Kim's Pet Grooming was located in, what I assume was, Kim's house. My longhaired cat, Willow, had terrible fur clumps all over her back half. She wouldn't sit still for long when we'd bring out the brush, and cutting the matted fur only made the problem worse when the fur grew back. We decided the only option was to give her a lion's cut so that she'd be free of the painful burden. We left her in the care of Kim for 2 hours and paid $70. Once she got home and got over her new look, she seemed so much more energetic and carefree! She used to hide under the couch and bed practically all day, and now she's out and about, even playing with our other cat Ash! Kim did a wonderful job gently removing the terrible fur matts and, although I hope we never run into matted fur in the future, I'd go back again.

We've been taking our dogs to Kim for the last 15 years. Over that time We've have 4 dogs - 2 toy Poodles and 2 standard Poodles. Whether they were wiggly puppies or blind/deaf old grouchy dogs Kim had handled them expertly. Their cuts are always exactly what we ask for and very well executed. Every dog has genuinely been excited to go see her every visit. I wouldn't trust anyone else. Fantastic value, fantastic price.

I'm the proud new owner of a gorgeous long haired rescue Kitty. didn't take long for me to realize I was in over my head however about keeping the mats at bay. Kim coached me on how to tease out the matted hair without using dangerous scissors, and she was able to shave my kitties tummy with minimal stress to the animal. Seriously Kim has magic hands! My cat is very skittish and has a fearful personality with people she doesn't know, but it was like she just melted when Kim touched her. Got her nails clipped, and there was zero drama with that procedure as well. I'm so pleased and would definitely recommend Kim to anybody who has an anxious animal that needs grooming.

I moved to the area recently and was having some anxiety about finding a groomer that could accommodate my cat. My cat is 20 years old and grooming her is essential to her health. However, it's tricky because too much stress could be dangerous for her. This groomer is a cat whisperer! She was quick but very gentle and my cat was calm and compliant. I am exceptionally happy to have Kim's Pet Grooming in my contacts to help my kitty live as healthy as possible.

Kim is the third groomer I have used since getting my boy Duke And second since Dutchess. My kids love to go see her and they are so happy when I pick them up. They look and feel so Good 5 stars happy I kept looking for her.

They were able to groom one of our cats who has great difficulty keeping herself clean. And this cat isn't especially friendly either, so it's pretty impressive.

We just moved to Boise and were looking for a new groomer for our 2 very intimidating but petrified pitbull and mix. Kim and her team did a great job with them and even got the one who is terrified of his nails getting cut to cut them. They have short hair so nothing fancy but they came home safe, clean and happy.

Kim did a wonderful job grooming my two toy poodles. They came home looking cute, clean, fluffy, and clipped exactly as I had wanted. When I went to pick them up afterward, I was amazed to find that my poodles not only seemed to have been OK with the experience, they were not even barking. They were even quiet on the ride home. Normally, after a grooming experience, my poodles complain loudly all the way home. I will be taking my poodles to Kim’s grooming again.

Kim has done a great job grooming my Siberian kitty for summer. She gave her a lion cut while I waited. She was gentle and patient with our cat and did a thorough job! Definitely will be going back for any future pet grooming needs.

Abby is our Newfoundland and she is like our child. Kim has been our groomer now with 2 newfies and we are so happy with the way Kim truly cares about the animals she grooms. Over the years we have been more than pleased with the outcome of the "spa day" as we call it :) Kim has always put in extra work, time and attention with Abby and others I have seen in her care. Kim devotes her skill and care to the humane society and stray animals of all kinds. I trust Kim so much that I have called and asked for advice about Abby outside the grooming arena and she is generous with her time and care for the animals in her care and the people who belong to them.
