The staff are always professional and very helpful. The shelves could be neater and cleaner. Lots of variety of products but could do better at getting more products that are chemical free and use esstianl oils. Lots of chemicals in products for the animals.

I take my 11 month old chiweenie Vanellope once a month to get groomed with Erin. We LOVE her!!! Erin treats V like her own and V loves going to see her. If you need a good groomer go see her!!

Staff is always friendly & helpful. Don't always have items I'm looking for, but that's probably because of Lawton location. I like the variety they have for my cat on treats & wet food.

If I could vote 0 I would. I was sold a very sick hamster not even 24 hrs of having her she was shaking, had diarrhea and not eating or opening her eyes. I had to return her to get her help because I couldn’t find a vet opened or one that had the availability fast enough. She was shaking extremely bad. This is very upsetting due to her being a replacement for our hamster that past away a few weeks ago that we had for over two years. My family and I are very upset and will not be buying from this store again! The cashier that helped me was very apologetic and was trying her best to make sure I was okay but them not ensuring their pets are healthy, clean and safe before selling is not okay!

Only giving 2 stars because general pet product shopping is okay. We purchased 4 fish to add to our established aquarium. Within 5 days 2 of the fish naught were dead, and 3 of our other fish have died. We will NEVER buy fish from them again

Easy to find, plenty of parking, a large selection of animal products, fast service, I recommend signing up for the membership perks asap to get special pricing and free treats.

I went in for dog,cat and some new koi. The employee was very helpful even when the fish tried to break loose. It was a fun day in the store a bit over priced on a few items. Yeah like I'm going to worry about the prices when it comes to my fur baby and pets they are very spoiled. It's the place to go when you want a larger supply of different products.

Nice store, big, well stocked, friendly and knowledgeable employees. Went in for fish for my little girl and they gave me a crash course on how to take care of fish. Prices seem fair as well.

They never carry enough Purina pro plan puppy food, I guess they like giving up business to Chewy, but don't seem to care!
