Dr. Bird took care of my fella, Bear, and the staff was very nice and welcoming. We will be returning with my little man, Albert.

My overall experience with y'all was excellent!! The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very kind, caring, and loving, and everything was explained to me thoroughly before they started. I definitely recommend them for your family!!!

I've been taking my cats here for a couple of years now, it's been great.

We were confused by their COVID precautions. The vet tech who worked with us told us that the vet couldn't examine our sick cat in the exam room (where we were) on account of social distancing. She said our cat would be taken to another room to be examined. Then the vet came into the examine room (where we were) to explain everything. What's the difference? Either way we would have been in the same room with the vet! It's not likely we'll be going back there.

I took my best friend there. And the employees there were so wonderful and caring. They took very good care of my little dog Bubba. He is doing quit well at the moment. I owe it to this clinic and it's staff thank you so very much.

Absolutely love the care given here. We had to unfortunately put our kitten down. The veterinarian and the staff we very respectful and understanding. They gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye. It was the such a hard thing to do. The staff let us be right there so our kitten didn’t have to be alone. Thank you for the care y’all gave him. We will be back if any of our animals need any care!

Y'all Dr Hancock and his crew are so amazing with pets.. I don't think I ever heard anything bad about them and I'd smile too with all the cuteness overload.. ty

We are from out of town and our dog got sick. I called Hancock and they got us right in and couldn't have been nicer!

They answered phone call. I didn't have to leave msg(s). They were professional without being stuffy. Prices were 1/2 price of my friends vet, he has for his animal.....no....I will not tell him, let him keep thinking he is smart. Good luck to all of us four legged/non human "care-givers".

Everyone at Hancock Veterinary has been so kind and helpful while taking care of my puppy Ruby, for all of her vaccinations and now two surgeries. They always take time to educate me beforehand and check in on her afterwards. Fully recommend!

Everyone here is incredibly kind and empathetic. I found Hancock when looking for a new veterinarian because I felt like my previous place would prey off my emotions to try to get me to pay for unnecessary tests. Hancock is the opposite - friendly, affordable, and has my pets’ best interest!

Great people treat you like family

First visit with a new dog. Staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. Bird took time to answer a lot of questions and trimmed Bella's nails. They had high quality flea/tick and heart worm products right there in the office. That was convenient. As I said, we have a new dog and wanted to get her squared away on the spot as opposed to shopping online and waiting for shipping. Update : We have now been bringing Bella to Hancock for a year and are very pleased with the way we are treated. Update : Almost 5 years now and we really like Dr. Bird AND the staff. One thing that concerns me, Their current policy is to issue injections in the back instead of the exam room where we can hold "Bella". She's never acted out so this policy is due to other considerations. I don't like it. I don't want to leave a good doctor over this so I hope this is just a residual practice from COVID operations.

Mean to your pets and to high go to Davis they are cheaper and nice to your pets and when your pets needs recheck they don't charge you for the recheck and they are a lot cheaper

We are new to Hancock, but really glad we chose them for our sick kitten. We love the care and effort they put into their work. The vet explained all of the ins and outs of the diagnostics and the results. Our little Kingsley is doing much better!

Dr. Hancock is amazing with all our pups. Or dogs aren't scared to go to the vet. They are actually excited to go.

Always take good care of our dog. Always answer questions which there are a lot because dog is a lot like a child.
