Dr Nick, Amber and the other ladies saw my 6m old cane corso, Dixie, they went above and beyond to help save my baby girl! I’ll forever be grateful they truly care about their patients and the parents of their patients. Thank y’all so much for having amazing service and even better bedside manner! God bless you!

I prefer petco over petsmart. Only negative was the genderless bathroom & not for the reasons you might think. Mens bathrooms are gross. Don't want to share.

This office will go out of its way to charge you for things your animals do not need. 1500 for a spay is way too expensive. Why does my eight month old completely healthy puppy need a gastronomy? Why do we need to get a third round of vaccinations? Corporate policy will keep your experience from being human.

They were very nice and friendly. However they were not up front about the prices. Thought I was paying 40.00 with the shots and after the coupon. Ended up paying 85.00. They told me flea and tic medicine was free They charged me 18.00. I will never go to this place again. It should be that much to get a kitten a few shots.

Our kitty unfortunately didn't make it but they did everything they could to help her. We had to euthanize her but they were so nice and sympathetic. Hated why we were there but would definitely recommend them.

Staff was pretty nice, but their prices are not. When I called I expressed that I was going to them because the vet that my small breed dog usually goes to was going to charge around $460 for her dental cleaning. I said that I figured that they would probably be less expensive so thats why I wanted to go through them. I should have taken the hint when the girl didn't have much to say besides that she would need to be seen for a $40 consult before given her estimate. Her estimate was worse that her regular vet, around $550! They could have saved me time by being more transparent. Spay Experts in Moore is extremely more reasonable and provide the exact same treatment.

I took my pup in for a mass removal which ended up turning into a nightmare. The vet did the best she could and could have never predicted what would happen. The stitches and staples cut off the blood supply to her foot ultimately leading to amputation. As soon as they saw her swollen foot post surgery they sent us to Neel vet and stayed in communication with them (as well as us) throughout our entire journey. The amount of compassion and empathy they showed us made this painful journey a little more bearable. We decided to get my pup a prosthetic leg and Dr. Nick and Demario were so helpful in making her cast and doing all the measurements needed for her prosthetic. They truly have gone above and beyond for us and we are forever grateful. I highly recommend everyone take their fur babies to them!!!

So I dealt with a young lady named Bre, and she was very informative and very caring to my boy Taz! She kept me in the loop which was awesome, because well I wasn’t able to go back with him considering the pandemic, but I highly recommend them and talking to bre she was great!

took our puppy for her first round of shots. they ended up giving her additional medicine/treatments without our consent, and charging us extra for what they did - even though we did not ask for it because we had already treated her on our own. The vet gave her a “complimentary nail trimming” without telling us and he split two of her nails in half from cutting them to short. ended up having to take her to another vet to get her nails fixed and treated because one of the nails became infected since it was split from being cut to short. will never go back to this place again!

They were really nice to my cat, though they talked to her like she was a child and I don’t care for that talk. Nice lady though

I was very happy with our visit. I just adopted an Anatolian Pyrenees puppy (girl) and we took her here for her 8 week Vaccinations. I love that they have "puppy packages" which the first one includes the 8 wk vax, dewormer, heartworm prevention pill, flea and tick prevention pill, and a fecal parasite test (u will be sent home w/ a cup) all that for $59! Since it was our first visit and I booked the Appt. Online we got a coupon for a free office visit (normally $15). The coupon did not get sent to my email for some reason but the tech worked with me and helped me out. You have to make the appt online in order to get the coupon for your first visit but it made it to where we paid $59 instead of $74. Which is very helpful when you have a new puppy because they need a lot and she is going to be huge! One thing I really loved about the visit was that the vet tech and the vet both got down on the floor with my puppy, my boyfriend, and I. She did the whole exam from the floor! My puppy was so comfortable with her and the vet tech I feel like she had a great first experience at the vet! And she really loved the cookie she got while she was being pricked and poked, did not even notice it!! Also, the vet sat down with us and talked to us about everything as in depth as she could (it was easy for me to understand because I am in school right now to be a vet tech so that helps) and recommended pup foods for large breeds that had went through trials and met all of the nutritional requirements for her growing body! All in all we left the vet very confident that we're on the right track! It was a great experience for both bbgirl and I. I will probably be bringing both of my bunnies here as well, since they see small animals and exotics as well as dogs and cats. I love the prices, the hours, and the people!!

My pup got sick and we went to vetco because my normal vet wasn’t able to get my dog in. The vet was very nice and helpful. I went on their first day of being vetco, it was very chaotic which I get but I was there over three hours and my bill ended up being over $400. About 4 or so days later my dog was still sick, I tried calling several times and always got their voicemail. I left 2-3 voicemails with them and never heard back, I ended up going in at about 8:20 one morning (they open at 8am) to see if I could talk to someone in person. When I walked in all the lights were off, I waited a few minutes just in case they were still getting things opened up but no one ever came out. I called several more times after this and still no one answered the phone and still no on has ever called me back.

They are honest and kind, and more than willing to work with elderly dogs. I appreciate the time and effort and research that the PetVet does for myself and my dog

Had to wait 10 minutes before even seeing someone at the desk. Before I called to get an estimate on a price and make an appointment. The office visit is $15. When I went in, they racked on an extra $40 for an “extended evaluation.” ALL she did was sit there and give my dog treats for 7-10 minutes. THEN looked at his foot for about 10-15 seconds. THAT’S IT! I just needed her to look at a bump on my dogs foot. Which was concluded I just need antibiotics. Then they gave him an Econe. He is supposed to have a large but gave him an XL, which is way too big and won’t even fit in his kennel, which is when he’s supposed to have it on him. I did not get a paper estimate showing each individual pricing before I paid, only after. I wouldn’t of paid $16 for an Econe in the first place or the $40 extra dollars tacked on to the office visit for her to give my dog TREATS. that’s a farce and a ripoff to the public! The vet was nice this is true, but when I called the desk when I got home and realized the Econe was way too big and not the right size, she told me I could drive back and exchange it. I live 20 miles away and they close in 20 minutes and I work through all their business hours for the next week+ straight. I SHOULD be refunded for that because it’s YOUR negligence. Not penalized! These people are crooks don’t go here. I had almost $60 of roundabout expenses I didn’t know about until I got the summary AFTER I paid so if you go here for any problem that’s bigger then a bump, you’re probably getting screwed totally by these people. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone it’s false advertisement and you could go to an actual vet office somewhere else and not have to deal with incompetent employees. (Other than the vet herself.) Then they made me wait almost an hour just to get the medications. MAKE sure you get a itemized receipt beforehand to negate any improper charges because really the office visit is $55 unless you ONLY get a vaccine. Because nothing was done for my dog except a 10-15 second look at his foot and treat-giving. Somehow giving him treats cost me $40. That’s pathetic. And when I was told the charge was for her extra time, the vet didn’t talk to me. I didn’t ask questions, and no one asked her for that time giving treats nor was it needed at all. Also, a $15 office visit examination does not have a time limit. So that excuse is unreasonable and a lie. Then I was told there is nothing they can do about my Econe expenses when I can’t use the one they gave me because they messed up. They should be refunding me for it I’ll tell you that much! It’s a screw over!

The vets really care about your animal and make sure you understand every step of treatments and time frames to expect results.

The veterinarian was decent. The person who answers the phone was unprofessional and incredibly rude. I couldn't even check on my pup to see if he was okay. He was undergoing surgery. All I needed to know was if he was okay. Will never go back.

I really appreciated that they took the time and helped me decide what my budget could handle before they treated lil man and I was able to select the most pressing and set up subsequent visits for the remaining tx. Lil jagger says "Thanks for fixing my ears infection I sleep great!"

Crystal was a sweetheart and the doctor was amazing. They’re very quick, convenient, and reasonably priced. I love that they don’t make you feel rushed or like you’re bothering them like so many other places :)
