Dr McDonald was wonderful with Little Guy our 1 1/2 Year old chi, mix. We were nervous about taking him to the vets office because he can be very timid in new surroundings. The Dr and his assistant put our pup and ourselves totally at ease. Little Guy got a thorough exam, all of our questions were answered and we never felt rushed. I highly recommend Dr McDonald!

If you enjoy extortion, you're going to love this place 300 dollars before you start to pay for the visit. Money is the priority here

We live over the border in California and made the trip up to Town and Country for our Great Pyrenees Anatolian Shepherd mix, it was where he was established when we adopted him. We continue to make the trip over the border to this clinic because of the professional and knowledgeable staff and doctors.

Difficult time for all services who treat the sick, human and animal. Unless you're in the trenches and on the frontline, we really don't have a clue how mentally, physically and emotionally draining it can be. Thanks to all of you for the long hours and hard work.

Dr. Sadie has strong communications skills and was easy to talk with and also very caring. I appreciated her input to my cat's condition..

A family members cat suddenly became ill on a Friday. The next morning, the cat had deteriorated more and we called 1st thing to try to get her seen on a emergency basis. Family was told that they were very busy and not sure if they could see her. Family called back around 11:30 am begging them to see the cat...again turned away but said they would inform the on duty vet of the situation. Called back at 2:00 pm and was told they just got back from lunch and would see it the vet could call us back. They also said they might could see the cat Sunday around 8:30a but not for sure. No call from vet received. Poor cat was so ill that night and next morning couldn't move. We bundled up the cat Sunday morning at 8:00a and took her to the facility. She was seen, tested with poor prognosis. We were told that she was in alot of pain, was suffering and was euthanized. Ultimately the poor cat had to suffer needlessly Saturday morning till Sunday morning because this facility was too busy to see her.

I called with a serious emergency they knew we were on the way and got there and no one would answer the door or phone yes it was after hours but if they couldn't help they should of said so on the phone but instead they acted like yes bring your baby so we can help and then nothing ill never bring my babies here nor will I ever recommend you horrible customer service

They are very good to my cat and dogs. Send pictures to you. A little slow on the intake paper work but they take the pets right away. If you go say hi from Nova and Rhapsody and tipper the cat

So thankful to have them available 7 days a week!

Anytime i have taken my dog to Town and Country i have been pleased with the clean, organized practice. Very happy with them.

They have been our vet for many years. Would not take our pets anywhere else.

I can not say enough about Town and Country. They have been there for my fur babies through thick and thin. Always loving and professional. Even under the stress the pandemic caused they did their best to continue to put the animals first. Currently they are short on Veterinarians in our location in the world its hard to find and retain skilled help. Please put the word out our little town is looking for help. Town and Country gives my fur babies 100%.

You will be turned away if you have not been seen in their desired timeframe. My cat of 17 years passed. Now I have a new kitten and was informed they would not see her. Not even a walk in for emergency care. My option was to wait until my kitten could be an established patient in December. They asked nicely that I attempt to get care from another veterinarian. Lack of compassion is not a positive attribute.

Friendly staff. They had the special kind of dog food for my pup

Hank was having some issues with his bowels for about a week. So I called hoping to get an appointment on Wednesday. However, there were no appointments available. So they had me bring Hank in at 2:00 and the worked him in between other appointments. I was very pleased that they were willing to get him in that day. Hank is my service dog has a pacemaker. So it is very important to me to keep him in the best health possible. I really appreciate Town and Country's staff and their willingness to help me with Hank's medical needs.

We are so fortunate to have Town & Country Animal Clinic in our area. Every staff member was professional, caring and helpful. It is hard when your loved pet does not feel well, but they made the correct diagnosis and gave the best round of care to make our dog feel better. Dr. Alycia knew right away our dog had a hip issue and knew the proper meds and treatment plan. We appreciate her and her staff!

Love this vet clinic! Everyone is very nice, compassionate and helpful. We unfortunately lost 2 pets this year. The staff was amazing!

Great staff and vet's, go their for pet needs

I have had to have Tilly boarded on several occasions and while I struggle every time I drop her off, she on the other hand bounds out of the car to the caregiver and seems not to give it another thought. Their care and compassion is priceless when it comes to taking care of my 4-legged roommate. Thank you Town and Country!
