I was very upset with this appointment. I had dropped my cat off to get fixed. Which she is on the pill for fleas but they informed me that they do charge for fleas at 7:30 when I dropped her off I asked how much is it so I be prepared to pick up at 4:30 with the correct amount of money I was informed it was $18 so I came with that change when I had showed up I was informed it is $26 And I explain to the lady that I was not told that when I dropped my fur baby off she called me a liar and said that she asked everyone there and they all told her that what I said is not true instead of saying “yes ma’am I understand you were told the wrong total this is actually your total it was completely a miscommunication”.I definitely don’t appreciate the rudeness and won’t use this as my clinic also sidenote money is not the issue so it kind of sucked when she acted like I didn’t have the money for it. But when I spoke to the manager she apologized and said she would take care of her team so hopefully that happens wish I would have checked the reviews before choosing this clinic.

The vets, vet techs and support staff are professional and caring folks. They have my Ruger's best interest at heart. The staff is helpful with ordering supplies and Dr. Preston and Dr. Martin take the time to answer all your questions and do research if needed. I highly recommend this clinic.

Their 3 month flea pill for dogs works great ????

We could ask for nothing more! Dr. Martin is always excellent with our pets and willing to take the time to discuss our concerns! Everyone is always friendly and kind, we have no worries when leaving our pets in your care!

I had an amazing experience with Best Friends! Not only were they able to squeeze in both of my cats quickly (thank you guys again for that), but they were so patient and gentle with them despite how anxious they were. Dr. Preston and her staff were kind and communicative with me, even offering online resources on cat care. I look forward to returning! :)

They were incredibly accommodating to me when I was in a super time crunch and had what I feared to be a dying kitty on my hands. They took care of him, got him back on his feet and as I said, super helpful, friendly and accommodating to the situation I was in. Also, super bonus, I found the prices for all that we had to do to be fair and reasonable.

I was very disappointed in best friends…I have been taking my girls to them for years…I called today because my trixie was sick..they where booked up for today and didn’t see sick dogs on saturdays…they directed me to an emergency vet…what the heck…I need a vet that sees my pets when they are sick as well as healthy

I've been taking my dog Mickey there for years now, great vets with comparable prices. Even during the epidemic getting his treatment was easy.

I needed a second opinion, immediately, for my dog. They were able to get her in the morning I called. Dr. Preston was able to find the right treatment for her within 2 hours. She explained everything to me and my dog was her normal self the next day. Without Dr. Preston, I don’t think my pup would have made it. Best Friends is my clinic always now. The staff is wonderful too.

I love this clinic! There are definitely some cheaper vets in Fort Smith, but the staff at Best Friends is worth every penny! The vet is so great at explaining everything and this is one of the only clinics where my dog doesn’t seemed stressed out after her visit.

Dr. Preston and Dr. Martin are both wonderful with all of my puppers. The vet techs and receptionists are always extremely kind, accommodating, and compassionate. I appreciate the entire staff at this place, and know my doggos do too! ❤

Only needed a nail trim for my skittish 55lb dog. The tech took my dog in and brought her back with nails trimmed in less than 15 minutes. Dog happy, not stressed. Tech very friendly. I am happy and only hope succeeding visits are as positive!

Best Friends is doing a great job! It is evident that they love the animals as much as we do and that helps us owners. Thanks for all you do!! ❤️ My dog had an abscess in her ear due to our new puppy. I called on a Monday morning before work and was able to drop her off for care. She was treated and I picked her up before 1pm. Best Friends takes care of all 3 of our fur babies and I would recommend them to anyone!
