I love that Dr. Steve is open to trying some alternative ways to treat our pets and doesn't push any treatments. He's very informative and calm. The staff are all very nice.

I work 12s so it’s very hard for me to call during your business hours. I have now called and left voicemails 3-4 times trying to get my dog in because you guys came highly recommended to me /: Online there is no other option for contact. I have nothing negative to say about the service because I haven’t had the chance to get in to see anybody but I highly recommend another way to communicate with customers if you don’t return phone calls :(

Dr. Steve and his staff are kind, gentle, thorough, and professional. Our dog is never afraid to be there and always leaves with a smile on his face!

Could not believe that when we euthanized our lil dog they handed her to us eyes open and in nothing,no cardboard box even. I was disgusted,also made me wonder if it hurt her..

I always dreaded the Vet due to my usually very sweet Huskys not so nice reaction. She almost bit my last vet ???? The first time we saw Dr. Steve I explained her usual behavior. He spent time with us and watched her. He noticed she peed a little and said, “Oh my goodness, she’s nervous, scared”. I felt like a bad Mom, I just thought she was being a little toot!! But in fact she was scared. ???? This last time we went she lathered Dr. Steve with kisses!! I still ask we muzzle her just in case, which Elsa (my pup) does not mind it for the short time. I am so very Grateful to Dr. Steve for taking his time, helping me realize Elsa was scared, maybe a traumatic past, she wasn’t being bad!! I nor Elsa dread our visit anymore! Thank you Dr. Steve!!! ????????????

Dr. Steve is awesome! I love his “holistic” approach to caring for my pup. He doesn’t shove unnecessary shots down my (or my dog’s ;) throat just to make a buck (as most vets do). I trust his advice. I’m sad I’m moving, as I will struggle to find someone like him elsewhere.

The experience I have had at Four Paws has been poor. It started with me calling in a refill prescription for my dog and cat on a Friday. I was told by Tammy that the prescription is ready for pick-up on Monday. I went Monday morning on the way to work, only to be told that the prescription was never filled. So that made Tammy looked like a liar. I came back later that afternoon, and the only prescription ready was for my cat. I was told that they needed to special order my dog's prescription, and that Four Paws will call me once the prescription arrived. Three weeks later, I drop by Four Paws to find out where the prescription is. The vet tech (who told me that the prescription had to be special ordered) didn't know what was going on. So she calls Tammy to find out that my dog's medication was actually at the vet the whole time but just at a different dosage. No call for three weeks! The communication and service has been very poor. The follow-up has been terrible. My wife and I just moved to Bend around mid-December, and the customer service experience from Four Paws has been terrible.

I've been using Dr Steve since before he had his own private practice. The acupuncture performed on my dogs has had amazing results. It's like a miracle. I highly recommend Dr Steve.

Great office staff, vet techs and veterinarians. Love that they are open seven days a week. My dogs always get the best care at four paws. 5 stars!

Dr Steve uses herbs and alternatives whenever possible for my dog. His rates are very reasonable.

We are new to the valley and wanted to find a vet similar to the vet we had taking care if our three dogs. Since Four Paws takes care of the K-9 units in the valley I felt they would do well with our pets. I was right everyone was great., Would recommend them to anyone wanting professional care.

My Process Pi loves visiting the staff at four paws facility. The extended hours, seven days a week makes planning easier on my schedule. The staff is always helpful professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service in a carrying environment.

Four Paws has taken care of our pets for 15 years. They are amazing, very patient and kind. We have several rescue animals some of whom have had health issues, they have addressed skin, ear, digestive, heart and behavioral problems and comforted us when nothing more could be done for two of our furry family members. I highly recommend them.

Overall experience was good, but vet tech gave me some wrong info on had to administer a pill for my cat. Was told I could smash it up very finely, put it in a syringe with a tiny bit of water and give it that way. When I did that my cat had a very violent reaction. I called the office, they checked my record and said that med should not be given that way as it is VERY BITTER. My poor kitkat suffered a good twelve hours from that incident. I don't blame the tech, but they should always confirm with the vet before giving instructions like that.

Dr. Jessen and his staff were amazing with my pup, Elvis. Elvis can have a bit of an attitude and aggression towards anyone wanting to touch him. Dr. Jessen and his tech were amazing. Elvis was given a shot and he didn't even know. Dr. Jessen had my little guy, Elvis in his best interest and made sure he was going to be taken care of and treated like his own. I am thrilled to have Four Paws and Dr. Jessen as Elvis's vet now. Thank you for being the best!

The clinic staff as well as Dr. Jessen always treat Quincy with the utmost care. I just recommended Four Paws to our new pastor for her cats.

Ziggy loves going to see Dr. Cerelli and his staff at Four Paws Animal Hospital! They are very proffesional and loving to all that walk in to their door. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a Veterinarian.????❤????

As usual, I received the best care at Four Paws Animal Hospital. Dr. Bollemeier, and his staff was very attentive and provided great recommendations for the treatment of our new pet. I would recommend Four Paws to anyone that is looking for a place to call home.

We have been with Dr. B. FOR 15 YEARS, ANY RELATIONSHIP has its ups and downs and no one is perfect, our overall rating would be a 5 star, if not for this new Internet stuff. The people responsible for sending out notices to us is always wrong, keeping the records correct so they can send out correct notices would be nice. Oversight is needed!

Dr. Blauvelt is the best. He is our vet for our 21 (going on 22) year old cat. We go for acupuncture every month. Recently, we had a client who is new to town and did not have a vet. On our visit to care for their dogs one had a cut and Dr. Blauvelt was able to look at it that same day. He genuinely cares and will do everything he can to give your pets the best care.
