This clinic took care of our senior cat when he had a dental emergency in the mid-afternoon. They squeezed our cat in for an evaluation before closing that evening and got him into surgery by the next morning. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They gave us a reasonable estimate and the total turned out to be less than the quote upon payment.

Awesome staff took my daughter’s Guinea pig she was sick and after appointment they text you or call you to keep checking on your pet. That mean a lot if you really care for your pet. Like my husband said not even our doctor does that with us ????

My cats, like most, hate going to the vets. But always come home happier when we take them to Schrag Animal Clinic.

Terrible experience. This is the second time we have take our babies here. The first time we were taken back an hour after our appointment and were told it was because they had some emergencies come in. We accepted this and let it go. Regardless of the wait we were there almost 3 hours just to get flee and tick meds. Next appointment, again we were take back an hour after our scheduled time and finally actually saw the vet an hr and a half later. When I expressed dissatisfaction with the wait time I was told by the Vet (who also claims to be the owner) that he will not be, and I quote, "b****ed at". They said that they again had emergencies come in, when asked if they were going to adjust their scheduling so that this time was built into the schedule so that people do not have to wait for over an hour to be seen and was told no. So long story short expect to wait a longggg time and don't bring up the fact that you've been waiting over an hour or youre "b****ing". It's no wonder that their process is broken when the owner of the company sets this kind of tone. It clearly starts from the top down and is not going to change. Highly highly highly recommend going somewhere else. A terrible frustrating and offensive site, aggressive experience. Just an awful, awful place with a beyond terrible person as the "owner"

Easy to get Saturday appointments. Feel very comfortable with them.

We love this clinic. They have taken great care of our kittens. We boarded and have had follow up visits for dehydration and the entire staff were wonderful. I highly recommend their entire team. Thank you for all you do to keep our pets healthy.

One things for sure is thre are some great people that work there aaaaaaand we was in a pinch and they went above and beyond

Schrag Animal clinic has been taking care of my snakes and diabetic cat for quite some time now. They are very informative and have great doctors.

Very clean and professional. The staff and doctor were very friendly and took time to answer all my questions.

The entire staff was amazing! The doctor had a great bed side manor and treated my rambunctious fur baby well. The prices were very reasonable, and was able to get my puppy seen quickly! I have found my vet of choice from now on, totally recommend this place if your baby needs some medical help!

Very caring & took very good care of my kitty. Older kitty had not felt really well since I got him. Dr Ashmore performed a full mouth extraction, cared for him when he had post-surgical issues. He feels so much better. Now plays & is more active.

They were overwhelmingly kind and accomadating to help clip my 13 yr old golden retriever granddog's nails. I really appreciated it. I needed some kindness that day and they were a blessing.

My puppy was very sick. I was on a budget they told me what they could do for the amount of money I had. It was confirmed parvo. Gave me meds and told me what I needed to to to keep him alive. Today he's eating and playing around! Thank you so much Schrag's for helping me save Otis!

Had a great first time experience. Staff was knowledgeable and able to help my sweet guinea pig. Grateful for some answers. Will definitely be back with my sweet girl when needed in the future. Also, very quick service!

I know Dr. ASHMORE personally and her And her family are amazing people! Take your animals here, Dr. Ashmore is smart, focused and to the point while still having compassion for what pet owners are going through. Also, their facilities are SUPER CLEAN!

Very good place for my puppy to go & get vaccinations

Very nice, prompt and helpful. My only issue was I wish they had x-rayed my cat's leg while she was already sedated instead of waiting to see if medication would stop her limp after 3 days since cats don't always do well under anesthesia. I think I understand why - to save me expense and to see if least treatment would work since Dr felt nothing during examination. It's just that I'm afraid if the medications don't help, the first thing she will want is an x-ray. I'm reserving complete judgement until then.

Really pricey. Twisted our arm into stuff we didn't need, felt like a car dealership but less asking and more doing.

My Minuet male cat kept having urinary obstructions and needed a urethrostomy surgery. After searching all over OKC a surgeon who could do it and also would take Scratchpay, I finally found this facility. The surgeon wasn't even scheduled to be in the day I brought my cat in as he was showing symptoms of being obstructed again. But she was kind enough to come in that day to have him have surgery, instead of having him catheterized then and them come back in a few days for surgery. The surgery went great, and my cat is doing really good. I would have given them 5 stars but when they released him home after surgery (on a Saturday) they forgot to remove his IV catheter and I had to go back there for them to remove it on Monday, so the cat had to spend 2 days with a catheter on his paw.

We boarded our cat at Schrag while in Nebraska. We gave them specific dates for his stay. On our return trip we called to ask them to get him ready for pickup. There was a message on their answering machine saying they were closed due to cold weather. The.phone message further stated that they would be closed until further notice. (What does that mean?) Additional contact information was not made available to us.. We had know idea where our cat was and whether or not he was being fed or given his medication. We left 4 phone messages and 3 emails. It took several hours to get a response. When the vet finally called, he was rude and unwilling to take any responsibility for the whole mess. We left several contact numbers on case they needed to contact us during our cat's stay, but no one called. How hard would it have been to call us and let us know they were closing and make arrangements for a pickup time? We won't be going back.

They are amazing!! Staff goes above and beyond for you! My dog loves going there!!
