They've taken very good care of my animals for many years.

I've been taking my GS dogs to see Dr Kim and Dr Cristina for 8 years. I trust them both to make the right calls when it comes to my dogs and their health. And know my dogs are in good hands when I take them in to see the vet. Thank you for all you do.????

The vet is always very professional & polite

They're not taking new patients. Them, like many others, doesn't care about the health and welfare of my little dog.

At the end of the day its simply the money that matters. I moved almost 80 miles away from them and needed to get my dogs meds refilled so she will not be itching all holiday weekend. Well it turns out that her yearly appt was due less than a month ago. And because of that they won;t refill her meds until they can see her. She is perfectly healthy. The meds she is on she has had for years. There is no medical reason they must see her first. But because they want the money for the appt they are making my dog suffer until then. Yes I am late. But its less than a month. There is NO reason they had to do this. But yet they did. I am through with them. The animals should come first. Even if I was 3 months late they should still consider her welfare first. Punish me and charge me more but dont take it out on my dog.. I am done with them...

They are very nice and take care of pets very well. I have been coming here ever since my cat got sick and they gave him the right medication and have really good pricing here. I used to go another vet for pet but every time I did, I would get charged so much and my pet still wasn’t fixed. I really recommend coming here. They are very kind and Actually want to help your pet.

I wished they had longer hours so I can go after work.

After I established care for my 3 dogs and asked about their services, the receptionist told me that they only provide a service to current clients. She made no sense and was not helpful.

Been going to see these people with my dogs for 9 years and been very happy with every aspect of their service!

Thursday october 28th my wife calls periwinkle pet clinic at 8:05am no answer, we finally get through around 8:20am. We inform them that my 13yr old dog has a distended stomach and cannot sit or lay down without pain and with her condition we believe her kidneys have burst and she need emergency euthanasia. They inform us that the best they can do is Saturday october 30th @ 1pm, my wife hangs up the phone in disbelief that after 13yrs with this vet they would do this. We are very upset at this point and take our dog to north albany emergency vet to get the euthanasia done and get my dog out if this pain. Fast forward to yesterday November 12th my wife calls to request a prescription for worm meds through periwinkle vet clinic and they deny the request and say that the doctor will call us to talk to us about OUR behavior on October 28th on how we hung up on them. They never called us back as of 10am this morning. So at this point periwinkle vet clinic has denied my dead dog emergency care and now are denying my other 13yr old dog it's worm medication because they feel we were in the wrong for hanging up on them?? Take it as you will but I for one will never go back to this clinic.

I have never written an online review, but I after having my dog put down yesterday at Periwinkle I needed to share. Even though my dog has had few health issues. Each time I have brought him to this clinic he has been given an unequalled amount of genuine love and respect. I've always left feeling like the Doctor and Technicians do everything they can to make what is most times a unpleasant experience positive for the pet and the parent. When I decided it was time earlier in the week and scheduled an appointment to put our dog to sleep, then cancelled last minute, because it felt too soon and he had perked up that day. The people at Periwinkle were super understanding. When it was time, the Doctor was so thoughtful and professional. Her kind but real presence was everything in keeping me from loosing it. I can't imagine the emotional toll having to perform her job must take. I guess I just wanted to say thank you. So grateful you were there for my husband and I on Cully's last day.

I had to put my cat down she was 14 years old and wasn't doing good it was time. They kept trying to upsell services I didn't want and when I was finished there Bill was twice the bill that I had for my 70 pound pit at Dr Braatz now that's a 5 star office!

Periwinkle treats you like family. I have total confidence taking my animal's here. I've been going here for 15 years.

The Receptionist is rude. The doctor did not return my calls. Told me I needed to wait over 24 hours to put our dog down. Since I hung up because I was in disbelief and in pain, especially knowing my girl was suffering. Now when I called to renew my other dog’s medical I was told the doctor would get back to me and until then they could not refill. Well it’s been 24 hours and again no reply. Save yourself grief and find a vet that actually cares about animals.

My fur babies have been patients of Dr. Christina and Dr. Kim for over 20 years. They know my dogs by their first names. Dr. Christina knows when to bring out the can cheese. My big dog will accept no other treat! This is a great place.

We've used Periwinkle for over 20 years and we're always satisfied with the care they provide and the cost!

The office was clean, organized and smelled nice. Staff was kind and courteous. They provided great, affordable care and didn't try to up-sale or push unnecessary products or treatments. I've always liked the service and treatment given at this clinic, I will continue to use them in the future and would definitely recommend them to others in need of veterinary care. To our friends at Periwinkle Pet Clinic, I cannot thank you enough for the kindness and compassion you've shown to both our dogs that have been seen by Dr. Kim and Dr. Christina throughout their lives. We had to make the ultimate decision to put our Pitbull, Brody, down yesterday and Dr. Christina, like she did with our pug that was put down a few years ago, did an outstanding job of making us feel welcome, giving us the time we needed to grieve and most importantly, taking care of our dog in such a peaceful way. I've always felt confident and trusting in Dr's Kim & Christina's opinions when taking our dogs to their office. They never have pushed anything on us and have always advised us with only our dog's best interested at heart. When I think back over the many years we've had our two dogs, I'm so thankful that I was able to go to a vet that didn't see a continuous cycle of doctors; that our two dogs were only cared for by two absolute professionals. We are already looking to the future and our next additions to the family and I know, without a doubt, Dr. Kim and Dr. Christina will be involved in their lives from day 1. Levi and Amber Waters
