They are amazing with our cat. They also have a groomer that will groom cats on site. I would suggest this animal clinic to everyone

Great with pets, awesome vets, long wait times. Have had some recent rude experiences over the phone recently due to scheduling an appointment for one day then they call me the day before the appointment telling me its that day. I wrote it down when it was told to me and even discussed the date when scheduling. But ya they called me and made me feel terrible for it so i cancelled all my appintments for all my animals at this place. The vets are great but staff seems to be very rude which i will not tollerate. Its hard to put one star when the vet saved my cats life but the staff is an unhappy bridge to get to the vets.

I live in the neighborhood adjacent Dallas Animal Clinic. Dr. McGuire has taken good care of my pets for many years. I have spent thousands with them. The team is nice though disorganized at times. As the town has grown they have acquired so many patients that don't miss the ones who have gone elsewhere. I consider myself lucky when I can get through to someone on the phone. And even luckier when not disconnected while on hold. The new website is a slap in the face. Dr. McGuire is not even included. I have been insured he still works there. This site was designed to make it easier on the staff with no regard for the clients. It is user unfriendly. I miss the good old days when service mattered.

I had already been impressed with Dallas Animal Clinic for my two cats regular checkups, but when it came to my dear kitty's end of life decision, Dr. McGuire was there for me. He went over and above through all of the stages, from exam to diagnosis to breaking the news to me. He was kind, gentle and professional throughout all. He has my highest recommendation.

No good, miss old staff, no vet in a 60 mile radius will take new clients. We need vets that will take new clients, or build more vet clinic's

Great people.. the vets there are very helpful... even if I am just calling for advice or opinions on one of my cows, the vets are always willing to phone consult with me and always great to work with if I need to get in after hours if I need to be seen

We have been talking our pets there fir 16 years . We love our doctor but the new business model that they have taken since new ownership is based on profit and not animals care. To be seen for anything that is not pure scheduledn, and that is 2 plus months out, is $150.00. The even for obvious issues they want to do all these test which cost hundreds of dollars. You will not come out of there for less the $500.00 a visit. Yes this is even on a guinea pig. Who we love very much but only cost is $20.00. Sorry cant do it! Anyone have a suggestion on anew vet?

This place is extremely slow picking up and dropping off animals is a long laborious process. The prices are high and I don’t see the value.

Thank you Dallas Animal Clinic, Dr Fulmer and all of your staff! I should have written this some time ago but with the passing of my sweet chihuahua baby girl we havent had the strength until now. I called on a Friday morning after I discovered lumps around my baby girls neck. We had just moved here and didnt have a vet yet. You got is in that morning. Unfortunately it turned out to be the worst news, Lymphoma.???? Dr. Fulmer was so kind. At the time he felt she was still healthy enough to go home, she was still eating and drinking. Exactly one week later she collapsed. I called and you let me bring her in immediately despite it being a Friday afternoon just before the Memorial day weekend. Her tumors were doubled in size and she had labored breathing. Dr Fulmer said "it's time". Devastated I called my fiance to tell him. He works in Forest Grove but wanted to see her before she went "home ". Dr. Fulmer and his staff waited patiently for him to show up which wasnt until closing time. They never rushed us and checked on me and my baby girl while we waited for her daddy. Dr Fulmers kindness and compassion were beyond a blessing on this very very sad day. The compassion the staff showed was amazing. We will be forever grateful for the love, compassion and kindness you showed our family at a most devastating time in our lives. We cant say it enough...THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU DALLAS ANIMAL CLINIC and DR FULMER!!!!!

We have been coming here for years. It feels to me they have gotten too big for their staff and space. Trying to make appointments is hard as they are too busy to fit anyone in very timely and now they have a messaging system to try and get ahold of them for a call back. Its impersonal and frustrating. No idea how often the messages are checked because I've been in and trying to check out and its absolute chaos. Being handed off from one staff to the next because they are always slammed. They are always friendly and have taken care of us but we may have to go elsewhere just to be able to have our pets cared for when we need it, not two weeks out. **edit** We are officially separating from this vet. We have used them exclusively for years. I've called for emergency services after hours and the vet didn't really seem to care if my goat died. We handled it ourselves and provided our own vet care. We arent new clients but they won't see us because it's been two years since the cats in question have been in. Even though we have contacted them and used their services as recently as a few months ago. It was bad before the pandemic and I don't anticipate their ways will change after.

They fit me in for an issue my dog was having and were so polite. Not having pet parents in the office is stressful, but they were so great at updates!

I have had the worst luck with vets and the way they treat you or your animal. How you get these feelings about people that question if leaving your animal in their care is really the best idea. Ever since my first experience and surgery with my dog and Dallas AC I’ve never felt more blessed. My dog has a lot of issues and they have always been able to do what’s best for him and pass the information that I need to succeed with him. From the office people to the techs to the vets they are an amazing talented team. Thank you Dallas AC.

Our dog was diagnosed with cancer two weeks ago when we brought him to the emergency vet to figure out what was wrong with him. He got some medication and he was doing a lot better after, and we thought we would still have him around for a couple more months. But the tumor must have started putting pressure on his spine. Today he started not being able to use any of his legs and he was very unresponsive and had lost control of his bodily functions. I called Dallas Animal Clinic and followed the directions to get to the on-call doctor. The on-call vet was Dr. McGuire. I did not even think that house calls where an option, so I was very happy that my dog could be put to sleep in his own dog bed at home. Dr. McGuire was great. He came out to my house within an hour of my call and including the house call and the emergency vet fees it cost 240 bucks. I had bad experiences with the Dallas Animal Clinic and so was hesitant to call there, but after today I think we will always invest in house calls with Dr. McGuire.

Was going to another vet who was booked out a month for care. These folks have several vets so are able to squeeze you in if emergency.

D r. McGuire was very helpful, most likely save my dog Lucy's life. Goes in for bloodwork at our regular vet tomorrow. The For Villa helped us with our previous dig, Jake as well when he had lived out his life. Most caring and. Professional. Thank you Dr McGuire!

Called to see if any appointments available for one of my cats. Tammy answered the phone and rudely interrupted me while I was starting to ask. She said "M'am I have to put you on hold while I finish up with a client and I can tell you right now we have no appointments available " I hung up.. Tammy your customer service sucks.. No patients means no job ...you sound like you should be working on cars ..definitely not with people and their pets. GFYS lol

The vets and assistants are AMAZING! The front desk staff is horrible. You’re lucky to get a call back anytime soon after calling and when you “check in” you’re still going to wait 30 minutes before you hear “sorry we’re so busy.” You make the schedule, if you can handle so many people, don’t schedule so many.
