Great grooming service. I would recommend every time!!

Wonderful with my temperamental chihuahua. Did her nails to perfection.

Nail grinds are reasonable and fast. Staff always acknowledge us when we arrive and quickly assist us. The shop is so cute and they have lots of darling bandanas to purchase for your pet or as a gift.

My experience with Butler's was great. It was highly recommended by a friend who is very particular. I am pet sitting and "my" dog is anxious, etc but in great need o grooming, nails cut , etc. Penny was handled with kindness and respect and did very well. Great job, ladies!!

I feel the need to post this review, in hopes that this doesn't happen to someone else! I have taken my dog to this place a few times! Back in March I dropped off my dog for his grooming apt! About 2 hours later I get a call Saying that they cut my dogs lower left eyelid and was taking him to the emergency vet! Blew my mind, I had a panic attack and I missed a day of work and Uber fees picking him up from the vet! The worst part is that my dog who is a shitzu Now has permanent damage to that left eye And is extremely bigger now then his normal eye! Be careful when taking your pets here because if this happen to me, it can happen to you!!

Morgan and her staff were very attentive to my wants for my Basset hound and they were very gentle with her as she is new to the groomers and was so scared. Thank you for the 5 star service will tell everyone I know to go to you!

Butlers is great. We have taken our dog there for grooming for several years. Our dog never comes back stressed and she is a nervous little girl.

This was our first time coming here from a bad experience at a previous groomer. We were scared and nervous to leave our babies in someone elses hands after horrible service. After getting them home and looking them over, I cant find one thing to complain about. Both dogs looked GREAT. They did EXACTLY what we asked for for a super reasonable price. I will be recommending you to anyone who asks and we will be seeing you again. Thank you for your great work.

I really love this place and appreciate the patience and care you take with my nippy Chihuahua. I'd give you guys 100 stars if it let me! And at 10$ for the nails trimmed AND filed?! Well you can't beat that with a stick!

I came across Butlers when I was looking for a new groomer for my fur baby. I read the reviews and I was a bit scared due to some comments. As soon as I called the lady on the phone was great. When I brought my fur baby in they where amazing with her. She looks and smells great. I will definitely keep coming back to them.

I’ve now brought both our beloved cats to Butler’s Grooming and they have done an excellent job with our fur babies. They are fast and the cuts always look great (one gets the lion cut and the other the short and fluffy). My cats seem happy when I pick them up and well taken care of. This will definitely be our go-to pet grooming place!

I've only been here twice but the person at the front desk has always been extremely nice and loving with my dog. All smiles and happy voices. My dog generally doesn't like being bathed or brushed so I always expect her to be a little out of it and a little mentally drained when I pick her up but she never seems stressed or scared of the people handling her. I usually just want a wash, deshed and a trim :) my pup always comes back smelling amazing and feeling super soft.

Staff is doing an amazing job during these challenging times. They are always skillful in trimming our cat's nails. They're efficient and taking thoughtful precautions. Thank you for remaining open! ????????

Alou absolutely loved this place!

While I was trying to talk to the groomer about what I wanted she just walked away, it’s hard for me to explain what I want when she decides that it’s not important. My pups ears weren’t throughly cleaned, his tail fur is far too long, the nails also were done and left sharp and I’m just generally unimpressed. He also came back incredibly thirsty. I won’t return, honestly I’d have better luck doing it myself next time.

This is our go to place for our dogs nail trims and butt glands expressing. They are gentle, caring and always has a smile on their face. They treat our pets like their own. Been coming here for years. Totally recommend them

My service dog needed a hair cut bad after a terrible experience with another groomer. I was afraid he’d be scared and just not cooperate. The ladies here were brief and very respectful! She squeezed him this morning and he looks amazing. I really hope she can see My baby on a regular 6-8 week basis. Really loved the service.

Consistently excellent grooming of my Havanese. They don't overbook and get the job done in reasonable time, take precautions in pandemic.

I am very happy with my experience at this groomer! This was my first time using a grooming service, and I think that they will be gaining another regular customer! They did exactly what I asked, did it in a decent amount of time, and were fairly priced. I normally groom my poodle myself, but i am a novice and Toby is 7 months old and ready for the salon experience. He came back to me happy and looking and smelling great! They gave him a treat goodbye and I could tell he liked his experience there also. Thank you ladies!

I took my old Sheppard here years ago. She has since died, but my new Sheppard is only 12 weeks old and he seemed to be unaffected by the bath (starting small). Great service too!

They gave our min pin/jack Russell mix a nail trim and cut the fringe in front of his eyes. Normally our dog is squirmy and we can't do this ourselves but they got it all done in a few minutes. They were all wearing masks and taking COVID precautions.
