Staff and Dr very attentive to My Fur babies, I checked the reviews before I decided where to bring them and I couldn't of picked a Better Place

This was our first visit and from the time we first arrived the staff was very attentive to my puppy and praised him. The vet was very thorough.

Went to take my puppy in because she was having seizures. I got inside the building and she had another one right in front of the vet. They turned me away because I wasn't approved for the vet care credit thing and was told to leave. When she's in my arms seizing... needless to say I was angry while crying in panic and worry. If I could give this place a negative star rating I would. Ended up at P.E.T.S and they were so understanding and amazing and saved her.

Did a very good job caring for our babies when we boarded with them for our vacation. Was our first time using any boarding services and will continue to use them

I absolutely LOVE this clinic! They don’t cut corners, but they also won’t charge you if they feel you didn’t get any help. I’ve had several of my pets come through their doors and I always leave immensely impressed with their kindness and knowledge! I highly recommend them :)

My dog was loosing his hair and had bad scraps and green gunk coming out and they where the only ones that would answer my calls and email and got him in with in 2 days and they worked with my budget

Two of my cats had their first visit with Caring Heart and I was very pleased with how they handled my babies and worked with me on what care they needed. Harley even fed them their pills and came away with all of her fingers, she is very good with the furballs. I felt very comfortable with the vet and all employees and look forward to their continuing care of my kitties.

We have a great experience every visit! They care for each pet just like their own! Thanks for taking such great care of our new little guy Theo!

Excellent place found a great vet

Can't say enough good things about Dr. Wade and the staff here! Although our little dog didn't survive, Dr. Wade diagnosed the problem immediately and after we had spent a useless $500 at another vet office trying to figure out what was wrong with our puppy. Everyone at A Caring Heart was SO nice and caring, and they saw to our every need. I will never go anywhere else when we get another dog or two.

They always treat my furbabies with love and respect. I will not take them anywhere else.

We have used this vet several times in the recent past. We always have a great experience with both vets. They are very caring and offer solutions if available. Our pets always have a great experience there.

Astryd loves this place. What dog likes the vet? Staff is friendly and posses outstanding rapport skills. They know Astryd by name???? not sure if that's a good thing, but we always feel welcome when we come in.

CeCe's surgery went very well. The staff was kind. Jenni explained the surgery and after care very well. Answering all my questions. I am impressed with the stitches very neat and have held up very well. Healing nicely. The clinic is kept very clean and all the staff is knowledgeable and caring. I would recommend for your family pet. CeCe is not the friendless dog until she knows you. (Then she is the sweatiest) So this is something.

VERY disappointed in how A “Caring” Heart does business. I had an appointment for my dog on Wednesday with this vet because I was told by my primary vet that my small chihuahua seemed to have Congestive Heart Failure but needed to be seen off base for x-rays and blood work because they didn’t have the x-ray capabilities. I was referred to this place. I called the Sunday before my appointment frantic for my dog to be seen because my dog got to the point where she could not walk and was laid out on the floor. We had to physically pick her up and take her outside to used the bathroom and she was not eating or drinking. She seemed to be having an even more difficult time breathing now too. I was scared she was about to die. I explained this to the individual from A Caring Heart on the phone and that we had an appointment with them Wednesday. The individual proceeded to tell me because my dog was not an established patient even though we had a scheduled appointment and they already had all of our information that they could not see my dog even for an emergency. They had no information for me but to tell me to call another place 45 minutes away. That in my opinion is absolutely disgusting to turn a dog away to basically die. I most definitely will not be bringing my dog nor will I ever to A Caring (not caring at all in my opinion) Heart. Thankfully, an angel in disguise (Dr. Harlan at Simmons and Harlan Veterinary Clinic) seen my dog and essentially saved her life. A Caring Heart I think you need to change your name because you don’t seem to care at all.

I made an appointment for an initial checkup for my new kitten. Never been here before but they got great reviews. I waited almost an hour before I told them to cancel my appointment. They have more clients than they can handle. If you value your time, find someone else.

We boarded our rescue dog here for 3 nights (first time ever) and they were amazing!!!! I have a 60lb American Bully and he sometimes gets judged for his breed, but they were beyond words.... He gets frightened easily, but they took their time and treated him like part of the family.

Great people. Friendly and caring. They are very knowledgeable with our pets. We have always felt safe taking or pets here.

Was not fond of the receptionists Friday afternoon attitude when I called to get my dogs medication refilled. All I heard about was her problems and how they’re busy. Don’t take your pet here. The focus is on money not your pets well being.

We really can't say enough good things about the vets and staff here. We take all of our pets here for their care. The entire team is so welcoming, informative, caring, and respectful. We just recently had to say goodbye to our older boy Paco. It was a truly difficult situation, but the whole staff worked with us to make it as easy and comfortable for him as possible. This team truly cares and it shows every day in their work. Thank you!

We love the staff. Our dog Cooper was relaxed & well behaved because he wasn't stressed at all. They fixed him up & took wonderful care of him. They answered all of our questions & explained everything perfectly.

My family has been with Caring Heart through all the name changes. They have been with us through birth to the final rest of our fur babies. We can call them at anytime and they have always been there for us. They have always gone the extra mile with compassionate care. I could write a book of all the adventures we have gone through with my fur babies. There is just not enough room. I will always choose Caring Heart for my fur fam.

Amazing staff, so good with animals and making them feel comfortable. Fast service, get you right in and out, I got there early and still had no wait!

Awesome place to take your pets. Very prompt and courteous and we know our pets will get the care they need.

We had our eight month old Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Evey, spayed here. The staff answered all of my questions about the procedure and even did laser wound healing therapy, updated her shots, and did her nails while she was still under anesthesia. I really appreciated that they called me as soon as she was out of surgery to let me know she was doing great since I had been worrying about her all morning. I’ve had many dogs fixed over the years and have never seen stitches and the incision look so good afterwards. She was completely back to normal three days after her major surgery. We will absolutely be using them for both of our dogs for everything. The prices are reasonable, the staff are professional and friendly, and they took great care of my pup.

Best Vet we have ever had. They have helped us usher a couple of our fur babies over the rainbow bridge, helped us save one of our kittens from an incredibly high fever and help us get the quickest appt. available every time we need them. Would recommend to friends and family. Thank you, A Caring Heart. You do not fall short of your name.

I would not recommend this place.

They are so sweet!! I took my dog in and he hates the vet but they just treated him like family. Calling him down, and petting him. I was honestly so surprised. 10/10 recommend.
