Very good at what they do. Pets are housed indoors. They allow you to bring pets their bedding, blanket in our case. Little on the pricey side but worth the money.

Our only regret is not reaching out to this place sooner! They have an incredibly knowledgeable and patient staff, and since we have been coming here our GSD has made so much progress! We had to start with a special class for behavior issues (our pup struggles with fear aggression), and in that evening class we were given helpful strategies to work with our dog on his issues (and an opportunity to practice there). After a few weeks of repetition at home we were able to come back for a re-evaluation (no additional cost) and got the green light to move forward with their obedience programs. Last week Radar graduated basic obedience, and we will have him start intermediate next month. We are also bringing him in for day camps to help with socialization. All this to say that the changes we have seen because of the programs at K9U are almost unbelievable. Our dog still has a long way to go, but I can't imagine where we would be without the education we've received here. Prices are EXTREMELY reasonable (I was afraid initially since they didn't have prices listed on the website), and we have received a coupon for future training with the completion of each program we've done. We are moving in the Spring and very sad that we won't be able to continue through the advanced training here- but we will be getting in as much K9U as possible before we go! I cannot recommend them enough for ANYTHING related to your dogs behavior. Not only will they help, the improved relationship you'll have with your dog is something really special.

This is a great place!!! We took our 8 month old Doberman and he did great. Their method of training is just great using just positive reinforcement. We are so pleased with the results for that reason we took him to the 3 levels of training, basic medium and advanced. We still have to work on him but he definitely enjoyed going to class. Price is actually very affordable for the training quality

Dropped koa off for boarding school. She is a 10 month old cane corso mix. She is getting trained by Taylor She did a day camp she did better with her play biting and her jumping and we will be signing up for regular weekly classes for her to get her canine good citizen here I like the campus so far. Clean and professional and caring for your pet Will update to let you know how she is when i come back in town

I have had several private lessons for my pups and they have been so worth it for us. We have learned more then we ever would have known to train our pups. Nicole has been great with our two great danes and guiding us while we raise them!

The trainer is terrific. The facilities are great. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable and patient. She handled our Husky unbelievably well. No tugging or pulling while on the leash. She did an amazing job introducing our new, adult Husky to our adult teacup Chihuahua. I highly recommend this place for all new pet parents, as well as experienced parents who have not received much training. Much of the training is education for the dog owners. A±++

Great place for training your animal

Just recently had our dog an American Pit Bull Terrier and he will start on hand classes next week. As of now we are very satisfied with there service.

K9 U has an excellent staff! We highly recommend Taylor to train your dog. After only one day at Day Camp, our dog Gus had much improved behavior. Highly recommended!!!

Very well maintained area and caring staff. They are so patient and attractive to the animals.

Very disappointing. Signed up online for class, within 2 minutes realized the class was on a weekday and immediately emailed them to cancel. 5 minutes and they still charged me a $50. Fee. Even though they accept PayPal- which easily offers a refund transaction K9 University refused and would only issue a paper check. The lack of professionalism, and courtesy for customers...any business can look great its how they choose to resolve issues that truly shows character

Signed my 4 month old Australian Shepherd up. Went to class 1/25/21. He was ready to leave in the middle of class ( good instincts). We left after class and enjoying the fence yard . Our experience was not good, lost some trust, he's a little scared of me now. Not going back. Do not recommend.

The quality of this experience depends on how you want to train your dog. They use the method of intimidation, aggression and metal prong collars...please be aware of this!!!! If I had known this was the method taught in the group classes and employed (I’m sure) in their on site training, I never would have wasted my money. While I imagine these techniques work, in my opinion they don’t foster the type of relationship I want with my dog. I do not want my dog to fear me!! I was instructed not to hold my dog... not to bring him up on the bed or couch with me...to give him his food at a certain time and to promptly remove it...all with the intent to show my dog that he is not my “equal.” Well ok, fair enough. I was going into training classes with my dog, believing that this would be a bonding experience for both of us. It was anything but that...their methods shocked and upset me terribly... I could never “hurt” or intimidate my dog, so I guess that problem lies with me. However, I love my dog’s personality and would never want to break his spirit. After doing some additional research, I have chosen to train my dog at home, using positive reinforcement, trust and treats.

If you want to pay thousands of dollars for an animal to not understand the basics of potty training, you've found the place! You are better off spending the small bit of extra on a place that provides GUARANTEED results. This place does not guarantee anything.

This training class was way over-priced. $175 for 5 sessions which aren’t even an hour as stated. Our needs were not addressed such as come when called and running off. I even asked if we were in the correct class for these issues. They said yes.

I have received so much help with my dog here! She's SO much better than she was. Mallori has been so patient and answered all my questions. We have our puppy in class here, too, and he is progressing! So glad we decided to use them.

K9 is a great place to have your dog trained. The staff is the best. Nicole worked wonders with my dog Kylo. It was interesting to watch her work with the different dogs and their personalities and how she treated them accordingly.

We have GSD littermates which pose a unique problem when training is done together. K9U helped immensely with our pups becoming well behaved delights! We are looking forward to continuing!

Great local business with great knowledge on how to best train your dog. We have a large dog that typically can have behavior issues, but from a puppy we took him through classes and now he is the best behaved, good boy and strangers always compliment how well behaved he is. We will always sing K9 Universities praises!

The training we received will help us and friends and family enjoy interacting with Levi Boone much more!!
