I have used this clinic for years and have always had positive experiences. They have always worked us in when we’ve had an urgent concern, even when they were understaffed. They also possess exceptional people and critter skills. They communicate with absolute clarity that they truly care. I can’t rate them high enough!

I had left my pet with a friend as I was out of town when my dog got a abscess on her neck. I was notified by my friend and called my vet of 18 years and was told no available openings for over a week, unless I would pay a extra $80.00. My friend had already made a appointment with her vet before I called mine and got the appointment immediately. (Eugene Animal Hospital) On our first visit I was impressed right off, of the thoroughness of the exam and suggestions whereas from the other vet addressed it if it became a problem. Well, a stitch in time I say! As a senior citizen on limited income the coast was less and with a discount on top. they were a win, win and now my vet!

I came in when my puppy had an allergic reaction. I had an extremely positive experience with the staff and doctor, and would not hesitate to come back should anything similar happen in the future.

Dr. Jodi and her team are fantastic veterinarians. They took on our cat who had an emergency situation and took the time and care to correct the situation without overcharging us. We now have our cat home and he is recovering very well. Trust them with your loved ones!!!

I had 3 dogs, 2 cats, and two guinea pigs all of which have been treated here. Over the years one dog, one cat, and both guinea pigs have passed away from cancer all of them lived long happy lives and when the cancers became to painful and disabling for them, they were humanly euthanized with compassion and care. All quality of life measures, pain relief, specialty foods, etc. were used to provide both longevity, and comfort, and they provided accurate advice to let me know when it would be best to ease my pets suffering and let them go. I’ve been to clinics who prolong suffering to pad their pockets and this is not one of them. This is a good clinic, highly recommended.

The staff is so sweet and made my anxious 7 yo lab/pitty feel comfortable while doing her exam. They also very much respected that she isn’t good with other dogs and waited until the whole place was clear of other dogs before taking her to get checked. Might not seem like a big thing but it meant a lot to me that they did that with no judgement. Dr. Polk and the sweet tech were amazing and knowledgeable about everything and gave us her results timely. Thanks!

I have taken my little boy Freddie Flash (a pug mix) for over 8 years to this animal hospital. Not only have they been amazingly loving towards him but, they listen and know what they are doing. They are extremely gentle and give great guidance. Pricing is also very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough. Feel extremely comfortable bringing your furbaby here.

Sophie had her teeth cleaned. Dr. Jodi and her staff were caring, efficient and Sophie's teeth sparkle. Simple cleaning, no extras and I felt the cost was affordable.

We had to put our dog down. They showed great care, love, and empathy while doing the procedure. Don't wish for anyone to have to be in this position but if you find yourself there, they provide great care.

We have been taking our dog here for 7 years and we have always appreciated their staff/service, but they have been especially excellent the last few weeks and I feel they deserve recognition for that. My dog had a small mass on his lip that I took him in to get checked out. When Dr. Polk saw him, he really took his time to educate me about the possibilities and all the different ways it could be treated. I didn't feel pressured to decide on a specific treatment but instead I felt like I had been give all the information to make the best decision for my pet's health. We went ahead with surgery to have it removed and the staff was so kind and supportive and kept me in the loop the whole day. They gave me great post-op care instructions and were incredibly sweet when I called back multiple times to ask follow up questions. Fast forward a few days and my dog managed to bust his lip sutures and re-open the wound on a Sunday night. I took him into the emergency vet in Springfield and they let me know that his lip could wait till morning and to follow up with our vet. I left a message on EAH's voicemail late at night explaining the situation. They called me back first thing in the morning and got me in to the first available appointment. Dr. Jodi was so reassuring and kind. The team managed to repair his lip and send us on our way. It may just be my dog's personality, but he loves going to the vet. The staff always makes him feel loved and cared for. I cannot recommend this office enough.

The staff at the Eugene Animal Hospital has been caring for my pets since I moved to the area in 1995 (wow, 26 years!). They were recommended to me back then and I continue to recommend them to anyone now. Great staff, great service, and kind, caring and compassionate doctors.

The staff and the prices at Eugene Animal Hospital are some of the best I’ve experienced. Prices are on the lower range compared to other veterinary practices in town. Dr Morrison is wonderful to work with, and the support staff are kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. Plus, they’re open on Saturday.

I recommend this practice to everyone with pets. I used to go to another vet in town and my kitty had an emergency and they couldn't make time for her, so I called EAH and they saw her right away, got her into surgery and had her back to me the same day, and for half the cost as my old vet. The vets and techs are empathetic and made me feel seen as a cat mom! I've gone back every time since. 10/10 ????

My name is porter , I'm a pitbull-mostly I like to call it pit-z breed. My pop brung me in to see these folks, even after I told him there wasn't nothin to it ( dislocated hip). It's not like I've been fighting, that's for pupps. So it turns out I had to have a surgery, doc patch me up good. Bandaid surgery, that's what I told em. "No need for ana sneaze ya , just gimme a chunk of tire or an old rope with a knot for me ta bite down on." They had nun of that... I tell ya when that Tech tells ya what furr you betcha I listened and excepted that nap sauce they was push'n. When eye come 2 ...well near ta come too, still purty awoozy, had me a heck of a ditch in my behind and no way ta get at it . I had on some kinda healing collar . All ways about it , I told ya a mouthful. When all I shoulda said was me and my pop sure are glad we come here for my bandaid. Porter Thank you E.A.H. JADE (POP)

This is where my animals go. Couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Not only is it affordable but they also have the best care. The staff is great. Very patient with nervous animals and the vet here is honest and helpful. The prescriptions here are also affordable. This vet is the best of all worlds. Check em out! UPDATED REVIEW Everything I spoke of in my review is still true. I did however drop my review by one star due to some horrible customer service. The actual vet techs and doctors are fantastic and the pricing is still great. I did have to take my pup in for a broken toenail this morning with the initial plan to sedate him and cut the broken nail off. I was called late morning by Stephanie who had informed me that they had taken care of the broken nail but wanted to sedate him to cut the rest of his nails because he was not cooperating. I didn't feel this was necessary since the broken nail was taken care of so of course I said no. At this point I was questioning how they removed the nail without him being in pain so I called back and asked that question as well as when he would be ready for pick up. I was told that the doc was on the phone, and when he got off the phone they would ask and call me back. (This was not Stephanie) An hour passed and their lunch time was approaching so I called again and was again greeted by Stephanie. At this point she told me that they had not treated my baby because I denied sedation. This was absolute insanity so I mentioned what she had told me this morning. That's how I found out that she is the one that gave me complete inaccurate information during our first phone call. I am of course frustrated at this point and I'm sure she could hear it in my voice and my questions. I as nicely as possible pointed out that misinformation was given. Stephanie then decided that before she was going to admit her mistake she was going to get a severe attitude with me and try to make me feel like I did something wrong when in fact I was 100% in the right to ask my questions and be frustrated. She finally did admit her mistake with no apology following and a continued attitude when I tried to explain what I said and what I didn't. I was then rudely cut off by her and told that the doc would give me a call in a min. I did get the call from him who was a complete sweetheart and told me everything that was going on including the fact that he had decided not to go through with removing the nail. I will be going to pick up my baby shortly. Moral of the long story here... If you are handling someone's fur baby A: Make sure your info is 100% correct before speaking to the owner. B: Don't get an attitude with the owner because you made a mistake and got them frustrated. In a medical setting it is extremely important to be accurate and friendly. I will continue to visit this vet because the care is great and the rest of the staff is also great.. It is unfortunate to have to say this but Stephanie should probably look for another profession. Next time I will request to speak with someone else.

Used to see Jeremy at another clinic, and he is by far the best vet anyone in my family has visited. Had concerns with one of my kitties open mouth breathing on a drive and got in to see him promptly. During covid, we were unable to go in with her but I felt comfortable leaving her with Jeremy, knowing that he treats all animals with tenderness and the utmost care and quality. He was able to talk me through his examination, testing, and treatment decisions and agreed to my request of prescribing something that would help keep her and my other cat calm on our future drives. The medication is not something that would completely sedate her, like a lot of vets would have prescribed. The staff here seemed friendly as well, and we ended up spending $200 for a new patient fee, vaccines, exam, and a large supply of medication, which was more affordable than I anticipated. Highly recommend him!
