I adopted my cat from 405 Animal Rescue, and she was being seen by Animal Wellness Center while she was in foster care, so I decided to keep seeing them to keep her care consistent since she has some gastrointestinal and upper respiratory issues/allergies. Animal Wellness Center is extremely helpful in providing the care that my cat needs, and they have been nothing but professional with me the entire time. Every time my cat goes in, she comes out extremely calm and relaxed. They take great care of the animals that come into the office, and are always very descriptive about what next steps are for treatment, if any. I highly recommend going to them if you are in the OKC area!

Went in with my kitten for his first visit, and was told he was underweight, but otherwise well, so to come back in one month to get his remaining vaccines and to get his weight checked again. Brought him back yesterday, they didn’t even know I had brought him in before, his weight was under what it initially was from the first visit (he’s gotten much bigger), was told he had ringworm, I had to ask for it to be shown to me, the girls there had zero knowledge for me about it, didn’t have answers, tried to microchip him TWICE (why?), and tried to charge me for more medication, that he already had. If I’m going to bring my pet to be seen, I would really appreciate having someone knowledgeable to answer my questions. Horrible service.

Had an emergency with my Grandfur Baby Chico and they were amazing with him. Dr. Cunningham and Staff were perfect handling my questions and him. Thank y'all very much...

An amazing group of people! I will be switching my dogs to them and be using them as my personal vet! Jessica is one of the most kind hearted people. Everyone there is so passionate about animals and caring for people as well! Cannot recommended them enough!

Took my dog in on today, they were done with him very quickly and did a great job. He looked like he felt 10 times better afterwards. They have very affordable prices and the staff members were really friendly. This office is easily one of the best ones in okc

They aren't honest about pricing until you get there then they say its more than it started

I have two dogs that I have rescued from the streets and Animal Wellness has been a life saver for them and for me! The care and love they have for all animals shows in each staff member and doctor! They are professional and personable in all that they do. They always take the time to fully explain the care your pet may need and always show you a full explanation of the cost and after care that may be needed. In my opinion, they are by far the best city clinic we have in this large city! I really can't say enough and thank them enough!

Over all the people I engaged with were nice- but I couldn’t go inside to be with my cats nor could I see and talk with the doctor. I probably will look for another vet mostly because I need to be able to engage during the evaluation.

They were wondeful!!! My dogs were scared going in but came out happy!!

We use Animal Wellness Center for our rescue Dobermans in the OKC area. They are so wonderful with all the Doberman Rescues we get in. They care so much for all the animals! Here are just a few they have treated and saved.

I have had nothing but great experiences with the animal wellness center. I have had two puppies spayed at the clinic and both times it was wonderful. The staff and doctors are so friendly and so sweet I feel completely confident leaving my dogs there. Their services are efficient and the way they have run the clinic through the pandemic and on has been wonderful. The price is also very reasonable and their care far exceeds the price you pay.

I boarded a dog here and the guy who took care of him was really good with him. My dog really seemed to like him. Update 8/24/21 I gave 2 stars for the nice, informational staff. Never once did I feel rushed and I feel like they took lots of time with me which I appreciate. Here is my big issue with this place, I have spent around $700 there since April bringing in various animals and not once have I met the vet. This wasn't an issue because I know the techs do most of the work at a vet clinic but my last visit I feel like the vet was having the techs over sell medication my pet did not need. I understand her skin scraping was clear of mites and her culture can take up to 4 weeks to show growth. My bill originally included flea and tick prevention (because she might have mites) and wipes incase her skin issue was fungal instead. She also got a steriod shot. I refused the meds because I didn't want to treat her for something we weren't sure she had. The tech's I talked to were very patient and really tried to get me to buy the products, I think they spent 20 minutes on the phone with me. I think if I had met with a vet at some point I might have had a little more trust that we weren't just throwing meds at my cat to see what sticks. The shot helped so much, a week later her skin is almost 100 percent back to normal with hair growth. I did end up buying over the counter antifungal wipes and have used those for a couple days as well. Overall my biggest issue here is never getting a meeting with the vet, not even a phone call ever. $700 is a lot of money to spend with out talking to a vet... How can I trust the opinion of someone I have never met?

This is a new vet for my four dogs and they have been taking care of one of my dogs in particular who has had a persistent ear infection. I have had animals for years and this is the first vet and team that thoroughly discusses with me (and not at me) the treatment plan and listens to my input. (No, I haven't been to vet school but I have lived with these dogs for years.) They are also transparent with the costing and get verbal agreement before work is done. (I have not taken an animal here for emergency care, so I'm not sure how the costing discussion works prior to any work done.) As an added bonus, they are friendly and personable.

The employees are very friendly and helpful. My grandpup doesn't mind going to his Vet visits.

The parking lot service was fairly quick and easy. They had lost our appointment information, but still got us in for everything we needed. Overall, prompt and fairly priced.

Worse place ever they lack accountability and professionalism they gave my dogs shots against my will and didnt accept responsibility nor did they make things right. They could learn alot from Neel vet.

This is my vet for all my furry and none furry babies. They are amazing at working with cost and let's you know breakdown. Awesome with all my pets from cypress (who's difficult, to say the least) to Kratos (ball of toothpicks everyone loved). Thanks again for clipping Kratos nails today.

I called no less than 15 times yesterday, left several voicemails, sent at least three texts and no one ever called me. Do they even have a receptionist?

I took my cat Oliver there. The guy who checked him first. Started saying how expensive fore the blood work and all kinds of stuff. Then made me feel like I was a bad owner. He didn’t Evean really look at him. Then the real vet came in took one look and showed him what was wrong. He had urine enfection . She was so nice and very professional. But as in that guy. Not once did he apologize to me. Or said he was mistaken. Because of that. That why I’ll never go back.
