Took my reticulated python to Dr.Walsh and he took great care of my snake, he went above and beyond to make sure her health was top priority. 5 stars for sure, all snake owners I recommend this place.

My family's dog had been having blood in his urine, so we took him to this vet to be evaluated. We were asked to drop off a sample, and we would get the results. A couple of days passed, and we called for the results with no answer. Nearly TWO WEEKS later we find out our dog had a UTI. This gross NEGLIGENCE led to him needing emergency surgery. We were told to either pay $2000 for the surgery, or have our family dog be put down. When confronting the staff on the issue, they accepted zero blame for not responding to his infection and "there is no way to be certain" that the infection led him to need surgery. Protect your family animals, save your money, and go anywhere but here.

They are very inconsistent in grooming. My dogs hair is never the same. My dog was dropped off today with instructions to the person to call me regarding her services for today and I didn’t receive a call. They cut her hair as they saw fit which had they called me she wouldn’t have been getting a haircut. I’ve given this place several opportunities to get her haircut right and it’s always a fail. I will not be returning. Stay away! Last time she was there she came home sick for several days later. They are terrible. If I could give no stars I would.

A $500 misdiagnosis right before Christmas is not what I needed. Paid an additional $197 at the vet they referred me to who correctly diagnosed the problem. Glad my baby is doing better now. I wont be going back.

So very disappointed with SAHO. Brought our 8-year-old pup in for what we thought was an insect bite (side of face swollen with small, oozing hole in cheek). My husband brought him in the first time on an Urgent Care visit and was given amoxicillin and a pain med. Little improvement in a month so I took him back in and had to leave him there for hours (he’s a rescue & has anxiety issues). When I picked him up I had a short conversation on the phone with a vet there and was sent home with ointment and a second round of the same antibiotic. Second month went by and no improvement. This was two months of our dog’s face oozing, showing signs of discomfort and wearing a cone so he wouldn’t scratch at his face. At that point we decided to take him to a different vet practice. There I was able to speak with the vet face-to-face and after a simple examination while I was in the room, he was diagnosed with a dental abscess which required dental extraction surgery. The small hole in his cheek was actually a fistula caused by the tooth infection???? The vet even showed me a book illustrating the issue. The dental surgery was scheduled & done and now our dog is doing great. I would not recommend SAHO based on our experience.

I enjoy SAHO for boarding but picked up my dog and while waiting for him, I could hear a dog whimpering in pain. Got curious and looked at grooming and the groomer was being far to rough and aggressive with a little yorkie. Really was sick to watch and I would never let a dog of mine get groomed by Sheila, shes horrible, far too aggressive and it was painful to watch.

Took great care of our dog. He had ingested a toy and had to have surgery. Dr Walsh followed up with us a least twice a day and was great to work with. I believe he gave our dog the same care as if it was his own.

My 12 week old puppy became sick on a weekend and I needed to get him seen. I was able to bring him in for an urgent care visit and the care we received was exceptional. They made sure I had everything I needed to take my boy home and care for him.

I moved to Owasso 2 years ago and have been in love with SAHO since. I recently moved to Jenks and still make the commute here. My dog has been seeing Dr. Hendricks and I absolutely love how comfortable and professional and informative she is with my dog. She’s a crazy dog who gets super nervous around people and the staff makes my dog so comfortable and I value that! Jaclyn (our nurse) took extra steps to make sure my dog and I were comfortable and safe the whole way! Especially during shots, and listened to all my crazy worries! I appreciate and love this place! So amazing!!!

We have entrusted all of our pets to SAHO for several years, from the routine care, grooming, to the times we have had to have our fur babies put to rest, to the times we have rescued animals from them. They are always professional, caring and treat our animals amazing. We LOVE SAHO !!

Been a long time customer and they have always taken good care of my pets. I needed my Heeler pup chipped, they got me right in and only took about 20 mins. Very reasonable and worth every penny! I will be bringing my other dog up soon to chip her. Thanks guys!

Always give my fur babies top treatment. Baxter loves going to see the Dr/Nurses, he always gets lots of loves/pets. He is always so happy when we leave.

In town for a visit with family and needed a place for our sweet Piper to play and have fun while we were out and about. SAHO was the perfect place! The staff were great and very friendly. My sweet little dog was diagnosed with bladder stones and had to have emergency surgery. The staff was supportive and compassionate and they took very good care of my little girl. They understand that when emergencies hit we don't always have a ton of money available and they will work with you when they can. I started going to SAHO 5 1/2 years ago when I got my sweet little dog, and I won't go anywhere else!

This was a great place. My baby had a bad cough and my vet wasn't open on Sunday so we called them they are really great at working you in. So I am going to take my business to them.

Even with the visit being as emotional as a vet appt can be, we felt like valued customers and that our fur baby was a valued patient. Thorough explanation and compassion from all of the employees, clarity about possible decisions and treatment options, and the professionalism that was shown through all of it has made this our new vet choice. We are forever grateful for how we were treated and respected through our entire experience.

I HAD MY DOG GROOMED THERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND THE GROOMER DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THEY REQUIRED THAT HE HAVE A RABIES WHICH WAS FINE BUT THEN THE LADY SAID THAT THEY WOULD CHARGE ME $60 FOR AN EXAMINE ON TOP OF THE COST OF THE SHOT AND THEN SHE IT WAS THE LAW THAT THE EXAMINE BE DONE. ANYWAY I GOT THE SHOT AT ANOTHER VET AND THEY SAID THAT THERE IS NO SUCH LAW. I ALSO CALLED ANOTHER VET AND THEY ALSO SAID THERE IS NO SUCH LAW. I PLAN ON HAVING MY DOG GROOMED AGAIN IN FACT I HAVE ALREADY MADE THE APPOINTMENT BUT AS FAR AS ANY SHOTS OR TREATMENTS I WILL NOT USE THIS ANIMAL HOSPITAL. I THINK THEY NEED TO GET THE PEOPLE THAT ANSWER THE PHONE STRAIGHTENED OUT SOME PEOPLE MIGHT THINK THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO RIP US OFF!!!

Dr. Hendricks and her assistant were outstanding! I took my cat in for his first vet visit, and Dr. Hendricks was very understanding and compassionate towards my frightened cat. The front staff were also very accommodating when I checked in. Can't recommend this place enough!

This place is so amazing!! I took my dog in as a walk in, yes she was there for some time but they were very busy too. But they took very good care of her made sure I understood what was going on and how to do her medicine. I will definitely be back!!

The staff at SAHO took care of our cat like it was their own. We have used SAHO for several years and have always had good results.
