Love the folks at Green Hill. The volunteers are very helpful and the staff take good care of the animals. The adoption process was straightforward and easy.

Not very inviting. Due to Covid I assume.

Told us they had programs to help with poor animal behavior but just took the cat from us instead of what they advertise.

An amazing facility for animals awaiting new homes.

This is a great animal shelter so they are a no kill animal shelter, a pet adoption agency,and they also help out their local community out by giving someone in need a bag of pet food for their cat or dog. So if you're low income and need help getting your pet some food ,and all you got to do is just give them a call and ask them if they have any dog or cat food and if they do, then you just go and pick it up for free

We were able to bring home two kittens that were all ready to go, for less than it would have been fixing one *free kitten*. They were so kind and our new family members are perfect! (Perfect?) ????

After my dog was found he was taken to Greenhill. They treated him for fleas and even had him overnight. Cost was very reasonable thank you

They were the only animal shelter that was willing to allow us to only adopt one animal. Every place else insisted we take two.

I've been volunteering here with my son for about 3 months now and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Went on a whim after visiting numerous shelters for a kitten for my husband. Greenhill was our final stop and it was WELL WORTH IT. We ended up bringing home a wonderful cat who has fit in perfectly with our little family. Their process is simple, and gets you in touch with animals that meet what you are looking for. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, not condescending as some other shelters can be. We adopted Lucille, a shy kitty who clearly wanted to come home with us. She’s come out of her shell and we could not be happier with her. Please visit this shelter, you absolutely will not regret it. Lucille (now named Momo) was a cat I never would have picked of my own accord, but since the staff took the time to listen to us and match our personalities, she was a shoe in. Got a great little kitty for our family

Thank you to Greenhill for helping my boy get home safe! After he was lost we were able to find him turned in at Greenhill. He received a full check-up, along with basic vaccines, flea treatment, etc. All for only a $20 boarding/holding fee. Which is absolutely reasonable/cheap for the services provided. They made sure he was up to date with his rabies vaccine and license before we left. I'm impressed by the quality services they provided while making it as easy as possible during such a stressful time.

Our kids are so excited to volunteer here.

We got Dezzy on 7-14-21. This dog is amazing, she was a complete different dog at the shelter. As soon as we got in the car she turned into a 70lb lap dog. The folks at the shelter were great folks also. Update: Dezy is a great dog we have had her 4 months and she. Is the best dog I’ve ever seen.

Enjoyed my visit. They were very patient as I spent time with 4 different kitties. The category has changed to where they arnt all together. I miss that interaction to really see how they all act. But, it's much more sanitary.

Couldn't even go in without an appointment. Felt like I was given the run around. Won't come again. The front entrance has nothing for the handicapped. No way cuz It's a curb so a wheelchair cannot use without having to lift. Maybe there's another entrance but it wouldn't be the front.So many time consuming rules. I jus wanted to look around but no appointment.

I was looking for a small dog. And I was looking everywhere for a small dog, and I meet the perfect fit for me and my household. His name is Little Joe or Lj.

Very kind people working here. They helped me with a kitten today. Even stayed late to get thru everything with us after what I know was already a very long and busy day. And someone also arrived to return a large dog at 6pm, right when they close. Much appreciation the people working tonight (Weds, Nov 10th). Your greatness does not go unnoticed.

Perfect place to find a new member of the family. I found a brother and sister Black Labs. They were 5 months old when we got them. They were treasures and special. They were with me over 14 yrs. I still miss them very much. Thank You Green-Hill. I'll be back !!????.

Thank you for helping us during these difficult times! I became disabled this year, for to covid complications, and we've been barely scraping by, but we don't have to worry about dog food now, for at least a week! Thank you too, to the community members who have donated to make that possible! I will have very happy puppies now! ❤️❤️❤️

Their website is currently lying. They offer zero behavioral training if you are forced to surrender your animal and say once the dog is in the kennel, they may never come back out.

I adopted Jules and I am very happy with him . He keeps us busy but I love it he is a wonderful addition to the family thank you very much. The staff at green Hill was very attentive and support I've with our decision I am very pleased with the adoption process. Staff is very nice an helpful If you're looking to get a dog ???? or a cat ???? that's a great place to visit

Called about bringing in a 3 month old kitten I had found near the highway and instead of simply saying they were at capacity and couldn’t accept the kitten, the lady on the phone tried to convince us to dump the kitten back where we found it ......lol. My boyfriend and I took the kitten to a nearby vet and the staff there immediately checked for a microchip (didn’t find one) and then offered to foster the kitten because we had to fly back to New York. It was very weird that this place suggested this kitten should be dropped back off near the highway.

So much for trying, and I understand that they are full. But you suggested to abandon my animals. It's hard enough to have to move and can't take them. ????

There is some pretty wonderful volunteers could work here they're very helpful they will give you any information that they can provide to help with pets and pet food they take wonderful care of the animals out there it's a great place to go get your new best friend

A lot of animals would not have made it without these folks.. THANKS BUNCHES for helping feed pets when their people are having trouble affording food!
