Have always received the best pet care from the nicest people here for over 15 years. The photo hangs in one of the exam rooms. I've always liked their sense of humor.

I came to see how much a rabie shot would be for a puppy they said $30 plus $50 to be seen, so $80 for the visit all together. I believe it also varies on how much your dog weights they stated. I have a medium puppy. The staff at the front was very nice.

Willakenzie Animal Clinic has been our family veterinarian for 22 years and it just keeps getting better. Their business practices are efficient, responsive and caring. When you arrive for an appointment, you are not left in the waiting room, but taken to a patient room, where your veterinarian and technician will join you shortly. Following appointments where your pet had a concern, they call you in the following day/s to check in on your animal family member. They hire and keep the best staff.

My 2 kittens received post-adoption wellness exams for $6 each. They also received boosters and flea treatment, plus I got a quick lesson on nail clipping and other great advise. I’m a first time pet owner and didn’t know what to expect yet the entire visit was understandable, personable, and affordable. I received a treatment plan listing what is due next, what is optional vs required, and best of all my kittens are healthy and thriving. They were a little nervous but the treats won them over!

I trust them with my little boy took him to the annual check up they told me all was great so I trust them one of the value was something wrong they never mentioned 6 months later I asked them again to check on him something was not right. The vet call me to tell me she was a little conocer with some of the values I called her back she wasn’t available we play phone tag for 15 days I took him to the emergency room he had cancer. If I learn in the annual exam I would have more time. He pass and I’m so sad I feel like I put him in the wrong hands. They are too busy they call you to learn if your dog is OK but neglect to follow up for very important information

I moved to Oregon a few weeks ago and my dog needed a check up due to the intense meds he was on for MMM. When we arrived the vet immediately knew something was not right and it wasn’t just the meds making him act tired like we previously thought. To our surprise he had liver failure and a bad infection from his immune system being lowered by the meds. We had to choose whether to put him down or take the slim chance and bring him home and see if the antibiotics could save him. We were completely shocked but needless to say we took him home and we’re so happy to say he’s ok. This was 100% because of our wonderful veterinarian Dr. Whalen at Willakenzie AC. We had no idea how bad he was and we are so thankful they worked us in on a busy day and literally saved his life. Our 1.5yr old Rottie is looking like he will see his 2nd birthday and that’s truly priceless. Thank you Dr. Whalen for saving our boy and making us WAC family for life ❤️‍????

The physical changes they have made recently and the new procedures like paying while still in the exam room and adding an app make this clinic even better than it always has been! I’ve gone to them for 40 years! Always top notch service! Thanks to all! ????

I switched to Willakenzie several years ago, after trying 2 other veterinarians in the Eugene area. Having been a dog owner for many years, I never had full confidence in either of them. The last straw was when I took my Rhodesian ridgeback for a puppy check aennd the vet asked me when her ridge would come it. They either have them or not at birth! Tula did not. I switched and my experiences with old dogs, surgery and puppies has been wonderful. I have recommended Willakenzie to others and have been profusely thanked for doing so. Gretchen Delius

I have been bringing my cat and two dogs to Willakenzie for about a year and a half now, and would highly recommend the clinic! I've seen Dr. DeWall, Dr. Brandt, and Dr. Whalen, and trust all of them to take great care of my animals. Dr. DeWall treated my senior kitty, Jasmine, when she was experiencing a rapid weight loss emergency and did a wonderful job ordering tests, explaining the results and her theories on the potential causes of the problem, and getting me a referral for a consult at a specialty clinic; Jasmine was treated successfully and is happy and healthy again! Dr. Whalen recently performed a spay surgery on my 1 year old Lab, River, and did an awesome job taking care of her. The team of vet techs and veterinary assistants is incredible as well! Special shout out to Ethan, who my pup River is absolutely obsessed with. The front office staff is always professional and friendly. They do a great job assessing when there's a pressing need for an appointment and finding space in the calendar, and they always call to follow up and see how my pets are doing after they've been treated. I have been so happy with the level of care my pets have received at this clinic. My pets are family to me and I feel that Willakenzie treats them like family as well!

I was worried about my dog. She had a unusual lump and I felt I had to get it checked. Willakenzie Animal Clinic has a safe curbside service that I took advantage of. They are all great people and excellent vets. I was greatly relieved to hear it was just a fatty tumor. I have been taking my dog there for over 3 years and will continue!

My doggie was having issues walking. I called in the a.m and spoke to the front office, he is a patient of record, they mmediately spoke to the vet on staff. They got him in within 2 hours. He has slipped discs in is back, they were willing to administer immediate pain injection. They are treating it aggressively with all available Rx. I went into a full on panic attack and they were so kind to me. We will explore surgical options if the limbs begin to go farther into paralysis. Genuinely concerned, kind and very helpful for my support animal and my emotional well being. Absolutely recommend!

I have been coming to this animal clinic for over 25 years and have received experienced quality professional services each time. They also have a mentoring network referral system with many other vets, clinics, colleges, and universities that allows them to use these informational areas as resources in solving difficult medical issues for your animals.

We have been taking our Dog for years to this clinic and have noticed the prices getting very high compared to other Vets. We have been very disappointed with our last several visits. The communication is horrible and very hard to get an appointment. The staff is friendly, but we are becoming untrusting with how they have been charging us for their services. The last several surgeries that our dog had, we didn’t feel very confident with the out come. Very sad that after 8 years of being a client, we seen such a negative change in the last couple of years and now looking for another Vet. ????
