Let us bring our dogs in last minute, late at night, after they had gotten into a fight and needed stitches. Price was very reasonable, and I very much appreciated the help.

A definite five star facility. I've been going there since ~1995. Wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else.

This place is a joke. They have an "emergency" service with a broken doorbell, a phone number that no one answers with a voicemail that isn't set up. How they even have a 4.3 rating is beyond me.

Jameson (vet tech) was very helpful and professional. The staff who scheduled my appointment were also very courteous and professional. Dr. Biles, however, seemed more interested in telling me what he wouldn’t do, rather than offering ideas to address my concerns. I got the impression that he is either lazy or unconcerned about my animal.

We had to move vets a little over a year ago because of my 19 year old cat. My previous vet said he just had a virus and to give him antibiotics. We tried for a few days and he kept getting worse. We called the old vet and they just prescribed stronger meds without running any bloodwork and test. I had asked if he was reaching his time and i was told no he just had an infection. I believed them. He was not eating or getting better. I called Westwood for a second opinion and they did the test. He was going into kidney failure. We were given advice about ways to help him. We got him to eat a little but he still did not look good. I called one more time to westwood and said we need to look at other options. Once we got there I let them know i think it was time. The vet did not try to convince me that he just needed more meds. He had the courage and strength to let me know that it was time. I would rather have a vet be honest with me about my animals and not prolong their suffering just to get a few antibiotics payments.

Everyone at Westwood was so professional and caring at first....But don’t be fooled, take your pets anywhere else. We lost our girl Willow, we had made several appointments and they said it it was her upset stomach then it was kennel cough and then the last time when the lady came out and knew Willow wasn’t doing well sent us home with even more medication. Little did we know, we were bringing our good dog home to die.

I will be eternally grateful for the kindness, compassion and expertise I experienced with the Doctos and staff at Westwood Veterinary Hospital. The last 6 months of my beloved kitty Sammy's life would not have been possible without them.

Our very old, very frail little dog was having problems and it turned out she needed surgery to save her life. Westwood got her in immediately and they were amazing folks to deal with. I called half a dozen other local vets comparing prices, and no one even came close to their cost. Highly recommend.

I had to take my dog here today for an unexpected injury. They staff was great, and even gave me a teacher discount!

We've been going to Dr. Biles for nearly 20 years. We wouldn't dream of going anyplace else. Great place to take care of your pets.

Dr. Biles and the staff at Westwood are both knowledgeable and kind. Their love for each animal is evident in every step of the pet care process. Dr. Biles takes time to explain each procedure. He doesn’t sugarcoat things, but he also handles his clinic with empathy. I highly recommend Westwood to anyone in the area.

This is tuft, tuft will be returning here to get his teeth cleaned because his breathe smells really bad and its hard for him to eat anything but wet food, tuft will probably enjoy it cause the people here are really nice, tuft likes duck

Took my dog in a week ago for an eye infection. With Corona virus they're not letting pet parents inside, you have to call and one of the staff will come out. I was hesitant to let my dog, Ellie, go in alone because she's skittish and had been labeled a fear biter by other vets, but the staff said she did just fine and that she was actually very sweet. The vet even called days later to check up on her and Ellie is completely fine! Nice place! Glad my dog is better now!

Knowledgeable and courteous staff. The best vet I have found in Norman and they handle large dogs wells. I have a vocal german shepherd and they are unfazed. Good staff but some questionable business practices.

Very helpful with my mother in laws deceased dog came out with nice options for her cremation.

From the front desk to the doctor the entire staff is very friendly. They are always able to get me in very quickly which is important when your pets are hurting. They always seem to have their appts timed just right so that there is never more than 1 or 2 animals in the lobby at the same time and they lead animals and owners out a separate exit when you leave so as to avoid all the craziness of what a veterinarian's waiting room can be. They always ask before giving any sort of treatment, are very reasonable with pricing, and I have never felt cheated, or rushed to make a decision. Very thorough examinations. And a big shout out to Colton who continued to show so much patience and care after my 70lb dog drenched him in pee to continue to hold him and calm him down enough to allow the vet to check his ears! (This is after another vet told me he would have to be sedated to even check his ears) You guys rock!
