in Rogué River who does parrot!!

The doctor on duty was very nice and friendly. We had to put down one of my clients cats and they were very polite and friendly about it.

Untrained and unknowledgeable staff especially at the front counter. Very unprofessional, long wait times and was charged four times as much as what they quoted me on the phone. Be aware!!

Amazing service, care, and prices! They were able to squeeze my kitty in for a same day emergency appointment on a Saturday! They even sent him home with reasonably priced meds! Loki and I rate these guys 5 purrs ????

I feel Allen creek veterinary hospital is a good place to take your pet. They've always took care of my animals and I've never going there for about 2 years now. No complaints with me.

We cannot express the gratitude that we have for Dr. Gayle, Randy, Victoria, and all the others that work at Allen Creek. They are amazing folks. The heart felt care they provided to our Bully made it much easier on him and us so he could go peacefully.

I will never do there again. The staff is so rude????

Very kind and understanding vets, however, a simple check up for a small animal will end up being several hours regardless of how busy they are.

I waited 3 months to get an appointment for 2 outside cats to get neutered. When the day finally came, they made me wait an hour to come get the cats from my car. By this time, both of the cats were pretty freaked out form being in the car. I get a call a few hours later that one of the cats but the vet tech and we will have to isolate him for 10 days then he can get neutered. The day of the new appointment, they made me wait half an hour again before answering their phones. I was informed that he was not scheduled for surgery. They acted like I made it up. This isn't the first time I've been disappointed in their service and their work, but this will be the last time. Worst vet in the world. Seriously would never recommend. They don't care about the animals and they are always over booked and under staffed. They act like this is their clients problem. I'm so upset because this cat will be running around getting all the cats in the neighborhood pregnant and there is nothing I can do but wait for an appointment at my new vet. Seriously. Do not go here.

The staff is great and very helpful, the techs and doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and very caring. Even during the mess of a pandemic and difficult mandates, they prioritize pet care and health. You won't be disappointed with the service and love for animals that come from Allen Creek Vets

They took us in as an un scheduled emergency. Very kind and compassionate. We had to euthanize our pet. They made us as comfortable as possible and made a tough day a little easier.

They were great with my cats. I recommended them to my brother he also had a great experience with his dog. Very reasonably priced.
