Crystals Paw Spa is amazing. The dogs are treated with love and care. The workers were friendly and welcoming. Located in a wonderful area.

They came to my house and bathed and trimmed nails cleaned ears and teeth brushed . this was three fur babies.one weight 130. One 70lb.and one 40lb. I will have them out again . very very happy .

About to schedule another appointment! We love the attention to detail and the gentleness that the groomers all seem to have. Our Yorkypooh has particular grooming needs and every groomer we have had from The Paw Spa has listened to us and done a fantastic job with her hair. Can’t wait to see her summer cut!

Took my Keeshond to be groomed, been going there over a year. The top ciat was cut, top coat bever supposed to ever be cut. Not only was it cut, it was cut 6 inches shorter on one side than the other. Will NEVER use them again

They always treat Kobe Jensen my little Yorkie like a champion! Hair cut is on point and they have a great Wednesday special

First time using a professional groomer for a very high strung and anxious German Shepherd. We were pleasantly greeted and given plenty of time for our dog to acclimate and sniff around. Everyone was more than accommodating and so kind. It's only been 2 days since the grooming but shedding has greatly reduced and no more itching! We will be coming back and can highly recommend.

They took great care of my Yorkie and gave him a great haircut.

I love the paw spa. I've taken my dog sirius black there for 7 years. They are always looking for new ways to upgrade and improve. I follow their Facebook page and love seeing all the wonderful things they do. Everyone is k9 cpr and first aid certified. They just put in a new safety gate. And they are always going to seminars to expand their learning. It's so clean in there. You can tell they take pride in what they do. Thank you Paw spa. Best place in Tulsa by far!!!!

The groomer that did my dog is the owners daughter. She has bright red hair and several tattoos. She is the rudest person and inpatient with the dogs. She wanted to charge an additional $20 for me to stay and be on premises when my dog was being groomed. She requested that I that I sit in my car. Absolutely not!!!!! I have been a customer there for awhile and I always sat in there while my yorkie was being groomed because he had health problems. Mercedes was the groomer who took care of my babies and she was amazing. She is no longer there. I

I want to say how Awesome y'all are ! Papi looked so good and boy did he smell better after y'all pampered him :)And he will be back to see y'all again ! Great place & Great Staff :) I HIGHLY recommend The Paw Spa :)

They shaved my cat, did a quick and choppy job. Will not go back. When customer is happy they are nice and happy, but when the customer complains about the job done, they become very defensive and rude and say it is not their fault. And @ Dog Owner (below) that posted 2 months ago. A red head with tattoos did mine as well...and you are right...very rude and unprofessional!!!

Do not take your pet here unless they are perfectly clean and free of knots before you even take them in to be groomed. We took our dog in to be bathed and de-knotted. The receptionist told us that if would be $20/hour to de-knot her coat. When we spoke to the groomer, she raised the price on the spot to $40/hour. My guess is that she saw that my husband and I are young and by raising the price, she knew we probably wouldn't agree to that higher amount, and therefore force us to leave and then she wouldn't have to deal with grooming our dog. She was not friendly and spoke to us in a demeaning tone . We did not get our dog groomed here, and I am very satisfied with that decision.

I recently started using the paw spa on a whim; as I was searching for a new groomer. They did a great job. They are so easy to schedule with and my pup seemed much less nervous than with previous groomers. I also love that they use organic spa products since my yorkie has skin break out easily. We will be visiting again!
