I brought in six cats during what was obviously a busy time, but we still received excellent customer service. They remembered that we had come from far away and gave us ample notice about a possible delay so that we were able to grab food instead of waiting around the office, without worrying that we were going to be too late. They stayed open past their normal operating hours to accommodate, and I really appreciated their helpful attitude!

GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Brought my doodle in to get neutered and they ended up rupturing his ear drum. How you ask? Not a clue. When the vet brought him out they made it sound like it was something he already had, and they simply found it. I went back and read the paper work where they admitted fault to rupturing his ear drum. They also told me I could not bring him back to get checked because ‘they are not a vet.’ I was livid. Ended up taking him to the vet and paying $400. Not worth the risk, take your pet elsewhere!

Very efficient with check in and out, which is very nice when you're busy. They took good care of my cat and I would recommend them for your spay/neuter, vaccine and microchip needs!

Great place very friendly staff! They let me borrow a cage to help rescue a stray that was visiting my backyard. Went very smoothly.

Took my 3 dogs in thinking it was gonna be a nightmare to get their shots. To my surprise the team handled it amazingly. Best experience I've had. I think the dogs would say the same haha

I have taken my 2 cats and a dog as well as a previous cat here to get fixed and never had an issue. The animals are treated nicely and are not stressed out when we get them back. Never any infections or issues with any of the surgeries. Great people to deal with.

Bend Spay and Neuter took such good care of our little Roux! We were totally comfortable with the spaying process. They were a pleasure to work with and did such a great job. The staff was all very friendly and they were taking ample precautions with COVID. I would highly recommend them to anyone and can't thank them enough for the work they do!

The staff was effective, efficient, and kind. Our sweet puppy came out shaking her tail happily and has been healing well without a hitch. Thank you again for taking good care of our precious puppy!

Got our kitten neutered here. They are very professional and friendly. They addressed all of my questions. They sent us home with good care info so we knew exactly what to expect. They are also really good on thier pricing for spay/neuter, vaccinations, microchips and nail trimming. Would go here again and will recommend to anyone!

Odd pick up and drop offs but great staff and fixed my boy kitty up just fine. No more babies for him ???????? sisters are next and I'm bringing them here.
