Please, for the love all things, do NOT take your reptiles here. I am sure they're wonderful with dogs and cats, but it is a no go for reptiles. I hate writing these things but I do feel an obligation to share my experience in hopes of preventing it from happening to someone elses baby. My leopard gecko was seen here, I wasn't able to get him in with the vet that would normally see him (completely different place). He was seen on a Tuesday, I was 99% sure of what had happened and what was wrong with him. The vet told me it was something else and didn't really take my concerns into consideration. I am not a veterinarian, but you know your own animals. I also asked for blood work and x-rays to be done that day, she told me to wait two weeks. Here's the kicker, this veterinarian told me to feed my leopard gecko fruits and vegetables. If you know anything at all about leopard geckos you know that they cannot digest fruits or vegetables. He was sent home with things he did not need. He continued to grow worse and passed away on the following Sunday. Not even one full week after I was told to "wait two weeks". I called on Monday morning to ask them some questions, and let them know what happened. I never received a call back from anyone in that office. That only adds to the feeling of being brushed off. The other vet that saw him, (completely different place) even if only for a checkup, would call in the evenings to check on him. I am not writing this with a malice tone, just warning. This was my only experience here and it was completely AWFUL and it is all I will ever remember about this place. Please save yourself the time, money, and possibly your reptiles life.

We had to suddenly put our family cat down due to terminal illness. I was able to call and get a same day appointment. The staf was very considerate and accommodating as well as respectful. My two daughters were present and they explained the entire process and made sure we had no unanswered wuestions. We were not rushed either. We did have a small wait but were told over the phone we may have a wait if any emergencies arrived. I would recommend this facility to anyone. Even though our visit was not a happy reason we felt they gave our cat's final moments all the respect she deserved. We appreciate the staff helping us in this difficult time.

Rose Rock was really gracious about squeezing my cat in at the last minute (he went off his food over the weekend). They gave great care and Scooter is now feeling a lot better and eating without having to be coaxed.

We moved to Norman a few months ago for school and our doggo ran into some trouble with tearing her nail. A friend of mine recommended Rose Rock, so we took her there. Staff was excellent! Everyone was very nice, helpful, understanding, and answered all of my questions. Very thankful to know my pets are in good hands here in Norman, especially being a student!

Great Veterinary Hospital. The have the only Board Certified Rehabilitation Veterinarian in Oklahoma. Haven't seen the resort part, but from everything I have seen its bound to be awesome too.

I had been client of RRVH for well over 10 years. During this time, I have experienced a severe decline in the care provided. I have two experiences with my current dog (I have had a total of 4 that I took to RRVH). One, a few years back she suffered an injury to her patella in her left rear leg, the diagnosis was a "luxating patella". The treatment plan was: take these 10 pills and if it doesn't fix itself, we will need to do surgery. I inquired about the cost of the surgery, it was going to be several THOUSANDS. Obviously, a luxating patella isn't going to "fix itself" with 10 pills. No x-ray, no other tests, nothing. I did not believe that this was the ONLY way to treat her luxating patella. I took her to OSU Veterinary Hospital in Stillwater. THEY took an x-ray and provided a very thorough and detailed treatment plan that took SEVERAL WEEKS to heal. And, it did. This was in June 2018. My most recent experience, started in January 2021. This time she had stepped on something that caused a laceration in her right rear paw. And, the treatment plan was "take these pills and clean her paw". Once again - NO TESTS. NO CULTURES. NOTHING. After this dragging on for months, (no, her paw did not heal) I took her to another veterinary practice in Norman. They took tests to identify what the bacteria/infection was so it could be treated EFFECTIVELY. By the new veterinary identifying the EXACT TYPE of bacteria/infection, they were able to treat it with the RIGHT ANTIBIOTIC. Beware, it seems their only concern is recurring revenue. It is extremely disheartening to see such a decline in the care provided. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

We bring our 3 fur babies here and they all have Dr. Devine as their veterinarian. She's really awesome! Saved my 15 year old Rat terrier's life. And the staff here are really friendly.

Best veterinary clinic in the OKC metro. They’ve always been very accommodating for my high maintenance dog. My baby boy agrees.

We were from out of town and they fit her in to help with allergies. Cross coordinated with our normal vet to make sure they had all the latest records and really helped her out. Great staff. All very capable and social. Doc did a great job taking care.

I’ve used Rose Rock for a few years now. They know what they’re doing and they treat my pets with gentleness and compassion. It feels terrible leaving your pet when it’s sick, but knowing they are getting great care and are with people who truly love animals makes it better.

I’ve been a long time customer at Rose Rock, at least 17 years but today they gave me the push I needed to sever the relationship. I truly do not believe they are in business because they love and care for animals but they love and care about money instead. You can’t just go in and pay what you expect. They will ALWAYS find a way to up sell you something or pressure you into something if you let them. I called about a week ago to book a kennel stay for my two dogs for my upcoming vacation. I spoke to someone named Jessica who quoted me $160 for 4 days. I was pleased with that and confirmed the reservation. I requested that both dogs be in the kennel together because they are companions. People worry about their pets when they leave. Sometimes my dogs refuse to eat because they’re depressed when we’re gone. So it’s important to me that my dogs are as happy as possible when they are separated from us. And it’s important to me that they stay together to promote happiness while we are separated from them. I come back to find that not only did they NOT keep my dogs together but the fee was twice the price Jessica quoted me on the phone. Do you think that they did anything to compensate for that mistake or even apologize? No! They did absolutely nothing but demand full payment. Oh and not only that but when my husband dropped them off for their stay, they tried to add vaccination costs onto the bill that they were not even due for yet. And what’s worse they know that because they are the ones who performed the vaccinations. So either they think everyone who is going on vacation is full of money bags and can afford a $800 vet bill the same week as an out of town trip, they don’t pay attention to the details of their own patients records, or they’re trying to hustle people out of extra money and hoping you won’t notice their oversight. I’m betting it’s the latter of the three options so I’m no longer using them, and if you love your pet, you shouldn’t either. Anita was the only good thing about that place and that’s just not enough anymore. Oh and to add insult to injury my dog is coughing now. Within 5 minutes of driving away I noticed it and called them back immediately. I questioned if they heard her coughing. They said they didn’t notice anything. So my dog has been under their care for several days and they didn’t notice these horrible sounds but I noticed it immediately. If they spent any time with her and had paid attention to details, they would have noticed too. It’s their job to notice.
