Mary was very kind and compassionate when we had taken our beloved Sweetie there. They had a beautiful urn and engraving as well as a lovely paw print of Sweetie. A couple of weeks later Will helped us put ashes into urn jewelry for us. Thank you all for making this sorrowful event less painful. You are appreciated!

This is the only pet cremation service you should ever need. They have handled 3 of my pets and it's been a great experience. I will forever miss my babies but I am so honored how well they have handled my babies. They were the world to me and every single call I get from them to handle everything has been very sweet and kind. They have been very gentle and it was exactly what I needed in this terrible time. The urns are absolutely beautifully crafted. Every piece feels intricately cares for. I tend to babble when I'm dealing with heavy emotions and every single time they just let me babble. They never rushed me off the phone or rushed me along. They feel like they are part of our family and you can really tell how much love they have for every pet that comes through there. They will be the only service I see myself using in the future. I hope I don't have to use them but as life goes I will need to. I can't say enough about how amazing these beautiful souls are.

This place was amazing with helping us deal with the death of our pet they made us feel welcome and they were so sweet and we felt really taken care of. The box we received the ashes in was so beautiful couldn’t ask for anything better. My family is so grateful for them thank you!

Y'all, I can't say enough great things about this place. They were so kind to us during this awful time. The gentleman reassured us that he would take excellent care of our boy. He came in a beautiful engraved box with a name plate. That was all included in the price. We chose to have his paw print done too and it came out perfect! I definitely recommend them.

Our little buddy Fabio passed away recently. We miss him so much. The day he died we received a call from this company ( as we requested to our vet ) the gentleman on the line had so much empathy and made the process so easy. Very professional. Today we received Fabio's remains.. the box is beautiful and fitting for our little guy who we loved so much. Thank you so much for the beautiful work!

I called to get information for our dog who was declining rapidly from cancer. The gentleman I spoke to was very nice and empathetic to our situation. Even though they are not located in our area they have a relationship with our vet and everything was taken care of when the time came to put him to sleep. We received him back in a lovely wood box with an engraved name plate. Much more than the previous company we used years ago. Can’t say enough about our experience with them. Thank you all so much!

Just got my beloved pet from Pet Memories. Beautiful box. Took about two weeks to get remains back. I do recommend them for anyone.

Got the remains of our beloved dog willie today the box is beautifully carved with his name on front and the pawprint and writing on clay was perfect from the vet it took about 14 days in all from vet to okc and back to norman but finally glad to have hi. Home with the rest of our furbabies

If anyone is reading this and you lost your pet last month please check your urn and make sure the tag number on the bag containing the ashes matches the tag number on the certificate these people gave me the wrong ashes who even does that!!! I need my dog's ashes back she was my very first pet and this is ridiculous!! Update: They say the remains are correct but they wrote down the wrong number in her certificate and paperwork. Honestly i don't know what to think at this point.!!

When my Cockatiel bird Sheila died several yrs ago, I called other pet cremation services& they told me that since my Cockatiel was so small, there wouldn't be any remains left. But then I contacted Pet Memories & they cremated my feathered sweetheart & now she is with me no matter where I live. I've movved twice since I got her cremated. And when I die, I have told family to bury her with me in my casket. Her son Junior is still alive. And when he passes, I will be contacting Pet Memories again & he too will be buried with me. Thank you Pet Memories for helping small pet owners when other won't!

Made an appointment for 11am on a Saturday, not crazy early. The drive was 30 minutes with Luna. We get there at 11 precisely and ring the door bell repeatedly, to which no one answers even though there was a car inside the gate of the cremation devices. Called and the owner (which is the only reason I am giving two stars) stated someone should have been there and they can't get ahold of them so they are sending someone else.. who happens to be 20 MINUTES away. So now I have an upset pet owner holding Luna for an HOUR even with an appointment and we tried to mitigate that as much as possible. Will up my review to 3 stars maximum if the ashes come back well done. The owner was professional but whoever was supposed to be here at 11am is unacceptable in this line of work.

I called last Saturday night at 1130pm. I didn't expect anyone to answer, but my girl had just passed and knew I wanted her cremated so I gave it a shot. A very nice lady answered the phone, took my information and said someone would call me shortly. Not even 5 minutes went by and Wade called. He said he would contact me around 9am to make arrangements for me to bring Athena in. I received a text at 8:51am asking if I could be there at 12:30. I wanted to take my girl in, I wanted her last car ride to be with us. I met Shawn there, he was incredibly nice and professional. I'm not sure price wise wether they are the best deal in town, I didn't call anyone else. I will tell you, their customer service is top notch! You will not find a nicer group of people from the owner on down. I'm so thankful I called them and honestly the price was very reasonable. I just want to thank Wade and crew for taking care of this incredibly difficult task. Athena is now back at home with us. Thanks guys!

Super disappointed. We lost our Pomeranian right after July 4th. Dropped her off on the 6th and were told she would be ready that Thursday . It’s now July 14th and I had to call again to see what was going on. My daughter has been patiently waiting to get her ashes back. Edited to add: The owner was very nice and did everything he could to rectify the situation! Thank you so much!! He was polite and respectful. We now have our little Ebee with us so my daughter can have some closure. ❤️

I have never received such poor service from a business in my life. My pet passed away from old age and when I contacted the 24/7 phone line I was met with curt words and an unkind response. I was told that they are closed and that no one was available to locate my pet's remains. It is absolutely appalling that this the way I was treated when trying to locate my lost best friend. I absolutely will not recommend this service for any other pet parent who has lost a member of their family. I cannot believe this service and recommend that the company reevaluate their values, and if this service is something they would like to continue. In my opinion they absolutely do not care about the loss of a pet and are inept in compassion or customer service

Unfortunately after 16 years, we lost our Bennie the Beagle. We have never used a cremation service for any pets, but decided to under the circumstances to make things a little easier, and the cost at Pet Memories was affordable. Our experience with Pet Memories was superb. From the time Charlie picked our Bennie up in Broken Arrow, to speaking with Jacob on the phone regarding the details of what we wanted for our little guy, we could not have had a better experience under such hard circumstances. The care put into the process was so nice -- from details on his name plate, the certificate of cremation, to even his paw print which included some of Bennie's hair and a little dirt from his paw just made things a little sweeter for that void of losing a family pet that has faithfully been there as our kids grew up and moved away to start their own lives. Thank you to Jacob and Charlie and to Pet Memories for making things so sweet.

I've unfortunately had to use their service three times in the past 2 years. They have always been very professional and courteous when dealing with me and my family. I highly recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a family pet.

We have lost several of our fur babies over the last 15 years, and the staff at Pet Memories has alway taken care of our babies with the utmost respect and when we brought our babies home, they were done in a manner anyone would be proud to display....God Bless

Let me start by saying that I had used them for years and years. I've had 4 of our pups cremated with them and was very pleased. That changed today. Jacob answered the phone and was anything but compassionate and caring. I was told of price considerably higher than I'd paid in Nov. Nonetheless I was still going forward. I was then told that I would have to "see if my vet would hold my dog, because vets get 'mad' at them", I informed him they would because I just used them cause our other dog had recently passed and always gone through the same process. Needless to say, Jacob was far less than compassionate, informing me of things that simply weren't true. Basically called me a liar when I told him I'd paid less the last cremation, I have my CC statement to prove it. Completely unprofessional even when I stated this was a very stressful time for us, no matter, he couldn't be bothered, he was very robotic. I told him I was very disappointed and would take our precious one elsewhere. OK he said and hung up. Like I said, I'd used them 4 times previously but never again.

I have had 2 of my fur babies taken here and they treated us with such respect and understanding that I would recommend them to everyone.

Our family dog passed away a few weeks ago. When we got the call to come and pick her up, it was on my birthday. I decided to not go that day, but went after. We purchased a bronze paw print to be made, along with an ink imprint of her paw as well as a wooden earn with her Name, DOB and DOD. We did not get the bronze imprint because they 'forgot'. Her name plate was crooked and not centered. We immediately called our Local Vet and returned our family dog's remains to them even in the same bag that we brought her home in. I was called that our family dog was again ready to be picked up. I went to our Local Vet at the end of the business day to pick her up. When i got her home I held her box and something didn't feel right. I knew something was wrong, I called and said I do not believe that her ashes are in the box. There was an extra name plate in the bag as well. Today during my lunch I drove to our Local Vet and we sat down and opened her box.....IT WAS EMPTY!!!!!. Now Pet Memories in OKC is saying that they never picked up the original box, but instead just delivered us and "empty box" with a her name plate and an extra name plate. But our Local Vet was able to with great detail provide Pet Memories in OKC what exactly transpired when Pet Memories Driver came to pick up our family dog for the Second Time so that they could fix her name plate. Now I guess we will just see how long it takes them to FIND HER ASHES!!!! Local OKC News Stations are next on my list.

I cannot thank Pet Memories enough for everything they did. They were so nice and understanding and even met up with me after hours to take care of my fur-baby. They made a very hard situation so much easier for me. I highly recommend them!

Their site states that their phones are answered 24 hours a day. Yeah, by a voicemail. I even called after 9 am and still no answer. Not very good service or maybe they have closed.
