Excellent at getting my cat in ASAP. Very affordable and professional.

Took my 2 dogs here for years and then upset the doctor because I took 1 dog somewhere else for a service he did not provide. Told me to find another doctor. Extremely disappointed. Will not be returning for obvious reasons.

Terrible Customer Service! I have been taking my 2 dogs here for years and needed to take 1 dog in for an x-ray. They told me that they didn't have my files anymore, which was odd to me. They told me that the files had been transferred to my dog's chiropractic clinic, which is where I took my dog twice for a chiropractic adjustment (which is a service they do not provide). They then told me that since I shared the dogs files at the chiropractic clinic that they were not my primary vet anymore. I needed to get my dog in for that x-ray so I asked if they could just get the files back (I was not aware that this switch had happened) and they told me that I should just find another vet and that they wouldn't schedule my dog for an x-ray because "the doctor was too busy". Sure doesn't seem like their priority is the welfare of the animal anymore. Sounds like pettiness because I took my dog somewhere else to get a service that again they do not provide. Do yourself a favor and find another veterinarian!

I really like Dr Tod Browning. He is super smart. He never "fufu's & shoos your concerns away", like some Dr's do for human and animal. My family and Parents use him for our small animals. He can seem a tad expensive, but that is because he wants to be through. Tho don't tell them "my max is $400", or the total will be close to $400. He has helped bring back my Mom's pug from the brink of death too many times to count. He has addisons disease that is really hard to control. He doesn't charge them very much because he is there 2-4 times a month! He also does laser eye surgery, plus owns and shows friesian horses :-)

My dogs are excited when they realize we are going to see Dr Browning. He is great with animals and provides excellent veterinary services. He does his best to keep costs low. I highly recommend him as a vet.

Pretty much on the opposite side of town from where I live but worth the drive. Thorough, accurate and friendly. Dr. Browning takes the time needed to give you all your options and doesn't push unnecessary treatments. If he says it's needed you can trust it's needed. When it's optional he is clear that's the case and never have I felt pressured. More importantly my 2 dogs and 3 cats have always been accurately treated. I found this clinic after 3 (THREE) previous vets misdiagnosed my cat to the tune of $600.00. Dr Browning immediately identified the issue and treated it. I won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Browning is a brilliant veterinarian and extremely personable. He has helped my family with several dogs and cats over the years and we couldn't imagine bringing our pets anywhere else. He detected an eye issue with one of our dogs that two other veterinarians missed completely--and probably saved our dog from going blind. He has literally taken frantic calls from us on his personal cell and helped through some very dark times. His prices are very reasonable and he only does what he believes is necessary. He has our very highest recommendation!

Dr. Browning is helping manage pain and function in my old Lab mix, whose back is increasingly arthritic. He started out with a set of X-rays that showed the problem clearly, and made diagnosis easy. The good Doctor is doing a great job of making sure Onyx is as comfortable and as well as he can be. I've never found a vet with as much empathy for his patients as Dr. Browning, nor one as knowledgeable about animal physiology. I highly recommend him and his clinic, Riverbrook.
