Shopping at Wellness Pet Supplies is like going into a candy store. You want everything in the store! My dogs and cats are healthy, happy and handsome as a result of of my buying what Billie Jo recommends. They love the treats I bring home for them.

Comfy store with a well curated, thought-out selection of products. The owner is knowledgeable about all the products in the store and has answers to any questions you might have. You may find the prices to be high if you use generic food that contains a lot of fillers, but it's worth it to feed your pets a real nutritious diet. Also, there's sometimes a cat on the counter that likes pets ❤️

A super cute little pet store down in the heart of the railroad district, I guess that is what the area is called (new to Ashland). They have many items you'd need for your cat or dog. Prices are bit more than you'd expect but it is a local shop and not a big box or super market and it's in a little house. It is to be expected. I stopped for some kitty items. Mainly a scooper for litter and a couple of toys. The young lady that was working was very nice but only pointed me in the direction of my need. I expected a bit more but she was preoccupied by a needy person. I am new to parenthood of a furry friend. I teetered on 4 stars for that reason of pointing me in the direction of my need but I found my item quickly. Small shop. While closing my purchase and signing up for an account program she offered me a kitty bag free of no charge. It had various treats/snacks/bites in it for my new roomie. So thoughtful and generous. It was unexpected. Do not expect this on your visit or each of your visits. That is entirely up to then. After I figure out my kitties needs, I'll be back. Thank you!

There’s a reason this place gets five star reviews! Billy Jo does a fantastic job. When she first opened her shop, my pup and I swung by to check things out. She sent us home with a whole goodie bag of complementary treats! We came back to give her our business. Like many Ashlanders, I am discerning when it comes to humanely-raised products. She has it all! Billy Jo sent us home with a bag of marrow bones. We had to leave before my dog bought out all her merchandise. The community loves her, and she is doing good work to give back. Let’s give our business to her in return!

Wow, so amazed with their selection. Healthy treats, herbs & supplements, top quality food. Great store if you truly care about the health & wellness of your pet. They are very knowledgeable and really do their research on the products they sell. So nice to have a local business that cares. Excited to be a new customer!

Very nice little pet supply store with a plethora of products from various vendors. Customer wellness during these times of Covid-19 is of upmost importance to many and this establishment is no exception. The owner is so friendly and welcoming! Allowing me to bring my pup in she did a fitting for a harness was very knowledgeable answering any questions I had! As a new customer I received a welcome bag full of doggy goodies!

Really great pet supply shop! Extremely knowledgeable store owner, took the time to share knowledge with me and I left with a big ol bag of doggy treats and some other goodies. Will definitely go back!

They have excellent supplies and they provide an excellently priced dog washing facility. You wash your dog yourself but you get to use their facilities and they provide soap, warm water, towels and everything you need keep your pet clean. I am really happy that they have this service during covid. Washing our large dog ourselves at our home is always a very messy and wet experience, so these guys take all that mess out of keeping our dog clean and they have an abundance of pet supplies for all animals.

The owner has an exceptional knowledge of regular and specialty animal products. All natural products. Nothing from China.

Knowledgeable owner operates a very ethical company with ethically sourced per supplies. Prices were very reasonable. Excellent Covid adherence too, will be doing all my Ashland pet shopping here.

I heard about Billy Jo (the store owner) from a vet and I’m honestly blown away by the compassion, generosity and knowledge we were offered here. Skooter (my elder kitty) is a tricky one to feed and I highly recommend this place. It’s a charming store and a solid choice for anyone fortunate enough to shop from. Small business support is important because it’s knowledgeable caring staff like this place has that can really help us as customers and as a community. I’d give more stars if I could because top notch service!

Love this store! They stock what are truly the best items for your pets after doing careful research. The service is excellent - I'm always recognized and given personalized care regarding my cat. First time I went in I was given a bag of food samples which helped me pick the best choice for my cat. I highly recommend giving your business to this store!

Visited during the Oregon Fringe Festival. Lovely people, and a good selection for a store or its size! Went home with a nice treat for our dog.

I love this place! Me and a my pomeranian come here for food and bones. It is not too expensive but is great quality.(Mosty Natural) The people there are really nice and helpful. I most definitely recommend this store!

I don't think I've ever been more excited over a pet health food store and the owner, Billi Jo. Vast supply of THE best supplements, treats, kibble, and raw food. I truly appreciate her vision for the store and her customers ,and how important it is for her that she's able to educate and help so many of our furbabies. She's an incredible resource and I've learned so much more now to do for our pup, who is unable to walk due to her condition. I also appreciate her integrity, which is something that is quite obvious when you talk with her and product pricing. You can tell that she really cares about your beloved family member. So grateful!

I come here for my dog's nail trim every other month. Deedee and Andrew took my dog, Jazz, from being a nervous wreck, to being very relaxed about this chore. Great offering by Wellness Pet for the community.

The lady that owns the store is genuinely nice! I had been driving around all over town trying to find a quality life jacket for my baby dog. She does not carry life jackets in store BUT had order one previously for someone who had decided not to pick it up luckily for us it was my dogs size!!! Amazing quality and undeniably reliable. My fur babe also got a goodie bag that was more than beyond a generous amount! Will definitely be going back!

This is an AWESOME pet store for high quality herbs, supplements, food and valuable resources. Billie Jo is a treasure trove of knowledge and support. She fostered my rescue cat--Jackson Angel--who was seriously injured by a car & needed to have his hind leg amputated. I witnessed the entire healing journey where BillieJo knew exactly what herbs & supplements & flower essences, etc., were needed to accelerate Jackson's healing process pre and post surgery. The results are amazing--if not miraculous! It has been 26 days since Jackson's surgery and he is absolutely thriving! The vets are all amazed at his accelerated healing and vitality & I am blessed to have this angelic cat in my life. I cannot ever thank BillieJo enough! I am your forever customer !!!
