We have been going to Dr. brunck for 21 years. He is an outstanding vet and cares about our pets. I highly recommend him.

They have always been helpful and kind. My pets are excited to be there and not trying to run and hide. It is appreciated.

This place used to be amazing. The workers were competent and kept their word. We have boarded our Great Dane there many times, and have never had an issue with FHPH OR any other place we have used, and have never had bad reports or issues with staff. But. A couple months back I was asked to start clearly labeling all of her stuff, and was told it was because they had several new employees, who were having trouble remembering procedures. And came home a couple of times without everything I had sent. However, herein lies my reason to decide to leave a review. This last time I boarded, I was clear up front about when we would be coming back, told that late Saturday was fine…. But when my husband pulled up at the 5:30 pickup time, and arrived to an empty, open vet clinic, with no human anywhere around. He walked around and called “helloooooo.” Nothing. Nothing aside from some shuffling sounds in an office. he could’ve easily gotten to anyone’s pet, if he wanted to. (So. FYI if you choose to board there.) Chalked it up to a mistaken door left unlocked. So, I came back at 2 of their other weekend pickup times, to find zero people there. Then, they tried to charge me and blame ME for not prepaying, when they asked for zero prepayment at the time of drop off. When we refused to pay for the extra day, they very quickly and suddenly came up with a story about my dog refusing to get back in the cage when she was told, and suddenly she is aggressive, with ZERO other reports of such. Interesting. Never, ever a report before. EVER. Not to mention, they said they couldn’t board her anymore Bc of her size, which had also never been mentioned, but encouraged me to keep using them for treatment and veterinarian maintenance…a week after I paid less than half the amount of money for exact treatment and quality, elsewhere. When I inquired about why THAT was, the girl said, verbatim: “I mean. I know it’s much, much more than other places charge, but we live near Fianna and people will pay it.” And, maybe he was right. Maybe my dog suddenly had a personality change for no reason whatsoever, but either way, he refused to even come out and speak with us about it at the clinic, when he had plenty of opportunity. Forced his helpers to relay all of his excuses. Didn’t mind to leave my husband waiting, though, before deciding he couldn’t come enforce his own decisions. And his poor workers were so apologetic and also said they thought it was asinine of him, too, but “we just work here.” So. Nah. There are much better places for both you and your furbaby’s time, when even the employees are apologizing on behalf of the veterinarian, for more than one issue.

Very friendly and professional vet and techs. I've used them for end of life care and vaccinations and checkup. I plan to use them for many years to come.

First visit to Fianna Hills Pet hospital. The were great! Got both dogs in with one day notice….! Very happy with our new Vet!

They were so good good with my dog i would recommend them to friends and family and prices are not to bad.

For over 8 years the Dr. and staff performed a wonderful and admirable care-taking of my dog. I don't know what else to say. She lived a wonderful and healthy life. They actually care about your animal. You're not just a client or a means of money. 11/10

I’m a new client, just moved from Georgia with my English bulldog. They made me an appointment quickly when my boy had an injured toe...in and out on time and reasonably priced. I took him back for grooming and they did a fabulous job!

I took my baby in cause she was having itching problems that turned into a bacterial skin infection. That's not the problem, he was great with her and she's now on the mend! They problem is being charge $19 for a nail trim when I was only charged $10 previously..... He wants to see her in a couple weeks to see if the needs are working but that's ANOTHER office visit... That's not right so I guess she won't be back.....

There is nothing wrong with them, except the time they are open because it does not work around my schedule. They are all kind and considerate through the entire time ????

Very good with my Bella, she was abused by the previous owner and they were awesome with her. She didn't have any PTSD issues after the visit.

This is such a friendly, loving, veterinary hospital! Every time I go in there, they always ask me about my pets, somehow keeping track of all three of them even when I've only got one with me that day. I feel very welcomed, and like they really care about my fur-babies' health and well-being as their first priority. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet.
