I took my puppy in for vaccines. I wasn't sure what she had since I recently got her, the vetco team was helpful, understanding, and super friendly. The petco cashier was kind as well, she helped me sign up for whatever their vip program was called. And they all said my dog was cute.

800 number very politely and professionally helped me to find product in my local store that wasn't easily identified online shopping, and helped me get the promotional offer applied. The local store knew exactly the product I needed, and how to apply the promotional offer, and was polite, fast, and efficient. Thank you very much!!

Eeerrrrr.... well, customer service is mixed. There are some super friendly, helpful employees and then there are those that have obviously started doubting their vocational choice, don't like customers and probably don't even like animals. Prices are ridiculous for several items feline related. I have not spent any time in other sections, to be fair. So, a solid "meh". Best i can do.

I was looking for filters for my catit fountain and both the Redmond and bend stores were out. A sales team rep was very helpful and gave guidance and product informationon on ways I could order online with specific stock numbers to enter. I know alot of stores are dealing with supply issues. He said they would search all stores to deliver product when they can. Great helpful service.

Destiny at the Bend location has been SO incredibly helpful. I have called in with questions multiple times this week and she is so kind and eager to assist me every time!

Five stars! what's not to like? Parakeets ferrets! lizards! spiders! tropical fish.. Good way to teach children how to care for living things all life. W great supplies/ good quality products from doggie clothes to saltwater aquariums. the last of the true pet stores. you should remember that there's nowhere else to get live fish anymore and then the years to come you may never see that at all. Aquarium projects get started today.

Good explanation for making FIDO dog tags and getting close to keto dog food

Frustrating that the hours on Google do not match the actual hours. I drove over to Petco and was there before 6:30pm on a Sunday after checking Google to make sure they were open until 7pm. Upon arrival I was turned away at the door.

Short staffed and the staff that was there did not care about customer satisfaction or about the job they were doing.

Petco had the products and items I was looking for when PetSmart did not. I wanted a small dog elite citronella bark collar. I was so happy to find one at Petco after going to PetSmart first and finding out PetSmart did not have one in stock.

Lack of fish, good pet supplies

Upon arriving I was told one of our 2 items was unavailable and we ended up having to go in the store.

It's cheaper to order online and pick it up than just buy it in the store which always irritates me. It tells me everything at the store use overpriced.

We just adopted a 5 week old bird and Destiny made me feel so comfortable and ready to take on this new challenge.

I went to purchase a furminator brush. Realize that on petco.com it was $10 cheaper and they price matched it for me.

I go into petco for feeder fish but over the last 6 months things have gone way down hill. Last time i went in there i couldnr find anyone to help me and when i looked at the fish tanks they were disgusting and most of the tanks had dead fish in them.when i mention something about it to the worker she acted as if it was no big deal. They already charge alot for fish . And trying to find someone to help u is ridiculous, i should have to walk the entire floor a couple times to get help what the heck is going on. Im done w this store cant seem to get it together.
