Very good and friendly staff!

LOVE Dr. Williams. I'm a bit of a helicopter pet mom, and she is always patient in answering my questions and taking my concerns seriously, all while giving me different options. It's definitely busier and harder to get an appointment now than it was ten years ago when I started going to them, but I would recommend Dr. Williams to anyone.

Great doctors... Great experiences... German Shepherd with eye disease... Life medication... Wouldn't go anyplace else.

The best clinic we’ve been to! My puppy had to have a tooth removed; when I dropped him off in the morning they were sure to ask if I had any questions or concerns. Post-op, Dr. Ruby personally called to inform me how the procedure went. Above and beyond patient care! Dr. Williams is also always so patient and informative when we come in for check ups. We are so happy and thankful to know our sweet boy is always in good hands! Also, the front desk (not quite sure of her name, short brown hair) is also so friendly when we come in!

Quail Creek Vet are the best. They are so gentle with my pets, 2 cats, and keep me updated on their health. They are also very informative about their visit when I pick them up

I bring both my cats here. They always have the answers to my questions and the staff are always friendly.

We have a new puppy and a 13 year old dog. This staff was great with both. Very friendly and helpful. The Vet gave us a lot of time to talk about our dogs. Very impresses.

Took great care with my cat for his check up and called the next day to see how he was doing.

Scheduled appointment for my dog to get her shots, they were unable to vaccinate her due to her previous vet not sending her records (not their fault) however, I called them prior to her appointment, they did not let me know at this time or when I arrived that they could not vaccinate her. They had me sit there for an hour and charged me 86$ just to tell me at the end of the visit that they didn’t even vaccinate her. They not only wasted my money, but also my time. They had my dog sitting back there for 45 minutes, crying, while they did nothing. I will not bring her back.

Very caring staff. With covid rules I was unable to come inside with my fur baby but they took great care of him.

They are five stars! They are always happy to answer all my questions and concerns. I trust my dogs going here.

Dr. Williams is great. I brought my puppy here for her first visit yesterday and the customer service and level of care that everyone put into their work was really a treat.

Dr. Hagen is amazing. She is always willing to explain anything and everything to do with your pets health. She is also SUPER detail when it come to the examination!

Highly recommend. Dr. Gwin is an awesome doggy opthalmologist.

I appreciated their curbside service. They seemed to do a great job and explained everything we needed to know right over the phone.

The younger receptionist was rude by being short with her responses, and not so friendly. I can't help but believe she was acting this way, because of the color of my skin.

My 6-month old kitten went in for spay & declaw surgeries. She has bounced back well. They called to check on her progress after surgery the day after she went home. Very compassionate staff. Highly recommend them.

Brought our 14year old dog in for eye surgery, was totally blind.1.5 years later bringing him in for a final check up today. The vet was awesome ,have had no issues with them.

Don’t take your pet here if you care for them. Terrible service from the kennel techs and the doctor. They wrongly inserted shots into my dogs back legs and here we are months later and sometimes she limps because they don’t know how to give shots. They told me she needed grain free dog food and grain free dog food has been shown to give dogs heart disease. They aren’t friendly at all and they don’t care to give your animals any attention to make them comfortable. Worst bet I’ve been to and I will not be back. If you are reading this review go to NEEL VET on Macarthur because they know what they’re doing and they actually care for your animals.

Love Quail Creek Vet! Dr Ruby and his staff are great with my 2 kitties.

Brought my dog in with emergency. The receptionist was a younger girl. She acted like it was putting her out. She went back to talk to the vet. Then came back and said if I want to wait they might be able to help but she can’t guarantee they could and it would be a long time waiting. Basically brushed me off without even looking at my baby. I went all the way to Yukon to Dr. Delbridge’s office. They immediately took my baby looked at her and rushed her to the back. They immediately got her on oxygen and iv and said she was critical and near death. They couldn’t believe Quail Creek didn’t even observe her. I do not recommend this place. Their hearts are not in it. Even if you have to drive a ways, it is worth it to go to Dr. Delbridge in Yukon off of Mustang Rd. Just saying!

Dr. Gwen is Great. Our dogs eyes are so much better. He is a very caring vet. Staff is very nice too!
