Cashier refused to use my given name during a transaction. I have been shopping at PetSmart for over a year for my fish supplies, and I have never had anybody refer to me by my last name only. Petco has gender-neutral bathrooms, and they have done a great job training their stock staff about trans/non-binary customers. Maybe PetSmart should consider doing the same?

Pet Smart has little to choose from in the way of pet accessories but carries Kong products!

Linda in the grooming dept is wonderful! She is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She groomed my cockers and now grooms my Cavalier, who loves her.. Thank you Linda for being dependable and helpful in this crazy new world of poor customer service!

The staff doesn't change prices when there is a mark down. Literally everything rang up for a different price and had to take pics to show that the prices were not what they were ringing up. I honestly don't blame them though because, who really wants to work when you get paid to do nothing.

Always greeted with a warm hello, there’s always someone willing to give me a hand with finding exactly what my pets need! I also chose this location over the one closest to me because it is always clean and their pets are taken care of

They have tons of quality pet food at decent prices. PetSmart does have a much larger selection than other stores. However the items that are carried by both PetSmart and Walmart are cheaper at Walmart. My dogs canned Purina was much cheaper at Walmart (by a couple of dollars). PetSmart's good but it's still worth price comparing. Also PetSmart price matches so that's cool.

This is disgusting. Can't even see the fish. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in over a week. The reptiles eco earth was dry. Like they haven't been misted all day. Ball python humidity was very low. This location has gone down hill. Take better care of your animals.
