Britney, and Sharay have a heart for fur babies - they’re quick to get my little ones in… they listen, and totally understand our family - they “get” that I ADORE my 4-legged kiddos! We count on Dr. Hittner to be the “voice of reason.” He’s always informative, and works to educate “you” the parent on the best way to proceed with your 4-legged baby. Knowing that he’s knowledgeable and “in the know” is a priceless quality - as his business increases we hope his zeal and heart for fur babies never changes! The staff at Arkansas Veterinary Clinic were professional and caring through the awful decision to say goodbye to my sweet boy. Thank you all for being as sweet and patient as you were, it made the process that much more bearable.

Everyone that works here is so friendly and caring! It is a family-oriented atmosphere that provides exceptional service. Dr. Hittner is an expert and provides the highest quality care to our pup! He is very attentive and remembers all of our previous conversations regarding questions/concerns I had that he gave me direction on and then followed up with me at the next appointment. He is very attentive and patient with all of my questions. I know our girl’s care is in great hands at this facility and I am very thankful for the service they provide!

We like that appointments are required for our pets visit. Dr. Hittner is very professional, answers our questions and offers helpful information. Brittany and the vet assistant always make us feel welcome in the super clean facility. Our two rescue dogs and two cats are our family so quality healthcare is a top priority.

Today was my first visit but I was impressed with the quality of service and professionalism. I plan on making this my primary clinic.

I highly recommend Dr. Rick and his team. First visit today ever but we certainly will be a new client! He is knowledgeable, caring and had a great bedside manner for our 14 year old blue heeler mix. Also affordable which was a concern as we didn't know if there was going to be a good or bad prognosis. Glad we were referred there. Fur babies are our family!

I have taken my Pup here for the last maybe 4 years ??? I instantly knew I was gonna like this place. The staff is amazing!! Dr Hittner has perfect bedside manners. Bella, my oldest dog ended up getting heart worms a while back and Dr Hittner and the staff did a great job at going through the process and explaining everything, answering questions, and making my timid girl feel at ease. I absolutely love my dogs and I feel confident that doing my best to give them best life with the help of the care they provide! I always recommend this clinic to everyone who’s in need of a vet. And they haven’t made me look bad! It’s exactly what you would want from a vet clinic ????

I had to bring my very sick cat in a week ago. Dr Hittner and his staff were very attentive and diagnosed her with a very high fever, and gave her a shot of high powered antibiotics. i brought her back for a follow up as she was back to being the normal happy active cat i was used too.

I just moved from another state and had a dog that needed 10 day follow up appointment. They got me in quickly. The doctor was thorough and kind to my pup. The charge was much more reasonable than where I came from. I highly recommend this practice.

I always choose to come here with my pets because of the service that I receive. I feel like they understand animals, regardless of their innate character. Some are sweet and extroverted while some animals might be more laid back and withdrawn with people that aren’t in the everyday household. I believe that they understand a variety of animals and their character. I alway get the best care when I bring my pets and I am treated like part of the family.

We live the whole staff! Alway kind, caring compassionate. We have 4 dogs all older with health issues and in the office frequently. Dr Hittner is professional and extremely compassionate. Recently, our Basset hound took a turn for the worse, but she pulled through with the loving care she received from the staff. Thank you! For loving my fur babies! Also, putting up with our crazy herd over the last many years!

Sasha had her first visit here yesterday and it was a great first visit! I loved the whole staff, everyone was super sweet and helpful! Doctor was also great! He answered all my questions and really showed that he cared. We have definitely found our forever vet(:

Dr. Hittner and the Arkansas Veterinary Clinic team are awesome! Took my pup in for a second opinion after getting the runaround from our previous vet clinic and service was quick, to the point, and very effective! I’m so thankful for Dr. Hittner and his team and the knowledge and love they have of our fur babies! Doctor Hittner is the best. He is so patient with the animals and is thorough and knowledgeable. The young ladies he has helping him are very sweet and friendly. Love this Vets office! Will keep coming back!

We called at 4:30 on a Friday (they close at 5) after my dog had a seizure like episode. They didn’t hesitate for us to come in and have her checked out! They are always amazing and knowledgeable about what they are doing. You can tell they really love the animals. Dr. Hittner has taken the time to learn my dogs personality and has worked on getting to be her “friend” because she is a bit skittish at times. Overall just a wonderful place to take care of our beloved dog!

Fantastic vet care! Dr. Hittner and his team are always very compassionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. We’ve been worked in quickly when things have come up unexpectedly (injuries, etc) and we’ve never had a long wait prior to being seen for an appointment. Our dogs are in great hands at Arkansas Veterinary Clinic!
