Groom Bend Bend, Oregon

After our groomer moved away, we started taking our dogs to Groom Bend. They took excellent care of our very timid long haired Aussie mix for regular grooming and our husky who needed the occasional bath and nail trim.

Excellent service, they took great care of my dog, Puka.

I brought my poodle in for a groom and had a wonderful experience. But when trying to book another appointment, they waited until I had been on the schedule for a month to tell me it’s been too long since her last appointment and they wouldn’t take her because of a liability issue of her being matted. “Sorry. Can’t help you.” Poor customer service, if you ask me.

I love Jen and Groom Bend! This has been one of the best grooming experiences I've had with Wilson - my Lhasa Apso mix. No dog is a huge fan of getting groomed, but I know Wilson is comfortable and in good hands when he goes to Groom Bend. Jen is very caring, the staff is fun and the establishment is clean. I am really glad I found Groom Bend and have recommended them to anyone that has a dog that needs regular grooming. Thank you Jen for taking such good care of my Mr. Wilson!

My little schnauzer is getting old and grumpy she is a little harder to handle. At Groom they take wonderful care of her and she feels so much better after the haircut. Excellent service at a great rate.

Groom Bend's owner/groomer and her associates take great care of my dog, Wilson. I am always extremely happy with the thorough and gentle job they do. They pay attention to the details of how I'd like my dog's haircut and consistently have Wilson looking simply adorable and just as we like to see him look. As importantly, my dog is comfortable there and never needs to stay for an inordinate amount of time. Wilson has Addison's and Jen and her assistants make adjustments for his special needs. I feel privileged to be one of Jen's clients and totally trust her knowledge and judgment regarding the care of animals. Groom Bend is another reason living in Bend, Oregon is such a joyful, comfortable place to reside.

We have a mini Aussie named Finn with lots of hair. Jen was able to listen to our goals and provide a really great cut that met and surpassed all of our expectations. Finn had a great time with her and we’ll be starting him on a schedule at Groom moving forward!

I trust groomer and helpers implicitly. They do incredible work and at a fair cost for the quality. She is the best poodle groomer and was trained well to get the precision needed to get the proper professional look in this breed. Her ability to do what the client wants for their dog is perfect!

Jake loves to go see Janet and her beautiful dog Jimmy. He use to be so scared but through her kindness and playing with Jimmy he loves it! He always looks so good after a visit and he stays clean and groomed for quite a long time.

Jen does a wonderful job grooming my OES! Her prices are very reasonable and you can tell she cares about the comfort of your dog.

Our fur babies always come home looking so handsome!! Very professional in every way. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Way over priced! Unless you go to Starbucks and then Dutch Bros is almost 1/2 the price!

I am so glad I found Jen! After moving from Colorado, I was nervous about finding a good groomer in town that would cut my labradoodle the correct way. Jen does a fabulous job with her grooms, and has a very calm environment for my pup who gets bad anxiety and the groomers. I trust her to provide a good experience and a great outcome on her haircut. Highly recommended!!

After some struggles to find someone that knew how to groom our Portuguese Water Dogs (Holly and Ivy) ... we found Jen at Bend Groom. She is AWESOME ... our dogs loved her, and they looked better than they've ever looked, sporting their new "real" PWD clip. Jen takes her time, does it right, and totally avoids the "Dog Grooming Conveyor Line" that other groomers use to maximize revenue and minimize quality. We're thrilled to be in the rotation now, and hope Jen never moves away.
