Emergency care is listed as one of their services, but that is a lie...apparently you still need an appointment for an emergency. Sorry, don't have two days to wait, that is quite literally not how emergencies work - misrepresentation of services.

The Dr. and the staff were amazing with my floof ball. They were gentle and funny! They truly care for your pets! Definitely recommend ❤️

New Hope Aminal Hospital has been a part of our lives for 6 years. Our dogs love the Techs as well as Dr Earl. They always take the time to make sure the puppies are comfortable and do a great job with them. Our Ellie Mae loves to hold paws/hands and they spend time doing this with her. Jethro is a leaner and they are happy to let him do that. Mr Gibbs has a problem remaining calm and they just work with him. They always answer all our questions and give options. They never try to pressure us. Our babies are healthy and we give them credit for their part.

They did exactly as they said and looked after, cared for and treated my puppers. Vet and staff are super nice and professional. They have gave me all the info I need to take care of my pup child after she has come home. Would definitely recommend ????. Thank you again New Hope Animal Hospital. 5 ????

New hope animal hospital is a friendly and good customer services. Definitely will recommend it to anyone. They help you with your doggy health. I took my dog to the veterinarian today 11-16-21 and they were able to help my dog with his health and help me save money. I am very happy to take my dog to this clinic because I know my dog will be in good hands????.

My dog Mac was having some issues and I brought him in for test. They were very professional and responsive to Macs and My needs. They called me to tell me what was happening ( I dropped him off in the morning ). They also talked to me about prices and options should I need them. I am very satisfied with our visit today.

They had been informed our dog had been to the Vet ER and called to check on him. They didn't have to do that. It was thoughtful and meaningful. Saw him a few days later at no charge just for peace of mind and suture removal.

I am so thankful for the staff of New Hope Animal Hospital. They are always so patient with me and my dog any time something is wrong. They are very proactive, and super informative. You can tell they genuinely care.

i haven’t had a pet in over 5 years so i’m fairly new to this. both the nurse and the doctor were extremely nice and helpful, my little Aspen was immediately comfortable with them, which was a little surprising considering he’s usually shy around new people. i was really happy with this experience.

They are always so friendly but very professional and personable at the same time. This vet caught things going on with my senior cat that my other vet didn't, so I will never go anywhere else. So grateful for their care and expertise.

Dr. Earl and all the assistants at New Hope animal hospital are great when it comes time to provide my fur babies veterinary care. They listen to you and ask questions to learn more about your pets. We only want the best for our fur babies.

We have used New Hope Animal Hospital for all our pets since we moved here. Been with them for 16years. Our animals love going to them. They are good people. Always make us feel like family and they care for our animals as if they were their own. Could not think of a better place to go.

I love the service and the friendless they have here. Always super sweet to my pets and they provide estimates which is awesome. They always explain everything well and you can normally get in at a decent speed. Both vets are super awesome and I plan on going here as long as I live in Rogers .

Love Dr. Earl and the staff at New Hope Animal Clinic! Always can get in when I have a sick one. Dr. Earl always remembers which pets belong to us and calls them by name to ask how they are!

I have had some really bad experiences with vets since coming from KY via Colorado. Really until now I had found 1 vet in CO that I trusted. New Hope and Dr. Doji (Dogee I'm not sure how she spells it) are doing everything they can to work with me to figure what is wrong with my cat. I believe they genuinely care and understand the situation and I have no doubt they care about their patients. This isn't an easy situation to figure out with our fur baby and I'm not an easy parent to deal with on it as well as having my hands tied financially. They are knowledgeable and compassionate. I appreciate and thank the team at New Hope in Rogers,AR.

I had to get my grandkitty all vaccinated and blood work done. This by far is the quickest most efficient and very friendly staff I have met. They are absolutely amazing on the communication process as well!!! These folks are amazing! They are kind of pricey! None the less she is better and will be getting even more healthy! Thank yall!!

Chief was treated well and the experience was pleasant. It isn’t easy waiting in the truck. But the time was short and the vet explained everything to me after Chief’s exam.

I adopted a kitten and took him to New Hope Animal Hospital to get his vaccinations and to be neutered. They took into account my kitty’s anxiety and made arrangements to make his visits as easy on him as possible. The staff was very thorough with instruction and advice and made sure to discuss any of my questions or concerns. I very highly recommend this team.
