Every single person who works here is completely compassionate, professional, and knowledgeable. Also very clean. My labradoodle actually likes going here, and Mom does too. Best care ever!

I bought my dog into crater for an emergency visit because my dog summer was having neck pain and not eating/ drinking. They said she has pretty much a sprain neck and sent her home with pain pills. Well after a couple days of taking the pain pills summer got worse so we had to take her to the vet hospital and after not even 10 min of seeing they knew she had meningitis and said neck pain is the first symptom. She has been hospitalized in the icu ever since and unfortunately passed away today. If crater would have looked at her better she probably would still be here

I like taking my dog to this vet. They are friendly, helpful, and informative. I like that I wasn't given a guilt trip because my dog had fleas, instead he was given a topical treatment and I was given info on flea treatments. I was also given the option to come inside with a mask on or stay in my car. Everyone there was nice and they clearly love pets.

Our little goat Edith broke her leg. Crater was the only vet able to get her in. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Edith is doing much better thanks to them.

Amazing Drs and technicians! They really care about my dog Bear and are very professional and kind to him. They gave me price breakdown and choices to his treatment plan and made sure to verify that I was okay with his procedures and the costs. You guys are amazing thank you for caring for my pet!

Have called them several times about problems with med. And the girls in office talk to me and said they would give message to doctor. Well have been wanting now for 3 days and no call. Our pet is only a year old and she has just been sleeping most of the time in the last 3 day. Guess we are not important.

Very attentive staff. I go here for my 2 ferrets and the main vet for small creatures is amazing and can't thank her enough for all the care and support she's shown them.

My 13 yrs old dog was having disturbing symptoms and since Crater Clinic had his records I called and asked to bring him in. I was told no appointments available for a week but then they could only give me a work in appointment. I made time for 2:20 pm on April 20. I showed up at 2:10, parked in a parking lot with no shade or cover with a sick dog and called in as I was directed to do . I was told there would be a wait as I was a work in appointment. After an hour I could tell my dog was in distress and recalled asking for an approximate time wait and was told if I didn't want to wait, i could try somewhere else. I then called two other vet clinics and they had nothing available, so I continued to wait. I again called into the office and was adamant that my pet was in need of immediate attention. I was told they would have a doctor call me back, which he did. I explained the problems and he had a vet tech come to the car and carry my dog in. He was examined and when the doctor called me on my cell phone ( I was still in the car) we decided that the best decision was to not let him suffer as he was a very sick 13 yr old dog. This was approximately 4:00 pm, sitting in a very hot parking lot with a dying dog No canopy's or shade for the 8 or so others in the same position waiting. This is inhumane. An animal who is desperately Ill should have been taken into the hospital and put in a kennel in cool conditions until a doctor could be available. I lost my best friend that day and no one gave a damn..

They are my favorite! My dog has major allergies and has been to more animal clinics than any other dog. Doctor Smith is very informative and and has helped me every step of the way creating food plans/diets to help tone down my dogs reactions. I could not ask for a better crew to care for my pup. I needd to have mom's 17 year old cat put to sleep emergently and when I called they said they were to busy and could not see us for 2 weeks! Extremely disappointed. I called all creatures in Eagle Point and was seen in 1 hour.

Dr. Jane was great handling my friends hen and a rescued rooster. She explained everything including options for her hens pain.

This place hands down are the best ever! My animals are happy to see all the staff and vets, when one of our animals passed on, for the first time ever going to a animal hospital, we got a card signed by all the staff! They have called just to check on our animals to see how they're doing, and call back in a very timely manner. The cost is not outrageous, ever and they're always within the the quoted price range, and if they can't give a quote they tell you up front. Very Honest and will drop everything to meet you at the office for an emergency after hour's, before 7 p.m. I am very impressed with the service.
