We used pooches in July 2021, a few months back. We dropped off 3 of our dogs for about a week and a half stay while we went out of town to host a grad trip. All of our dogs are fully vaccinated and we provided shot records (as it is mandatory when boarding your dog). Our first dog cam back fine. Our second dog was missing his shirt that he had been dropped off in. We typically have to put clothes on him to prevent him from itching due to allergies (even gave the OK for them to give him Benadryl if needed). Our last dog that has a heart murmur had been acting off and came back with what I believe was kennel cough. He didn’t eat his food that night when we brought him home so we took him to the vet in the morning. He had to be prescribed 4 different pills bc his cough had gotten so bad that it turned into an infection. He lost about 10 pounds while he was sick and we had to syringe feed him baby food/water for almost 2 weeks. Since that stay we have not been back. We’ve found another boarding place that is a little out of the way but accommodates each of our dogs needs and they also own a whole grass yard for our pets to play in. We really wanted pooches to work for us since it is the closet boarding place to us but we can’t risk our dogs health. Photos attached are of him at our vet.

My dog used to be so excited to come here and play. We would come twice a week for about 6 months. Didn’t have any issues until just a few months ago when I tried to bring him in and he would refuse to walk into the place. He would start whining and shaking. He was terrified. I tried to get him to go inside for 30 minutes and nothing worked. This happened on three separate occasions and when I called to ask Pooches if anything happened to him during his last visit they wouldn’t tell me. We’ve found a new daycare that he likes just as much as he used to like Pooches. Bummed this one didn’t work out because it’s the most convenient location for me.

We dropped off three dogs for two weeks so we could on vacation. When we came back all of our dogs had kennel cough, diarrhea, and stomach issues. Our biggest dog lost almost 20 pounds and the other two lost an equivalent amount of weight. Our dogs were fully vaccinated and have flea and tick meds. Now we have a $1500 vet bill for all the meds and care the dogs need to recover from this place. The staff was very nice to us but I don’t think the dogs were treated right. This place looked like it had a lot of potential but they let us down. Do not recommend.

This place is unacceptable! I worked here for a day and I find a lot of bugs in the locker, as I started to work one of the employees kicked there own dog! This broke my heart! I told the boss and she still has bugs there and that' employee is still there! I hope this customers realize that you don't know what they can be doing behind there! I hate people who treat dogs like there some object. There just like a kid you never hit or kick your kid! ???? Also where the dogs go and hang out outside they hang out on concrete that is why your poor dogs paws are messed up, because before it gets too hot! They need a camera for people to see what's going on back there!

1 million stars!!! Defiantly coming back!!! I can not rave enough about this place. So accommodating and my baby was so happy when I picked her up. She was exhausted which is it her norm (Bernedoodle energy). We are camping near Tulsa and needed somewhere for the day while exploring the local parks & gardens. Called a few times and the staff were always professional and friendly.

These ladies are great. I love this place. They love dogs. They took my abused, lost, confused dogs, loved them, accommodated my crazy schedule, and helped my puppies adjust to being happy loving puppies. Forever grateful.

I took Rocky, as he's our new dog, we've had him about 2 months. He has never been alone before and gets separation anxiety. I called and filled out an application online about an hour before I dropped Rocky off in a last minute decision to find him somewhere to be while I took my family shopping in tulsa. They were very nice, quick, and Rocky has a great day. I will definitely be bringing him back knowing he is in good hands! The only downside is, this was my first time dropping him off and I couldn't go in go see where I was dropping to and what he would be doing but I understand it is due to covid and safety for all. Thank you guys for taking care of my sweet boy and making our day less stressful!

The lady helped me out and took in my baby for a few hours at the last minute! Very friendly!

Ive been bringing my dog here for almost 12 years. Tessa still loves to come and hang out. She’s very arthritic and can’t play like she used to but she still loves to go and hang out with the other dogs. The staff has always been wonderful to work with and I can’t imagine taking her anywhere else

Great place, I do wish they had a camera that you could log in and see your dog. But they are very nice and my dog seems pretty happy.

This is a great place for my dogs. I take them in the morning and when I pick them up in the evening they are ready to relax. Lovely people, fabulous place.

It does not get any better than POOCHES. They provide an excellent service for the urban Pet Owner/ lover. They learn the dogs name and the greet your pet as they enter the premises. Pooches provides both Day Sitting services and Boarding facilities. They sell only top notch pet supplies & food. Our Tucker loves going there he gets excited everytime we turn into the parking lot. Pooches is a Valuable Resource for our needs. We never have to worry Tucker when he is under Pooches care.

Convenient place to use. They take good care of my dog while he is there. The only down side is like most dog daycare places, if someone brings in a sick dog (kennel cough) then it spreads throughput the facility.
