So pleased. New patient, in quickly @ a great price, options presented for care and sensitive to financial while still taking great care of our Sampson. We've found our vet and already referred 2 other friends.

These folks are absolutely fantastic!!! They took such great care of my Freki-man, and were very upfront regarding cost and the best plan of action to get my best bud back to feeling better! This clinic was truly the best and made us feel like family, and also very affordable! It was a stress-free visit and gave me so much peace of mind concerning my doggo!

I’ve only had two appointments with them but they have been great so far! There have been no wait times, the staff is prepared and friendly, and my little pup gets the care he needs to stay happy and healthy.

Our go-to, trusted veterinarian team! We love Dr. Crow and everyone on staff at Village. They are trustworthy, so incredibly caring, and they are conscious about not immediately reaching to the most costly treatment when there are other options available. We love them a lot and so do our pets.

Our dog was sick and we called Village Vet Care and got in within 24 hours. The doctor treated our dog on the spot and we were given medications to take home. I am very grateful for the fast response.

Hands down best vet visit I’ve ever experienced! They made sure to touch on every concern of mine and were so helpful, so glad I found them! (They won’t rip you off- they actually try to save you money while still giving above and beyond service)

They refuse to work with third-party vendors such as chewy or any pharmacy besides the one in their office unless you go through a bunch of hoops considering it’s Covid and people aren’t supposed to be leaving their house unless it’s to go to work I find this incredibly upsetting. Could’ve been as simple as them calling to verify I was asking them to do this and confirming it and then sending my prescriptions like every other vet does but they refused even after explaining I live in another state. Now I have to take my dogs to a different vet to have them seen so that I can get their prescriptions. My dogs went unprotected because they refused to cooperate with what we needed done since we had to relocate to another state. I then drove 2 1/2 hours out of my way to go to Norman Oklahoma to get the paperwork she then said that she couldn’t give me the form that I need it because my dogs haven’t been seen and they were not up-to-date on their shots that were due in February according to them (we’ve been asking for the prescriptions since OCTOBER!!!!) I told her that wasn’t possible because they came in last year at the same time she said they came in in February which again is not possible and I have proof up because I didn’t even live in the state of Oklahoma in February.

The veterinary clinic that is named after a rock wanted to charge me $1,000 (plus a surprise $400 on drop off day) for a teeth cleaning and extraction. Village did it for $400, exactly what they quoted me for. Will never use another vet. ❤️

Dr. Crow took time to answer all of the questions during my visit. She explained things well and did not rush through the appointment. Her staff was also helpful and friendly. Dot and I will be returning to Village Veterinary Care!

I am so picky when it comes to choosing vets, as I’m sure a lot of pet caregivers are. I decided to take my cat Merry here after he had been acting sick for a couple days, and his regular vet didn’t have any appointments open. I’m so glad that I took him to Village Veterinary Care. I am also sooo thankful for Dr. Crow and her team for being able to quickly work Merry in for an appointment last week! They took such great care of him and made every attempt to make him feel less anxious and stressed during the appointment. Also, the staff made sure to communicate with me about every single thing they were doing so I understood what was going on. I just really appreciated it and had a very positive experience there. When I had to go back the next day for a prescription, they brought it out to my car for me! I’ve definitely found a new and trusted vet to take my pets to regularly! ????

After my visit, my dog had a prescription for heartworm prev. meds. But when I tried to order the meds from the pharmacy, this vet refused to FAX or email the Rx to the pharmacy. They told me I had to drive back to their office and pick up a written Rx from them -- DURING THE COVID PANDEMIC. And then I had to mail it to the pharmacy. With these delays, my dog will be an extra week without meds! When I asked why they would not FAX or email the Rx, they said it has caused too much confusion in the past. When I spoke to the pharmacy, they said the exact opposite is true -- they have many more problems with written Rx's than with those sent directly by the vet via FAX or email. I have now wasted half a day on this, plus gas money, and two extra errands (vet and post office) during the pandemic. Hopefully my dog won't get bit by heartworm-carrying mosquitoes while waiting for his meds. (And now watch, there'll probably be a problem with the written Rx and then I'll be back to square one in a week...)

Just be aware, we took our young dachshund to her for some time but when he had kidney stones so severe that he required surgery, which she said she didn’t perform but another vet did but it would be several thousand dollars with no guarantee he still wouldn’t have problems. We were heartbroken but decided to have her euthanize him, as he was in terrible pain. She charged me, if I remember correctly $600-$700 but it was for the best. However, over a year later we learned she “practiced“ the surgery on him and it worked so she gave my dog to one of her employees, where he still lives today (I have visited him). We filed a complaint with the veterinary board, and she was disciplined with a mere $500 fine (they say thats the max amount) and she was forced to at least return the portion of her bill that she said she charged me for the euthanasia and cremation (according to her just over $100). I feel like this isn’t the first time she’s done this just the first time she was caught, so if you choose to use her services you should be very aware!

Referred here by a neighbor upon moving to Oklahoma last year. Excellent care of my dog and cat ever since. Love Dr. Crow! Very clean, prompt scheduling. Recently, cat was very ill and Dr. was super good to him, honestly told us if we treat him here, he will be alone overnight when we close, so gave us the option of the 24-7 animal emergency center. Gave up the hundreds of dollars they could've made to refer us to a place where he would get care without being alone. They care so much for the pets, as if they were their own! Have moved 30 minutes away now, but will always come back to Village Vet!

They were great. My cat Joy was anything but... she wouldn't come out of the carrier at least not easily. Joy was there for an issue with her eye & didn't want to be examined. They were Very Kind & PATIENT!!! She was given an antibiotic shot & some drops. Hopefully that will take care of the problem.

Took Tinkerbell in to check her back... Before I could say anything, the young lady at the desk called her by name. Tinkerbell had been there a few weeks before to have dental work done. We got right in to see the vet. She sat in the floor to examine her. I'm very pleased with this clinic. They are caring and professional. Anytime I'm in this area and need a vet... This is where I will go!!!

If you consider the fur babies in your life to be family members, do yourself a favor and take them to Village Vet for all of their health needs. Dr. Crow and her staff are caring, detail oriented, personable, and above all else... care for your pets as if they were their own.

This vet is AMAZING! We take our dogs and cats to Village. Dr. Crow and the staff are phenomenal and truly care about your pets like they are their own! We had to put our 19 year old cat down and we have NEVER experienced a more compassionate veterinary group to have done this. Our cat was in complete peace and the staff was amazing through an excruciatingly difficult day. God bless these wonderful people!

They were able to get my brothers dog in to be put down the same day for a very reasonable price. I'm very pleased with the way they worked with us and got my brother in during this very sad time. Thank you so much!

We recently moved out of state and are so sad to have to leave Dr. Crow and the amazing staff at Village Veterinary Care. Everyone was always so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with our (sometimes troublesome) chihuahua rescue. Cost was always clear and reasonable. We wish we could come see Dr. Crow forever!
