Love love LOVE this place! Better prices than Petsmart or Petco, and they have better selections of food for your furry friends! More exotic but natural treats as well! Bought two hooves for $1.98 on both and my big chewers are still enjoying them. My gavirote food is $58.99, but tha T s about $5 cheaper than Amazon or Walmart. Plus you get 10, get the 11th for free and that's a great deal to me!

Southern Ag will have products that other places don't, which I appreciate very much. They can also order specific items for you.

I found everything I was looking for and many more items for my puppy that's 7 months old. He goes through a dog bone in just a few hours I was looking for a jumbo bone found it

Horrible experience went in with my family on Xmas eve was in there for 1min before my wife was racially profiled, photographed, and followed. Also called the cops for my wife coughing and having enough respect for everyone else in the store to step outside and get a drink. We were kicked out for asking for an apology...We will never go back there to say the least. All employees were disrespectful ???? I would expect silence from this company no response!

We go in weekly for our pets live food, staff is always very helpful in making sure we get the size of food we need . We’ve called ahead , and gone into the store , and they’re always great

My usual vet Dr. Wendy Sales wasn't there so I had the another vet instead. The new vet wasn't very nice to my dogs. Dr. Sales is the best and going forward I'll only let her take care of my pups.

A great place to go find all your pets needs!! And wants! Reasonably priced and a good spot for specialty items

I took my chihuahua to get shots here for the first time today. Everyone was extremely kind except for the vet. I explained to her that I had never held him down for shots before and she didn’t really acknowledge that or anything else that I said. She was very quick to tell me when I was doing a bad job though. When she couldn’t get my pup to take the oral medication she tossed it on the table and exclaimed that she would just do another shot. She did not at any point try to help me or say “it may be better if you held him this way”. She then informed me that I’d be getting a refund for the third shot and sent us on our way. I found her rude, impatient, and completely lacking empathy and communication. I truly cannot fathom how bad my experience with her was. I know Southern Ag offers discounted vet services but I also believe that mutual respect is deserved at any price point.

EDIT: FELIX WAS SO KIND!! went in today and had an even better experience than last time. This store continues to impress! Awesome selection with great prices

Great place for pet needs!

Great place it was mine and my wife's 2nd time there and we was amazed by everything that they have and the employees are so helpful and friendly. It's a great place to go for all you're pet supplies.

Great place to shop, lots of options. Did notice some of their dog food shelves were pretty bare, must be supply issues.

Do not take your dog to the vet here. Worst place i’ve ever been. We rescued our dog and has a past of being aggressive with other male dogs so we had to take him in a shopping cart. When we took him in the guy was very rude and didn’t even greet our dog just had a shot ready and went behind him so of course our dog is going to freak out and jump. The vet yelled at my boyfriend who was trying to hold our dog down while getting the shot. It was VERY unprofessional and rude.

Great selection, prices are within reasonable. The staff doesn't smile much. Kinda reminds me of a grade school librarian, you know, kinda mad at the world type. Though there was a red headed individual that was friendly and helpful, it only 20 min.for someone to actually ask me if I needed help, after a failed search of the store for my needs. Thank you Red.

I always take my kitties here and they go above and beyond for them! You can tell they love animals and it's so refreshing to have people actually care! They have a great selection of products too!

The vet at the Saturday clinic today was extremely rude and unprofessional. You could see it written all over her face and in her tone that she didn’t have any interest in helping my dog. We didn’t even get our full service because she said that she couldn’t do the heart worm test, or vaccinations because my dog wasn’t being “completely still”. I was doing everything I could to help keep this poor pup still and got zero help from the vet. I waited over an hour in line to get this done just for her to be difficult and act like she couldn’t lift a finger. Unreal.

So many options!! My dog has an allergy to chicken (awful, right?). I was able to find a dog food here that he doesn't react to! No more making his food! Also, so many toy options and a dog wash station!

Definitely a one-stop-shop for any pet lover whether you have a cat, dog, horse, lizard, gecko, guinea pig, etc.

SA provided me with a veterinarian who I asked for to replace my current horrible Vet, Southpark nowv known now as Paws goes on South Elm Place. Thank you so much because if I hadn’t taken my dog to Bent Veterinary clinic my dog would be blind now. Thank you and Dr Huckabee for saving my dog’s sight.

Great place to get live food for you other animals.

I was able to find the food that I needed for my cat Angel. The people there was very nice and helpful.

I ordered a few cases of dog food , one box got damaged , I called the customer service number and Kathy couldn’t of been nicer. She apologized over and over no fault of hers it’s was damaged by the post office . They are sending me another case right away , I will continue to order from them what a great company .
